Induction motors (IM) are the most widely used electrical motors due to their reliability, lowcost and robustness. The need for variable speed of an induction motor arises in certainindustrial applications and this is often difficult to achieve because induction motors are offixed speed. The objective of this thesis to study the methods of improving speed range andcharacteristics of an induction motor.In this study, firstly the electric statics of IM, which affect characteristics and linearity, havebeen studied.Secondly,the characteristics for several methods of speed control of an induction motor suchas , variable rotor resistance, variable stator voltage, constant V/f control methods wasrepresented using MATLAB programming.Finally, the results of closed loop constant v/f control with variable speed drive andproportional–integral controller was obtained by MATLAB/SIMULINK, and dynamicIVresponse was represented and analyzed, which was found to match the characteristicsavailable in literature of speed control of induction motors.

تهدف هذه المذكرة إلى دراسة تأثير الإنفاق الاجتماعي على التنمية البشرية في الجزائر خلال الفترة الممتدةمن 2000 إلى 2022 التي شهدت اهتماماً متزايداً بالإنفاق الاجتماعي الذي يلعب دورًا محورياً في تحقيق التنمية البشرية في الجزائر، ومن خلال تحليل البيانات والمؤشرات المتاحة يتضح أن الاستثمارات في المجالات الأساسية مثل التعليم، الصحة، والخدمات الاجتماعية تساهم بشكل كبير في تحسين نوعية الحياة والارتقاء بمستوى المعيشة للسكان، وأن التركيز على الإنفاق الاجتماعي يظل ضرورياً لتعزيز التنمية البشرية وتحقيق نمو اقتصادي مستدام،ولكن تحقيق التنمية يتطلب تبني سياسات شاملة ومتكاملة تعالج التحديات القائمة.

Time series (TS) analysis has many applications in domains that are very critical for business and society. TS analysis may target different objectives including forecasting, clustering, and classification. Deep learning (DL) models, such as Residual Network (ResNet) and Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) have been extensively considered for learning and analyzing the different patterns inherent in TS. However, it is known that DL models may not perform as expected under various circumstances that cause changes in the data. These changes could occur naturally due to noise, or could be crafted for malicious purposes, among possible other reasons. It is desirable to evaluate DL models under various circumstances to gain more confidence about their performance in deployment. In this research, we focus on various DL models considered for time series classification (TSC), which is one type of time series analysis, and evaluate the robustness of such models in response to noisy inputs. Our goal is to evaluate the robustness of various types of DL architectures and training methods in response to noisy data as well as missing data. We use different types of perturbation functions to simulate noisy inputs. A major objective of this research is to compare and contrast the effectiveness of different training methods in building robust models for TSC. Our experiments show that there is a significant statistical difference among the different training methods with regard to their impact on the models’ robustness in response to noisy or missing data. In this research, we employ various metrics to assess the robustness of the models as well as the training methods. We compare and contrast those metrics, highlighting some of their limitations. Moreover, we adapt the saliency maps method for interpreting the behavior of deep learning models from being applied to images, to being applied to multivariate time series datasets. We use these saliency maps along with the metrics to perform holistic analysis on various deep learning models to compare and understand their behavior.

مــلخص المذكرةتندرج الترقية في إطار البعد الزمني للحركية التي يتميز يها المسار المهني للموظف، فإلي جانب تنظيم المشرع لنظام الترقية وفق قوانين الوظيفة بشروط ومعايير وإجراءات معينة نجده من خلال الأمر(03 -06) المؤرخ في 15 يوليو 2006 المتضمن القانون الأساسي العام للوظيفة العامة الذي أعطى حركية للإدارة عن طريق بعض الإيجابيات التي جاءها لم تكن في القوانين السابقة الأخرى، حيث أنه وازن بين مصلحة الموظفين في الترقية على أساس المؤهل العلمي كاختبار لكفاءة الموظف عن طريق الامتحانات أو الشهادة أو الاختيار أو التكوين وبالتالي التوازن بين الأقدمية والمؤهل العلمي.ولقد كرس عدة ضمانات محيطة بعملية التقييم الدوري الذي تمارسه الإدارة على الموظف والتي بدورها تعطي المصداقية والشفافية لعملية التقييم كإلزام الإدارة بتبليغ استمارة التنقيط للموظف المعني بها قصد التوقيع عليها وضرورة الدفاع والطعن فيها أمام اللجنة المتساوية الأعضاء وجاء تفصيلها في المرسوم. (59-85) من خلال أحكام نص المادة 85 منه كما أن المشرع أعطى أساسا قانونيا ومنهجيا واضحا في التطبيق لنظام الترقية سواء أكان ذلك في الدرجة أو في الرتبة وحدد جدول مستويات التأهيل لجعل عملية الترقية مسطرة ومقننة والتي جاءت في المادة ( 03 ) من المرسوم الرئاسي رقم.(304-07)

A l'heure où le changement climatique, la crise économique et l'insécurité alimentaire sont des questions majeures, les lourdes conséquences environnementales, économiques et sociales du gaspillage alimentaire sont générées dans le monde entier et montrent l'importance voire la nécessité de lutter contre les pertes futiles non seulement de nourriture et de ressources naturelles, mais aussi des milliards de dollars investis dans la production, le transport, la transformation puis l'élimination. De plus, des initiatives et des exemples à travers le monde démontrent que des actions spécifiques peuvent être prises de diverses manières pour réduire le gaspillage alimentaire.L'objectif de ce travail est de présenter et discuter des solutions pour mieux gérer les pertes et, si possible, réduire la quantité de gaspillage grâce à la création d'une plateforme anti-gaspillage.

This study aims at investigate foreign language anxiety experienced by the Algerian learners at the university; its negative consequences on the learner's level and achievements because recently, it has been observed that in the field of education a threat to the learner's self-esteem maybe caused by a tremendous amount of anxiety. One of the most important responsibilities of the teachers inside the classroom is to create a sufficient and enjoyable atmosphere for most of the learners by using different methods and techniques for the sake of developing their levels .In the present study , we are going to see the effect of using games techniques ,in the oral expression session ,in order to lower the level of the anxiety .The hypothesis was set as follows: students who experienced different types of games during the oral expression session, would show a remarkable improvement in lowering their anxiety level than those who are taught in the traditional way. In order to test the hypothesis, a quasi-experimental method was adopted, with second year students at L'arbi Ben M'hidi University, Oum El Bouaghi. The sample of the study is composed of 40 students who were already divided into two groups by the administration (2nd year students, group 5 as the experimental and group 3 as the control one); both groups were pre-tested and post-tested. There was a period of treatment for six sessions where the experimental group played the game "Werewolf". The data was collected and analyzed through well-known statistical tools.
