ترجمة الملخص

The study aimed to measure the impact of financial sustainability indicators on market value in a sample of companies listed in the Iraqi Stock Exchange using the Panel Data Method, which combines cross-sections and time series, and it was relied on data that included (31) companies listed in the stock market. Iraq Securities for the period (2015-2019).The study concluded that many companies were financially sustainable، and with regard to the model used from the panel data models، it was concluded that the fixed effects model is the appropriate model for the study، as the study concluded that there is a direct significant effect of financial sustainability of companies on each of (return on assets , self-sufficiency and debt and a significant negative effect on (the availability of operating capital)،and an insignificant and inverse effect of the return on investment on market value. The study recommended that companies that did not achieve the required financial sustainability should reconsider their policy in managing the company to reach acceptable levels of financial sustainability, and then provide sufficient liquidity in proportion to the nature of their work, which makes them able to pay their obligations when due, which contributes to Achieving an increase in the market value of companies
