In this study, a passive high pressure safety injection system has been proposed to overcome the limitations of existing reactor cooling system. In existing designs, small break sizes lead to high pressure within the reactor cooling system, which can lead to core damage even when the cooling water available at the safety inject tank (SIT) is sufficient to cool the reactor. To overcome the problem, core make up tank such as hybrid safety injection tank has been proposed by connecting between the pressurizer and the safety inject tank to allow the injection of coolant into the RCS, regardless of pressure in the RCS. In the new system, the injected steam into the SIT condenses and does not contribute to build up the pressure in the beginning. After commencing a hybrid safety injection operation, the system has delays time before injection. In this study, a code simulation was performed to determine the exact time of the system and the results were compared with the results of existing studies. According to the results, the simulation predicts less delay time comparing to experiment. Indexing Terms: HSIT, Direct contact condensation, SBLOCA, System code

All people agree with the idea that the family is the main and natural cellular for building and for protecting societies, but the dependance of the most contries on the beneficial parameters when they issue their laws, leads to hid the real meaning of the family, which may be formed nowadays without marriage, or it emerges through homosexual, further that, the loss of the society’s good characteristics leads to separate this cellular (if we suppose it is existed), and leads to the increase of the family’s aggressiveness and the spread of incest among the family members, in addition to that, leads the miss use of the family members’ rights.For all these reasons, every country should lead and control some concerning the family, for avoiding tyranny, for extending and recognizing the noble characteristics, and for gioring the natural right to the family members. that’s why we find that protecting family begins from its organization through the family’s law, which indicates both the rights and duties of people. But in most cases it becomes difficult to apply this law, and for that we intend to the penal way, in which the state enters through applying the punishment law, that’s characterized by the preventative feature, and here we notice that not all the protective rights in the family law are maintained by penal rules, because the punishment law protects only the ideal rights within societies.Our problematic which we wont to trait through this search, is that the Algerian legislature might trait the subject of the family’s crimes by the punishment law which is brought from the French law, where as the Algerian family is followed by the family law which is brought from the Islamic rules.So, does the Algerian legislature succeed in treating and solving the family’s crimes according to the origins of both the punishment and family laws?Whit other word, do the crimes which happened inside the family conserving in the punishment law corresponding whit the Algerian family’s nature?That’s what we’ll try to answer and to indicate through this search in which we depend on the analysis of the Algerian punishment law texts, in view of what is came in the Islamic rules as good parameters.

proteins in the body.للإجابة على السؤال: هل كان عقار الهيدروكسي كلوروكين الاختيار الصحيح لعلاج مرضى الكورونا؟ قمنا بإجراء دراسة في السيليكو تحتوي على مجموعة من البروتينات Antithrombin III:و SARS-CoV-2 و Spectrin و Serotonin و Insulin و Amyloid و Albumin و Globulin و Hemoglobin و Thrombin، والتي يحتمل أن يرتبط بها هذا الدواء بعد امتصاصه في الدم باستخدام AutoDock 4.2 Release 4.2.6. والنتيجة أن هذا الدواء لم يكن بروتين Covid- 19 ، البروتين الأكثر ألفة معه ، بل استهدف بشكل أكبر البروتين الثلاثي المضاد للتخثر، كما أظهرت النتائج إمكانية استهدافه لمجموعة من البروتينات الحيوية في الجسم ، مما يحتمل أن يتسبب في مفعول عكسي لمن يتعاطاه.

This research deals with an experimental investigation of integrated CO2 (from flue gas) conversion, wastewater treatment and biofuel production by growing microalgae. In this regard, two microalgae species (Nannochloropsis oculata and Chlorella vulgaris) have been considered. The rate of CO2 bio-conversion is determined by measuring the total organic carbon content of microalgae species. The nutrients uptake during cultivation period, lipids extraction and biomass thermal conversion are also studied. The results show that under phototrophic condition microalgae cells consume higher amount of CO2 than that of mixotrophic condition. The rate of CO2 bio-fixation under phototrophic mode are 1.64 and 1.96 gCO2/g biomass for Nannochloropsis oculata and Chlorella vulgaris, respectively. The nitrogen compounds uptake from the municipal wastewater depends on the initial concentrations and N/P ratio. The phosphorus compounds can be removed completely within short period. In lipids extraction, the disruption of microalgae cells significantly enhances the lipids amount. The cells disruption by sonication gives almost three time higher crude lipids than the amount without sonication. The thermal analysis of the produced biomass shows that the microalgaes are thermally stable up to 200°C. Following that, the microalgal biomass is sharply decomposed within 600°C. The thermal oxidation kinetics modeling is conducted using TGA data at various heating rates. The estimated apparent activation energies are found to be 152 kJ/mol and 214 kJ/mol for Nannochloropsis oculata and Chlorella vulgaris, respectively.

ضربت الطريقة التيجانية بجذورها في ربوع الجزائر واستطاعت بفضل أصالتها ونشاط مريديها ان تنتشر في زوايا العالم , وجعلت من الجزائر محجا لطلاب هذه الطريقة إذ تحولت من قطب ديني إلى قطب سياسي بحكم التجاذبات التي فرضها الواقع الجيو استراتيجي فأصبح لهذه الطريقة صيت بالغ يتردد في قصور الحكم والسياسة .البيئة الخصبة التي ساعدت على ظهورها سواء تعلق الأمر بالبيئة الجغرافية أو البيئة الاجتماعية، فالبيئة الجغرافية تظهر في بعد مقر الزاوية عن مركز الحكم ، إلى جانب صعوبة البيئة الطبيعية( الجفاف و الحرارة)، أما البيئة الاجتماعية فهو قبول و إقبال الإنسان في هذه المنطقة على احتضان كل ما له علاقة بالدين و الزهدما يلفت الانتباه أثناء الفترة العثمانية ظهور علاقات وطيدة بالمحيط المحلي في حين أن العلاقات المركزية ورغم ما يشوبها من هدوء في مراحلها الأولى لظروف سياسية داخلية وخارجية، إلا أن التماس بين الجانبين ما فتئ أن عرف توترا و تنافر و لعل ذلك يرجع إلى تضارب المصالح، ذلك أن السلطة المركزية كانت تنتظر دعما اقتصاديا في ظل تراجع مداخيل النشاط البحري ، خاصة و أن جل قبائل المخزن و أقاليم البايلك كانت تدر على خزينة الدولة الكثير من الموارد لذلك وجهت السلطة المركزية أطماعها إلى طلب المزيد من التيجانين في عين ماضي في ظل علمهما بأن هذه الأخيرة تتوفر على ذخائر كبيرة .

Dans le présent travail, la classification de la sévérité de pollution des isolateurs de haute tension est effectuée, suivant les recommandations de la CEI 71, en exploitant des bases de données établies au niveau du laboratoire de haute tension de l’Ecole Nationale Polytechnique sur des modèles plans. Dans un premier lieu nous appliquons la DWT sur les signaux du courant de fuite pour extraire les caractéristiques de leurs détails afin d’effectuer la classification de la sévérité de pollution par la méthode LDA. En deuxième lieu, nous analysons les signaux de la tension appliquée par la CWT pour estimer l’état de surface du modèle.
