تهدف هذه الدراسة الى البحث عن متطلبات التوافق مع المعايير المحاسبية الدولية للمحاسبة في المنشآت الزراعية في الجزائر، وهذا من خلال محاولة اجراء دراسة تحليلية مقارنة المعيار المحاسبي الدولي IAS41 والنظام المحاسبي المالي. تضمنت هذه الدراسة جانبين الجانب الأول نظري متعلق بمفاهيم عامة حول الأصول البيولوجية وكيفية معالجتها المحاسبية وعرض متطلبات المعيار المحاسبي الدولي رقم 41 الزراعة.اما الجانب التطبيقي تضمن اجراء مقارنة بين مضمون الفقرة 321-19 من النظام المحاسبي المالي والمعيار المحاسبي الدولي، وذلك بإسقاط الجانب النظري على المزرعة النموذجية شريف الدين

The thesis aims at investigating the impact of spatial mobility on the Chinese female identity construction and how the Chinese-Americans struggle to maintain their ethnic identity within the American society. On the light of Amy Tan’s novel, the study will be achieved through practical study The Joy Luck Club (1989). As a main focus, the analysis will concentrate on the differences between the Chinese mothers and their Americanized daughters in in relation to the process of self-construction. Thus, while the Joy Luck mothers stick to their communal identity, their American born daughters try to assimilate the American culture in order to be accepted within the mainstream society. This study will be divided into three chapters. The first one is a theoretical which discusses the Chinese instability that lead to immigration; in addition the first chapter sheds light on the phenomenon of racism of the American society. The second chapter is theoretical one that depicts the patriarchal domination against the Chinese females and the females’ attempts to free themselves through the immigration illusion. The last chapter is a purely practical which analyses the impact of immigration on the females self- construction. Cette thèse vise à étudier l’impact de l’immigration sur la construction identitaire des femmes Chinoises ainsi que la manière dont les Américano-Chinoises luttent pour conserver leur identité ethnique et trouvent leur place au sein de la société Américaine. Ceci est mis en exergue par le roman d’Amy Tan Le Club de la Chance (The Joy Luck Club (1989)). De plus, la thèse analysera la différence entre les mère Chinoises et leurs filles Américanisées dans la construction de soi. Bien que les mères du Club de la Chance soient attachées à leur identité communautaire, leurs filles nées en Amérique essayent, de leur côté, d’assimiler la culture Américaine dans le but de s’intégrer à la majorité.Cette étu desera divisée en trois chapitres.Le premier es tune théorie qui traite de l'instabilité Chinoise qui mène à l'immigration; en outre, il met en lumière le phénomène du racisme de la société Américaine.Le deuxième chapitre est un chapitre théorique qui décrit la domination patriarcale contre les femmes chinoises et les tentatives des femmes pour se libérer à travers l’illusion de l’immigration. Le dernier chapitre est un purement pratique qui analyse l’impact de l’immigration sur l’auto-construction des femmes.

Notre principal objectif dans ce travail était d’étudier avant de produire a grand échelle, comment et dans quelles conditions il est possible de remplacer la matière grasse animale ou laitière dans les émulsions d’une crème végétale, pour être alternative à la crème fraiche, on utilisant l’huile de palmiste. Ce travail était motivé par la mauvaise image d’acide gras saturé surtout la forme trans, et son effet sur la santé humaine, il s’agissait donc de transformer ce dernier en autre forme avant d’obtenir avec le mélange de matière grasse végétale hydrogéné et autre ingrédients (émulsifiants, stabilisants… etc) une crème qui remplace avec succès les crèmes fraiche laitières sur le plan économique diététique.

يتخلص موضوع التحليل العددي في اشتقاق ووصف وتحليل طرق الحصول على حلول عددية لمسائل رياضية يصعب عادة حلها بالطرق التحليلية الجبرية المعتادة. ففي بعض المسائل لا يمكننا إيجاد الحلول المضبوطة (Exact Solution) بالطرق التحليلية المباشرة والنظريات المعتادة. ففي مثل هذه المسائل نبحث عن خوارزميات أي طرق محددة الخطوات للوصول من البيانات المعطاة إلى نتائج أو حلول عددية تعد تقريباً للحلول المضبوطة.في هذا البحث تناولنا بعض الطرق العددية لحل المعادلات غير الخطية حيث تناولنا في الفصل الأول الأخطاء وكيفية التقلب عليها، حدود أخطاء التقريب للعمليات البسيطة ، أخطاء حسابية نتيجة التقريب ، التقريب وترتيب العمليات الحسابية، أكبر خطأ نسبي في دالة في عدة متغيرات، أخطاء الاقتطاع Truncation Errors ، الأخطاء الابتدائية Initial Errors ، انتشار أو توليد الأخطاء Propagation of Errors .وفي الفصل الثاني تناولنا بعض الطرق العددية لحل المعادلات غير الخطية وهي:1.طريقة نيوتن رافسون Netwon Raphoson2.طريقة هورنر لحل كثيرات الحدود Horner Method3.طريقة التنصيف Bisection Method4.طريقة النقطة الثابتة Fixed Point Method5.طريقة الوضع الزائف Falsi Position Method6.طريقة القاطع Secant Methodوفي الفصل الثالث تناولنا برنامج Matlab حيث تناولنا تعريف الماتلاب وطرق تعريف المتغيرات والمصفوفات وجمل التحكم والبرمجة في ماتلاب ودوال الرسم.وفي الفصل الرابع تناولنا الحل العددي باستخدام برنامج الـ Matlab أما الفصل الخامس فتناول مناقشة النتائج والتوصيات.AbstractThe subject of this research is the usage of numerical analysis to drive and characterize methods of obtaining solution for mathematical problems which cannot be handled with classical algebraic methods, sometimes it is too difficult to find exact solution by direct analytical methods and domestic theories, this might be helped when choosing logarithmic methods governed by specific steps capable of giving results or exact numerical solutions as an end result out of the data given. In this research some numerical methods were used to solve non-linear equations, as mentioned in chapter 1 about errors and how to exclude them , limits of error approximation for simple operations, mathematical errors due to approximation, and ranking of ,mathematical operations, the largest relative errors in a function of different variables truncation errors, initial errors and propagation of errors.Chapter 2 contains some of numerical methods used top solve non linear equation such as:1.Newton Raphson .2.Horner Method .3.Bisection Method.4.Fixed Point Method.5.False Position Method.6.Secant Method .Chapter 3 gives good understanding for MATLAB program and how to deal with it.Chapter 4 shows numerical solution using MATLAB programchapter 5 contains the result and recommendations.
