The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of using point of view video modeling intervention strategy on improving the self-care skills of a student with autism. The target skills were handwashing and toothbrushing skills. A single-subject ABA design was used in this study. Data was collected using mixed-method approach. The intervention lasted for six weeks. The results of this study indicated that point of view video modeling is an effective instructional tool to improve handwashing and toothbrushing skills for a student with autism. Moreover, the participant was able to generalize handwashing and toothbrushing skills to two different settings. Implications of this study include the importance of utilizing point-of-view video modeling in the daily classroom practice to teach students with autism self-care skills.

L’objectif de ce travail est d’étudierles sols alluvionnaires de l’oued Metlili.Pour cela, nous avons essayé de caractériser des solumséchantillonnés dans cinq siteschoisis au long de la vallée, de l’amont vers l’aval. L’étude morphologique et analytique des différents types des sols alluviaux rencontrés, a montré que ces sols sont peu évolués, formés sous l’influence de deux types d’apport alluvionnaire et éolien, apparaissent sous forme des stratifications d’horizons alternés entre texture grossière et autre très fine. Les sols est généralement non salé. La teneur en calcaire est faible à moyen,légèrement àmoyennement alcalin, avec des teneurs très faible à faibleen matière organique, sauf pour les milieux qui présentent une richesse floristique ou elle est moyennes.La concentration en sels solubles est faible, le faciès géochimique est généralement carbonaté calci-magnésique

لقد اندرج بحثنا تحت عنوان دوافع ممارسة رياضة كمال الأجسام ، د ا رسة مسحيةأجريت على فرق رياضة كمال الأجسام لبعض نوادي ولاية معسكر .تهدف الد ا رسة إلى التعرف على دوافع ممارسة هذه الرياضة، وقد اشتملت عينة البحثعلى فرق كمال الأجسام وتم اختيارهم بطريقة مقصودة حيث بلغ عددهم 03 رياضي،واعتمدنا في بحثنا على مقياس الدوافع بحيث اعتمدنا على المنهج المسحي و هذالملائمته لطبيعة بحثنا و حل المشكلة المطلوب د ا رستها قاصدين جمع البيانات والمعلومات و عرضها و تحليلها تحليلا منطقيا.و لقد توصلنا إلى أهم الاستنتاجات نذكر منها، أن ابرز دوافع ممارسة رياضة كمالالأجسام هي دوافع بدنية اجتماعية نفسية فنية. و من خلال تطرقنا لهذا الموضوعاستخلصنا في الأخير بأهم التوصيات ومنها تعميم نتائج هذه الد ا رسة و العمل علىتطويرها بصورة مستمرة من قبل المختصين

الحمد لله، والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله محمد وعلى آله وصحبه ومن والاه أما بعد. فهذا ملخص الرسالة المقدمة إلى قسم العلوم الإسلامية، فقه مقارن وأصوله، بكلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية، بجامعة محمد بوضياف بالمسيلة، للحصول على درجة الماستر بعنوان "المسائل الاجتهادية في مقدمة المواريث النظرية"، ضمت هذه الرسالة مقدمة، وفصلين وخاتمة، وفهارس علمية على النحو التالي:مقدمة: تضمنت موضوع البحث وأسباب اختياره، والأهداف المبتغاة من دراسته، واشكالية البحث، والمنهج المعتمد في الدراسة، وبعض الدراسات السابقة في الموضوع، والخطة المعتمدة في بحث جزئياتهالفصل الأول: والذي كان بعنوان المسائل الاجتهادية في مفهوم التركة ومكوناتها والحقوق المتعلقة بها عند التزاحم، حيث تضمن مدخلا في مفهوم التركة وما يتعلق بها من مكونات، وبعض أثارها على بعض المعاملات المالية، كعقد الإجارة وضمان المنافع المغصوبة، ثم بعد ذلك عرجنا على الحقوق المتعلقة بها مع شيء من التفصيل، وصولا إلى بعض مسائل الحقوق المتعلقة بها عند التزاحم.أما الفصل الثاني: فقد تطرقنا فيه لعرض مجموعة من المسائل والتي تتعلق أولا بالأسباب، كميراث ذوي الأرحام، وبيت المال، وولاء الموالاة، ثم بعد ذلك انتقلنا إلى الموانع، ونظرا لأهميتها وأنه لا بد من الوقوف عندها عن كثب؛ لتعلقها بمقصد جاءت الشريعة بالحفاظ عليه، ألا وهو المال، فإننا عرجنا على أكثرها؛ لقوة الخلاف فيها بين الفقهاء، كالموت الجماعي، وطلاق المريض مرض الموت، والمرتد، واختلاف الدارين، وأخيرا مانع القتل.

The organizational culture has become a key driver for the development of organizations and their performance. Their effective role in promoting the capabilities and abilities of the staff of these organizations depends on the various effective methods such as creativity, which has become an imperative that organizations must adopt in order to achieve the effective performance of their employees and thus achieve a high degree for its objectivesAddress this research an overview of previous and current studies on organizational culture and highlighted their importance and impact on the administrative creativity of Sudanese organizations, as well as their basic features, rules and actual steps that must be taken to transform the traditional organization into viable cultural organizations.A questionnaire was designed to gather information. The research community was composed of companies operating in the construction sector in Khartoum State. Sixty 60 questionnaires were distributed, of which 45 were returned with a response rate of 70%. The SPSS statistical program was used to process and analyze dataThe objective of this study is to identify the trends of the Sudanese construction companies towards the level of the prevailing organizational culture in addition to the knowledge of the impact of the organizational culture on its dimensions in the administrative creativity of the employees and also on the level of administrative creativity they haveThe research concluded that the culture of construction companies was not open to creativity. There has been a strong and positive relationship between organizational culture and employee creativity. The creativity of the staff was positively associated with the performance of the supervisory staff. Staff autonomy had the greatest and positive impact on creativity while reward (for creative work) was positively associated with employee creativity. Based on this study, he concluded that organizational culture positively influences employee creativity.
