الملخص

Le but de notre étude est la contribution à l’optimisation du procédé de fabrication de comprimés de CoAprosart®300 mg/12,5 mg, produit d laboratoire EL-KENDI, afin de pallier aux problèmes d’homogénéité et de dissolution. En effet, avec le procédé de fabrication actuel,le médicament présente des défauts de libération incomplète de l’hydrocholorothiazide, qui pourrait être à l’origine d’un sous-dosage. Pour cela, une recherche bibliographique minutieuse a été menée, dans le but de déceler toutes les pistes possibles qui pourraient aider à la résolution de ce problème par l’amélioration du procédé de fabrication actuel du produit.

The purpose of our study is to contribute to the optimization of the CoAprosart® 300 mg/12,5 mg tablet manufacturing process, produced by EL-KENDI laboratories, to address homogeneity and dissolution issues. Indeed, with the current manufacturing process, the drug presents defects of incomplete release of hydrocholorothiazide, which could be the cause of under-dosage. For this, a thorough bibliographic search was conducted, in order to identify all possible avenues that could help solve this problem by improving the current manufacturing process of the product.
