Une créance consiste pour une entreprise à laisser un délai de paiement à ses clients. Une procédure largement appliquée qui fait partie de la stratégie commerciale pour fidéliser des clients ou se démarquer de la concurrence par exemple. Toutefois, le fait de ne pas être payé immédiatement pour une prestation réalisée ou un produit déjà vendu a un impact non négligeable sur la trésorerie des entreprises. Ce décalage entre les entrées et les sorties d’argent de la trésorerie d’une société implique pour le chef d’entreprise de devoir toujours prévoir cette distorsion sous peine de se retrouver sans liquidités disponibles en caisse ou en banque pour continuer à faire fonctionner son entreprise. D’autre part, si l’entreprise est confrontée à de nombreux impayés de créances, la conséquence ultime peut être son dépôt de bilan à terme. Les impayés sont en effet majoritairement à l’origine des cessations d’entreprises. Et d’un point de vue comptable, les créances ont aussi un impact sur le bilan et le résultat d’une entreprise. Elles constituent en effet des charges d’exploitation qui contribuent à diminuer son résultatAfin de limiter les effets néfastes des créances sur l’équilibre financier, les entreprises ont toutefois la possibilité de mettre en place différentes solutions. Elles peuvent en effet réduire les délais de payement accordés aux clients, elle sont tenues de mettre en œuvre des moyens et des techniques de recouvrement des créances clients pour rétablir leur équilibre financier à court terme et d’assurer leur pérennité.

Purpose - This thesis attempts to explore the effect of online marketing for nonprofitnongovernmental organizations in Lebanon in the education sector. It also serves to investigate whether online marketing is an effective means of communication with target audiences to increase positive perception, awareness, volunteerism and donations.Design/methodology/approach - The researcher undertook a case study on Paradis d'Enfants, a nonprofit nongovernmental association of primary schools. The researcher conducted an interview, online and offline questionnaires, and reviewed online analytics to collect data, evaluate the performance of the association's online activities, and understand the public's perception, as well as that of the association.Findings - The research findings demonstrate that online marketing has a strong association withthe public's perception of an NGO. It affects the relationship between nonprofit associations and donors and volunteers. The study also found inconclusive results regarding the association between online marketing and frequency of donating or volunteering.Research limitations/implications - Due to time-constraint, instrumentation, relatively lowresponse rate and lack of clear population, the research sample was not sufficient to generalize results. Findings, however, did provide interesting results to support further research into the implications of online marketing for nonprofit organizations (NPOs) in Lebanon.Practical implications - With internet shaping communications today and connecting people in real time around the world, it is important to research the effectiveness of this marketing tool and its function in NPOs. Researchers can duplicate the study by expanding the sample size or targeting other NPOs in the country to check the generalizability of results to other NPOs from different sectors.Originality/value - With online marketing being a fairly new topic, there is little precedence in research regarding whether online marketing is effective for nonprofit nongovernmental educational institutions in Lebanon. The study shed light on the significance of online marketing in relationship building for NPOs in Lebanon and was among the pioneering studies in the country.

Cette recherche porte sur la commande tolérante aux défauts pour une hélicoptère octorotor en présence de défauts d'actionneurs. L'étude présente deux stratégies de commande innovantes : une commande adaptative floue à mode glissant dynamique globale terminale rapide et une combinaison d'un observateur de mode de glissement avec une commande par backstepping flou type 2 adaptatif. Ces stratégies visent à garantir la stabilité et la fiabilité des performances de l'octorotor en détectant et en compensant efficacement les défauts des actionneurs. Grâce à l'intégration de techniques adaptatives, de méthodes de mode glissant et de logique floue, les approches proposées démontrent leur capacité à atténuer l'impact des défauts des actionneurs et à maintenir un vol contrôlé, améliorant ainsi la sécurité et la robustesse des opérations de l’octorotor. Les résultats obtenus montrent que ces deux approches proposées garantissent la stabilité du système en boucle fermée dans un état sain et dégradé

Le premier chapitre se résume dans les besoins des ressources humaines (RH) et de cette dernière, qui consistent en premier lieu dans la fonction, les éléments constitutifs et la place des ressources humaines dans la GRH. Les activités des RH reposent sur la formation, la rémunération et la communication. Le management de la performance exige certains comportements organisationnels et une performance adaptée. Contrairement au premier chapitre, qui est une définition des RH, ce deuxième chapitre englobe le processus de recrutement, qui comprend la gestion prévisionnelle des effectifs, ainsi que les enjeux de la GPEC et ses objectifs. Le recrutement est un point essentiel dans ce processus, qui aboutit finalement à un contrat de travail, qu’il s’agisse d’un CDI, d’un CDD ou bien d’un CTT.

Maytenus dhofarensis is a celastraceous herb naturally found in the southern region of Oman, where it is locally known as "Serbit." Ethnobotanical reports suggest that consumption of the plant’s fruits by goats induces illness characterized by episodes of shivering. Although M. dhofarensis is not traditionally recognized as a medicinal plant in Omani herbal practices, other species of the Maytenus genus are known globally for their therapeutic properties. Due to the lack of prior phytochemical studies on this species, this study aimed to explore M. dhofarensis for structurally novel compounds and assess their bioactivities against kinases involved in cell survival and proliferation signaling pathways. In this investigation, hexane and chloroform extracts from the fruits of M. dhofarensis were chemically analyzed, leading to the isolation of seven compounds: Monoacetyldiglyceride (1) Triacylglyceride (2) Palmitic acid (3) Hydroxylated monoacetyldiglyceride (4) Dihydro-β-agarofuran-type sesquiterpene pyridine alkaloid (5) Dihydro-β-agarofuran-type sesquiterpene pyridine alkaloid (6) Alkenyl isothiocyanate (7) All seven compounds are newly reported isolates from M. dhofarensis. Their structures were elucidated through comprehensive spectroscopic analyses, including IR, 1D and 2D NMR, UV, and ESI-MS. The relative configuration of compound 5 was further established using Density Functional Theory (DFT) calculations in conjunction with NMR data. In addition, analysis of the seed oil using GC-MS with DMOX derivatization revealed the presence of hydroxylated fatty acids, including palmitic acid, stearic acid, and oleic acid (18:9). Notably, compound 5 demonstrated potential anticancer activity by inducing morphological changes and partially inhibiting colony formation in MCF-7 breast cancer cells. Molecular pathway analysis showed a significant downregulation of phosphorylated Akt (p-Akt) in MCF-7 cells upon treatment with compound 5, suggesting a targeted mechanism of action.
