The main aim of this work is to analyze the properties of the clone relation and clonal set of a binary relation on the theoretical side in order to solve the general problem of characterizing the L-fuzzy equivalence relations defined on resituated lattice a given relation is compatible with (ِ the application side). Also, we aim to provide a representation of all L-fuzzy equivalence relations compatible with a given order relation.In this thesis, we have extended the notion of clone relation of a strict order relation introduced by De Baets et al. to an arbitrary binary relation. Throughout this work, the basic properties of this clone relation have been analysed. We have also proposed a partition of the clone relation in terms of three different types of pairs of clones. One type of pairs of clones leads to an antitransitive relation, while both the two other types of pairs of clones lead to a transitive relation. This partition of the clone relation has not only been an important tool in the proofs of this work, but it also helps to gain a deeper understanding of the structure of the clone relation and it will be a key element in future work especially in the study of the compatibility of fuzzy relations. . The clone relation of the three different types of disjoint union has been characterized. In this work, we have tackled and solved the general problem of characterizing the L-equivalence relations a given relation is compatible with. To that end, we have expanded our knowledge on the clone relation of a relation by studying two important subrelations of the partition of this clone relation, informally described as reflexive related clones and irreflexive unrelated clones. Also, we have studied the compatibility of a L-equivalence relations relation with an order relation, and we have provided a representation of all fuzzy equivalence relations compatible with a given order relation. Finally, general conclusions and future research are drawn.

This paper investigates the challenges facing in fostering learner autonomy within the Algerian secondary schools.The educational system in Algeria has letely witnessed a general reform by adopting the competency based approach. One of its basic objectives is to make the EFL learner more autonomous and self reliant. Despite the fact that this approach has been implemented for eleven years in the Algerian secondary school, it appears that EFL teachers in secondary education and even in university are still failing in fostering their learners' autonomy.

Le but de cette étude est de révéler la relation entre l'application des mesures d'incitation et de la performance des clubs de joueurs le ministère de handball algérien de premier ministre et que les clubs de chacune des Olympic Eloued, Espoir Pariqa et de la concorde Ain Touta , et décider de fournir des incitations matérielles et morales par les clubs pour les joueurs et l'étendue de leur relation avec le niveau de performance pour cesjoueurs au cours de la sports de compétition.Pour atteindre ces objectifs a été d'utiliser une partie de la théorie de la littérature sur le sujet de la recherche, en plus de l'étude empirique, où ils ont été en s'appuyant sur la méthode descriptive, a également recueilli les données de l'étude en utilisant unformulaire composé de (34) articles, ont été distribués à l'échantillon comprenait (45) joueurs pour les clubs suivants, a été l'utilisation de techniques statistiques appropriées pour le traitement des données et l'analyse, l'étude a abouti à des résultats suivants:- L'étude a montré que les incitations matérielles fournies assez de joueurs pour les clubs de handball.- L'étude a montré que les incitations et les progrès moral à un faible degré de clubs de handball joueurs.- L'étude a montré que le niveau de faible performance des joueurs dans les clubs de handball.- Il existe une corrélation positive statistiquement significative entre l'application des mesures d'incitation matérielles et morales et les performances des joueurs de clubs de handball au cours de la compétition sportive.L'étude a recommandé la nécessité de réaliser et d'élaborer des principes et des critères d'un système scientifique et objective de mesures d'incitation prévues par les clubs, et essayez d'activer, d'améliorer et de diversifier pour satisfaire les souhaits des joueursqui reflètent positivement sur la performance contribue à la de levage clubs sur les objectifs de la règle.

The present study was carried out to shed light on the chemical analysis of Glycyrrhiza glabra for different active compounds, and on the cytogenetic effects of methotrexate(MTX) and aqueous extract of G. glabra in laboratory mice  (in vivo) and human blood lymphocytes (in vitro). The study also aimed to investigate the role of G. glabra aqueous extract in reducing the cytogenetic effects of MTX in mouse through the parameters mitotic index, and chromosomal aberration in bone marrow, the total and differential counts of leukocytes, and sperm head and tail morphology. The cytogenetic analyses were extended to include blast index, mitotic index, replicative index, sister chromatid exchanges and chromosomal aberrations in human blood lymphocytes in vitro as a result of G. glabra aqueous extract and MTX treatment. the cytogenetic effects of the drug and plant extract were investigated after five days of treatment in mice with three doses for each. For MTX, the doses were 1.2, 1.6, and 2 mg/kg, while the doses of G. glabra   were 400, 600, and 800 mg/kg. Using human blood lymphocyte (72hour) culture, the tested concentrations of MTX were 0.4, 2, and 4 µg/ml, and for G. glabra aqueous extract were 50, 100, and 200 µg/ml. An interaction between plant extract and MTX was carried out through two types of treatments (before, and after MTX treatment) to determine the activity of G. glabra aqueous extract in reducing the drug side effects in vivo .

تطرقت في هاته الدراسة إلى موضوع مهم وهو دور جودة الخدمات المصرفية في زيادة القدرة التنافسية للبنوك لمدينة الوادي .وقد قمنا من خلال هذه الدراسة بتقديم إطار نظري يحدد ويعرف مختلف المفاهيم المتعلقة بالجودة وقد ركزنا بصورة أساسية على جودة الخدمات المصرفية باعتبارها مدخل إداري حديث ,وكذا التطرق إلى المفاهيم المتعلقة بالقدرة التنافسية باعتبارها عاملا تابعا لتحقيق الجودة في الخدمات .وقد حاولنا الوقوف على تقييم العملاء وتحليل أرائهم لأداء البنوك ومن خلال النتائج المتوصل إليها تؤكد على وجود علاقة طردية بين جودة الخدمات المصرفية المقدمة وتحقيق البنك لزيادة قدراته التنافسية

Wind energy is a renewable resource that is rapidly gaining popularity. Low operating costs and negligible carbon emissions are attracting investors all over the world. However, hesitancy arises owing to the unreliable nature of the source. Forecasting of wind power is difficult and probabilities of errors are high. In this scenario, one needs to provide a solution to this problem of uncertainty in such a way that the benefits of wind power are not wasted and at the same time their disadvantages are significantly reduced.Over the course of the thesis, wind energy integration into the electricity market will be studied and several techniques to reduce the problems associated with the integration will be investigated. Impacts of wind power penetration on the electricity market prices and conventional generation mix will also be dealt with. The results obtained will help in suggesting optimal participation strategies in the electricity market for the wind power generating company.
