Cette étude est une enquête a été conduite afin de décrire certaines pratiques d’utilisation chez les boulangeries de la ville de Djelfa. Un total de 50 boulangeries et 120 consommateurs ont été interrogés au moyen d’un questionnaires. Nos résultats révèlent que 94% des boulangeries utilisent les améliorants de panification. Les améliorants commercial utilisent sont Eka-Excel de 50g/100kg, et Eka-Matik (100g/50kg) avec 78% pour leurs suivant le dosage écrit sur l'étiquetage, 12% parmi eux ne le font. D'autres part 58 % des consommateurs confirment qu’ils ne savent pas les dangers des améliorants de panification. Nous n‘avons pas trouvé d‘association significative entre l‘état de connaissance de la présence des améliorants de panification par les consommateurs et l’utilisation des améliorants de panification par les boulangeries, car 94% des boulangeries nous avons interrogés, utilisent les améliorants de panification.

هدفت الدراسة إلى إيجاد صيغة علمية حول مفهوم الذات الجمعي باستخدام النظرية الاتصالية ونظريات السلوك في هذا الحقل وذلك لما للذات الجمعي من أهمية وأدوات فعل في سلوك الجماعات وتكوينها الحضاري، وحتى يكون للمجموعات تمثيلاً في سياق النظرية وإحكامها للمفهوم جاءت الدراسة الميدانية كأحد أدوات البحث معتمدة على المنهج الوصفي والمقارنة وأسلوب دراسة الحالة في الوصول لمفهوم متكامل حول الذات الجمعي للجماعة المحلية في القرية والمدينة والمؤسسة الديوانية، استخدمت صحيفة الاستبيان في جمع البيانات وتم استخدام أسلوبي المنوال لمعرفة الذات الجمعي للجماعة المحلية كل عن حده ومن ثم الوسط الحسابي لمعرفة الذات الجمعي للجماعة المحلية لعينة القرية والمدينة والمؤسسة الديوانية معاً، خلص البحث إلى عدة نتائج أهمها أن الذات الجمعي مفهوم معياري للسلوك الإنساني للفرد والمجموعة يجتمع عنده السلوك وينتظم وله محدداته الثقافية والاقتصادية والسياسية والاجتماعية وبيئة تطور وأدوات للتعبير عنه وبنية أساسية تجتمع عندها جميع مقوماته وتكوينه البارز، وأن الذات في التكوين الإنساني للفرد تتيح أدوات الاتصال السلوكي بين أطرافها داخل الفرد وأن امتداد هذه الذات بما يناظرها عند المجموعة توجد الذات الجمعي والذي يملك أدوات الاتصال الإنسانية المتعددة بين الجماعات الإنسانية المختلفة، وأن الوسائط الإعلامية المختلفة خير معبر للذات الجمعي والقضايا الإنسانية التي يثيرها وحفظه لكيان الجماعات والأمة، واقترح الباحث نموذجاً اتصالياً مبنياً على مفهوم الذات الجمعي السلوكي الإنساني، وأوصت الدراسة بزيادة البحث حول موضوع الذات الجمعي لأجل الوصول لنسق متكامل لنظريته التي يمكن أن يكون لها الأثر على نظريات وعلوم السلوك.

The amounts of data rates is increasing sharply with time. In addition, the number of connected devices to the network is increasing sharply with time. 5G networks with the use of advanced technologies such as the use of massive MIMO systems, and with the use of developed wireless standards will be able to serve this huge number of data rates and connected devices to the network. Hence, contributions to 5G technology is very important for the future communication networks. Therefore, one pattern reconfigurable 4Χ4 massive MIMO slot-based antenna at 3.6 GHz with a size of 21 Χ 21 Χ 2 cm^3 and with an enhanced performance compared to previous mMIMO designs was proposed and presented in the work of this thesis. The used single element in the mMIMO is a compact and low-profile pattern reconfigurable slot-based antenna with 8 different directional patterns at 3.6 GHz.In addition, and in the direction of supporting 5G technology, a new compact and low-profile pattern reconfigurable antenna for IoT applications was proposed and presented. The size of this antenna is like the size of a credit card, such that it is suitable to be used for some specific applications where it is required to put the antenna in the pocket of a worker in a factory for example. The resonant frequency of the antenna is 868 MHz with three different patterns and with an overlapped bandwidth of 10 MHz; which is enough for IoT applications. The ECC between the three patterns are well below 0.5. The antenna is composed of two slots and one monopole, and it was concluded that the slot radiating elements are less sensitive to hand and plastic casing effects compared to monopole radiating elements.In addition, one compact and low-profile pattern reconfigurable slot-based antenna with 8 different patterns at 2.3 GHz, and 8 different patterns at 3.7 GHz was proposed and presented. This antenna can be used to localize the locations of oil wells in a large area.Finally, a new, compact and low-profile pattern reconfigurable slot-based antenna was proposed for future drones. The antenna has 4 different patterns at 3.7 GHz and 4 different patterns at 5.2 GHz.All the antennas designed in this work supports future 5G technology bands and applications, and all of them are controlled electrically. The used substrate for all antennas is FR-4 substrate.

La structure du rachis est complexe. C’est une chaine osto-articulaire avec un grandnombre de degré de liberté. D’un point de vue biomécanique, l’analyse morphologique desdéformations rachidiennes ainsi que les caractéristiques mécaniques des tissus osseux et destissus mous composants le rachis, elles nous permettent de situer mécaniquement les différentstissus de la colonne les uns par rapport aux autres.
