The quest of identity has been always a controversial issue in shaping the history of African Americans. Through which blacks desired to challenge the dominant race “white race”. From the post emancipation of slavery, the status of Blacks had transformed from object –article of merchandize- to be a qualified subject holding cultural backgrounds. Although the Blacks were excluded from the American society racism, segregation, and white prejudices, thus they strived to find pragmatic and solutions and strategies to be included within the social, cultural, and political community.The 20th century was an era of maturation about racial, political, and cultural uplifting. The quest for cultural and political identities were embodied through black movements such as the Harlem Renaissance and the Civil Right Movement, as being the direct roads to search for cultural and political inclusion. Furthermore, black leaders and artists had an influential role in transforming the stereotypes of black race’s inferiority to black’s racial pride.

UAE has proactively joined the world’s Blockchain-based DT race and observed signs indicates the country’s intention to lead in this field. This intention was evident in H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum - Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of Dubai Executive Council 2017 announcement for 2020 to be the last year for paper-based Government transactions in Dubai with full adoption of Blockchain. Moreover, the launch of UAE Blockchain Strategy 2021 by H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum - Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, April 2018, spiked the UAE local market demands on Blockchain use-cases to help with UAE Government mandate for Blockchain-based DT. This is part of UAE's 2031 Artificial Intelligence Strategy, to become a world leader in adopting technology to improve the quality of life in the UAE and to enhance happiness levels for citizens. The ambitious target is to transform “50 percent of government transactions on the federal level to be conducted using Blockchain technology by 2021," as stated by H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.رThis strategic focus on country level on Digital Transformation, with relatively young and still emerging technology, inspired the very idea of this research. To improve Public Sector success with Blockchain-based Digital Transformation Programs (BDTP) by devising a Framework that is rooted in the best practices in Programs Management and Digital Transformation, while taking into consideration the specific nature of Blockchain characteristics and challenges.

في اطار التحضير لنيل شهادة الماستر في علوم الاعلام و الاتصال ، تخصص وسائل الاعلام و مجتمع، قمت بدراسة تندج تحت عنوان:تأثير الاذاعة الجهوية لعين الدفلى على الثقافة المرورية لمستمعيهااذاعة عين الدفلى المحلية كنموذج و لمعالجة موضوع هذه الدراسة قسمت هذه الدراسة الى ثلاث فصول كالتالي:الفصل الأول :الاعلام المحلي الاذاعة المحلية كنموذجالفصل الثاني :الاعلام المحلي و برامج الثقافة المروريةالفصل الثالث :دراسة ميدانية في اذاعة عين الدفلىو تضمن هذا الفصل الأخير دراسة ميدانية قائمة على أداة جمع البيانات هو"الاستبيان "و الذي ةنّيعىلععزومناكـبةردقملاوىلفدلانيعةعاذايعمتسمةنّيعيهويلحملاعمتجملانم(06مفردة )مختارة بطريقة مقصودة.و قد استنتجت من هذه الدراسة أن شريحة المستمعين لاذاعة عين الدفلى في المجتمع المحلي هي شريحة واسعة، بالاضافة الى أني ّنأتجتنتساالبرامج الاجتماعية التوعويةمن البرامج التي لها أولوية المتابعة برامج الشبكة العادية و بالتالي خرجت بنتيجة هي الاذاعة المحلية لعين الدفلى تساهم بدرجة كبيرة في تدعيم ثقافة السير لمستمعيها من خلال برامج السلامة المرورية

Juncture is a phonological phenomenon used as a tool for clarity, to distinguish between the borders of words, clauses, and sentences. It has also been proved to be a useful device for creating ambiguity that is consequently exploited to produce works such as jokes, poetry... etc. This study investigates juncture in selected riddles in English from a phono-pragmatic perspective. It aims to investigate juncture in the language of riddles and to prove that it is a productive device that can be exploited to create riddles; show the type of juncture that is used to create riddles; find out the type of riddles created by juncture and to explain the pragmatic aspect that is found in those riddles so that the riddlee will be able to comprehend and understand them. To achieve these aims, it is hypothesized that: juncture is a successful device for creating riddles by breaking the same sound sequence into two scripts creating a phonological type of ambiguity; internal open juncture is the only type of juncture used to create ambiguity, thus riddles; conundrums are the only type of riddles that are based on juncture to be produced; the riddlee cannot understand riddles without the existence of context that helps him to comprehend riddles. All the hypotheses above are validated. Twenty-five examples of English riddles have been purposely chosen from books of riddles and websites which are specialized with playing on words. The study develops an eclectic model of analysis based on Grice's principle of cooperation and context from the pragmatic aspect while choosing internal open juncture to analyze riddles phonologically. The study concludes that juncture is a productive device which has the ability to create riddles; the internal open juncture is the only type of juncture that is used to create riddles; conundrums are the only type of riddles that depend on juncture to be produced and context is the pragmatic aspect that exists in riddles so that the riddlee can comprehend and understand them easily. This study is divided into five chapters. Chapter One presents the problems, aims, hypotheses, procedures, limits, and value of the study. Chapter Two presents a literature review about phonology, pragmatics, juncture, ambiguity, and riddles. Chapter Three focuses on the description of the chosen data as well as introduces an eclectic model. Chapter Four presents the practical side of the study in which 25 riddles are chosen to be analyzed phono-pragmatically and discussing the findings of the analysis. Chapter Five sums up the conclusions, recommendations as well as suggestions for further studies.

للأمن منزلة سامية في حياة الناس بما يوفره من طمأنينة وسلامة وهو من أجل النعم التي أنعم الله بها على عباده لأن كل ضروريات الحياة مرهونة به كالعبادة والعلم والصناعة والتجارة والزراعة والاقتصاد والسفر والإقامة، وجميع النشاطات الأخرى لذلك اهتمت الشريعة الإسلامية به أشد اهتمام ووضعت التشريعات والاحكام لحمايته ولذلك جاءت هذه الدراسة للتعريف بمفهوم الأمن في الشريعة الإسلامية ومصادر أهميته وشموليته لجميع مناحي الحياة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والسياسية وبيان اهتمام الإسلام بإرواح الناس وأعراضهم وأموالهم ووضع الاحكام والتشريعات التي تحفظ للناس أمنهم وأمانهم لا فرق في ذلك بين مسلمهم وكافرهم فالإسلام دين السلام لجميع الناس لو طبقت تشريعاته كما أمر. الله وطبق رسوله الكريم وتناولت الدراسة كذلك مفهوم الإرهاب بجميع أنواعه إرهاب الجماعات والأفراد والدول وبرأت الإسلام من هذه التهمة التي لصقت به فالإسلام كما يدعو للسلام ويحث عليه وينبذ الإرهاب بكل صوره وأشكاله إلا إنه يدعو إلى امتلاك أسباب القوه والعزه ومقاومة الظلم والفساد والاستبداد، وتناولت الدراسة كذلك أسباب تدهور الأمن في الوقت الحاضر وبينت الأساليب والوسائل الشرعية التي تخض من حدة هذه العوامل ، فالأسلم بتشريعاته الحكيمة قادر على وضع الحلول لكل مشاكلنا المعاصرة سواء كانت سياسية أو اجتماعية أو اقتصادية

In this study, different extracts of Hyoscyamus niger were detected using different chemical methods. Alkaloids were represented the major compound in thus plant, this, it selected for further study. Genetic effects of alkaloidal extract on mice were determined using several parameters such as mitotic index (MI); micronuclei assay (MN) and chromosomal aberrations (CAs). The results showed increasing mitotic index and decreasing the spontaneous frequency of chromosomal aberrations and micronuclei. On the other hand, the free radicals scavenging activity of seven fractions of alkaloidal extract were evaluated by 2, 2-diphenyl-1- picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) assay. Only one fraction of alkaloidal extract exhibited moderate free radical scavenging activity in comparison with the positive and negative controls. The cytotoxic activity of different concentrations of alkaloidal extract of H. niger on cancer cell lines (Hep-2, AMN-3, RD) estimated at various period of incubation (24, 48, or 72hrs).The effect of this extract was time and concentration-dependant. Remarkably, alkaloidal extract at 1000 µg\ml achieved a significant cytotoxicity on Hep-2 after 72 hrs of incubation period. Furthermore, viability assay was used to assess the cytotoxic effects of this extract on other types of cell lines (PC-3, HepG2, A549 and WRL68), obtained from Malaysia centre for natural product research and drug discovery(MCNPRD), university of Malaya, It was noticed that low decrease in cell viability of cell lines used above. In addition, the apoptotic activity of this extract on cancer cells A549 and PC-3 were examined by using multiparameter 3 kits; it was observed a changing in nuclear size, morphology, and cell membrane permeability, mitochondrial membrane potential and releasing of cytochrome C.

هدفت الدراسة بشكل عام إلى بيان ومعرفة أثر ممارسة الإدارة بالتجوال ودورها في الالتزام التنظيمي، وتمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في أن كثيراﹰ من الإخفاقات في منظمات الأعمال تنتج من عدم تحسس المشاكل من مواقعها، وضرورة التعرف على الأثر الذي يتركه نمط الإدارة بالتجوال على الالتزام التنظيمي في منظمات الأعمال، ولمعالجة هذه المشكلة افترض الباحث أن هناك علاقة إحصائية دالة بين: ترسيخ ثقافة المشاركة في عملية الإدارة بالتجوال، والالتزام التنظيمي، وكذلك بين إتباع معايير إنسانية في عملية الإدارة بالتجوال، والالتزام التنظيمي، وأيضاﹰ بين وضع خطة فاعلة لعملية الإدارة بالتجوال، والالتزام التنظيمي، ولتحقيق هذه الأغراض اتبع الباحث المنهج التاريخي والمنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وأسلوب دراسة الحالة مستعيناﹰ بالاستبانة أداة لجمع المعلومات في دراسة العينة .توصل الباحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: أن إشراك العاملين في العمل الإداري يؤدي إلى التزام وولاء العاملين للشركة، وذلك من خلال حرص الشركة على ترسيخ ثقافة المشاركة وتنمية روح الفريق خلال عملية الإدارة بالتجوال. وأن حرص إدارة الشركة على التمثل بالقيم الإنسانية في تعاملها أثناء تجوالها أسهم في رفع الروح المعنوية وترسيخ مبدأ الرقابة الذاتية لدى العاملين.كما أن إتباع القيم والمعايير الإنسانية في التعامل أمر رباني وهدي نبوي ومطلب أخلاقي يحقق الالتزام التنظيمي. وأن وضع خطط محددة لتحقيق الأهداف المرجوة خلال عملية الإدارة بالتجوال توفر الثقة بين الإدارة والعاملين وتسهم في فاعلية الأداء، وتحقيق الالتزام التنظيمي. وعلى ضوء نتائج البحث تقدم الباحث بعدة توصيات أهمها: أهمية تفعيل مفهوم الإدارة بالتجوال في المؤسسات والمنظمات الأخرى لما في ذلك من فوائد ومكاسب عديدة، وذلك من خلال: تشجيع المديرين على الاطلاع على هذا المفهوم وأبعاده من خلال القراءة الواسعة. وعقد الدورات التدريبية لهم والاستعانة بالخبراء والمتخصصين في هذا المجال، وضرورة إجراء دراسات علمية تربط الإدارة بالتجوال بظواهر سلوكية وتنظيمية أخرى يشتمل البحث على عدد أربعة فصول وخاتمة تتفرع منها نتائج وتوصيات.

In this thesis, we investigate the longtime behavior of certain porous thermoelastic sys-tems characterized by type-III thermoelasticity. Specifically, we study three problems, twoof which involve delay terms.The first problem addresses a porous thermoelastic system in which the heat conductionis governed by the type III law of Green and Naghedi, and incorporating a constant delayterm. We examined both equal and non-equal wave speed scenarios. In both cases, we es-tablished a well-posedness result using a semigroup approach and the Hille-Yosida theorem.Additionally, for the case of equal speeds, we demonstrated that an exponential rate of de-cay occurs provides an inequality between the weights of the delay and thermal dissipation.Conversely, in the case of unequal speeds, we derived a polynomial rate of decay. In bothscenarios, we employed multiplier and energy methods.In the second problem, we replaced the constant delay from the first problem with adistributed delay term. The results obtained are similar to those of the first problem.The third problem addressed a porous thermoelastic system characterized by Type-III thermoelasticity and a nonlinear damping term acting in the porous equation. Weestablished a well-posedness result and demonstrated an explicit general decay result inthe case of equal wave speeds. This was accomplished by employing properties of convexfunctions and the multiplier method.

يرتبط العقار ارتباطا عضويا بعمليات التعمير في المناطق الحضرية ، ويعتبر عنصر ضروري في تشكيلة المجال العمراني بجميع مركباته المادية والمعنوية ، والوعاء الذي يستقبل كل البرامج التنموية في المناطق الحضرية من مختلف الأنشطة والوظائف الحضرية ، وذلك لأهميته في إنعاش وتطوير الأوساط الحضرية في شتى المجالات ، وهذا ما ادى إلى ازدياد حدة اشكالية العقار في الجزائر من سنة إلى أخرى .وفي ظل انحسار وندرة الأراضي القابلة للتعمير التي تعرفها معظم المدن الجزائرية نتيجة لاستهلاك الاحتياطات العقارية التابعة للدولة ( ملك للدولة ) ، المخصصة لمشاريع تنموية على المستوى القريب والمتوسط والبعيد ، وبطريقة سريعة وبصورة غير عقلانية ، والميل نحو تعمير الأراضي الفلاحية ، مما يخل بأحد مبادئ التنمية المستدامة ( تحقيق احتياجات المجتمع في الحاضر دون المساس بقدرة الأجيال القادمة على تحقيق احتياجاتهم ) ، وضع السلطات العمومية في حرج وأمام تحدي كبير لإيجاد الطرق الكفيلة للخروج من هذه الوضعية .

.On a remarqué d’après nos renseignements qu’en Algérie, les broyeurs sont souvent utilisés.dans des carrières minerai et usine de carrelage, et que la majorité des machines de broyage.sont importées de l’étranger..Donc, on a commencé par mentionner quelques généralités sur les divers types de broyeurs.qui existent dans le domaine agroalimentaire, et c’est à partir de là qu’on a défini le projet :.l’étude d’un broyeur a marteaux pour l’huile d’olives..Il a fallu citer les diverses caractéristiques des broyeurs mais essentiellement le broyeur a.marteaux pour l’huile d’olives. Pour ce dernier, la première partie a présenté quelques.généralités sur ses caractéristiques incluant tous ses composants. A cette étape du travail on a.commencé la partie de dimensionnement de chaque élément dont notre broyeur sera constitué..Le vrai travail dans ce projet a été partagé en deux parties par l’encadreur, la première partie.dans laquelle on a effectué des recherches sur les généralités de l’olives et les broyeurs. Tandis.que le deuxième contribué aux calculs et dimensionnement des éléments constituants le broyeur.a marteau.It has been noted from our information that in Algeria, crushers are often used in ore quarries.and tiling factories, and that the majority of crushing machines are imported from abroad..So, we started by mentioning some generalities on the various types of crushers that exist in.the food industry, and it is from there that we defined the project: the study of a hammer mill.for the olive oil..We had to cite the various characteristics of the crushers, but mainly the hammer mill for.olive oil. For the latter, the first part presented some generalities on its characteristics including.all its components.
