L'absence de donnée sur l’anchois fréquentant l'est algérien justifie l'étude que nous avons entreprise.L'anchois Engraulis encrasicolus, Linné, (1758) est une espèce à rendement très important, dans les revenus dela pêcherie Algérienne il est sujet à de forte pression de pêche et les stocks sont soit pleinement exploités soitsurexploités. Par conséquent, une bonne gestion de cette ressource halieutique est l'assurance de son autorenouvellement.Le but de cette étude est de définir l’âge des individus recrutés à la population d’anchois dugolfe de Bejaia , des échantillons de cette espèce sont prélevés aléatoirement selon la disponibilité de l’espècedurant le mois de Mai , dont un nombre de 199 individus a servi à l’étude de quelques caractèresmorphométriques utilisés dans l’ichtyologie pour la détermination du model de croissance. Les échantillonsrecueillis ont une taille allant de 8 ,8 à 16,7 avec une prédominance d’une classe de taille 12 à 13cm. L’âge de199 poissons a été estimé à partir de la microstructure des otolithesLes résultats indiquent que la taille des individus recrutés n’est pas dépendante de l’âge maisplutôt des conditions environnemental les vécuesLes caractères morpho-métriques ne montrent pas de variation significative. Cependant, les résultats sontsimilaires à ceux obtenus sur le littoral méditerranéen.La relation taille poids, avec un coefficient de croissance b˂3 montre une relation allométriqueminorante. L’anchois du golfe de Bejaia croît plus vite que son poids.

هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة تأثير الثقافة التنظيمية على الأداء الوظيفي، وذلك من خلال عناصر الثقافة التنظيمية والمتمثلة في القيم التنظيمية، والمعتقدات التنظيمية، والأعراف التنظيمية، والتوقعات التنظيمية، تمت الدراسة الميدانية بالاعتماد على أراء عينة من العاملين بجامعة محمد بوضياف المسيلة. وقد اعتمدنا في الدراسة الميدانية على الاستبانة كأداة في جمع المعلومات والإجابة على إشكالية الدراسة مع إثبات أو نفي فرضيات الدراسة، وتم تصميم استبانة مكونة من 21 سؤال، ووزعت على عينة مكونة من61 فردا من عاملين في جامعة محمد بوضياف بالمسيلة. كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة ان هناك أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للمتغير المستقل (الثقافة التنظيمية) على المتغير التابع (الأداء الوظيفي) في المؤسسة محل الدراسة (جامعة محمد بوضياف بالمسيلة).

ان استخدام المزيج التسويقي الموسع ما هو في الواقع إلا جزء من الصورة النهائية لأي مؤسسة خدمية في السوق ومنه فإن مدى استحسان الجمهور لهذه الصورة وإستقبالهم لها يتحدد بدرجة أولى بإهتمام المؤسسة بإستخدام أدواته واعتماده عليها من خلال تفعيله والعمل على تطويره.ومن هنا تتضح لنا الأهمية العظمى التي يجب ان نوليها للمزيج التسويقي الموسع وحتى تحقق المؤسسة الخدمية أهدافها المخططة يجب أولا ان تبدأ بتغيير الذهنيات وإبراز قيمة هذا الأخير لدى الأفراد لمواكبة التطورات في سوق الخدمات.إذ يعد المزيج التسويقي الخدمي في المؤسسات الخدمية جزء لا يتجزأ من نشاط عمليات هذه المؤسسات لذلك يجب ان يدرس بعناية ودقة متناهية للنهوض بقطاع الخدمات وخاصة الصحية منها .وفي الختام تعد دراستنا هذه مجرد محاولة نتمنى أن تكون أرضية لأبحاث أخرى أوسعالتوصيات

This research aimed to assess the overall sustainability of the Palestinian nongovernmental sector operates in the Gaza strip. The research used the Civil Society Organizations Sustainability Index CSOSI developed by United States Agency for International Development USAID. The index examines and assigns scores to seven interrelated dimensions: legal environment, organizational capacity, financial viability, advocacy, service provision, infrastructure, and public image.The research adopted the descriptive analytical approach and was conducted on a purposive sample of 80 NGOs in the Gaza Strip with cross-sectoral fields of operation. The selection criteria of the sample was : NGOs with annual budget 500,000 US dollars or above, and NGOs licensed for more than five years. The main tool of the research was a questionnaire, which was distributed to the research sample. The response rate was 100%. The research concluded that sustainability evolving in the seven dimensions of the Index as well as the overall sustainability, as the results were as follows: Legal Environment (4.6), Organizational Capacity (3.7), Financial Viability (4.9), Advocacy (4.6), Service Provision (4.2), Infrastructure (4.2), Public Image (3.9) and Overall sustainability (4.3). The research has put forwards a number of recommendations such as:- Provide legal awareness on NGOs' legal framework for both NGOs' staff and government officials to overcome obstacles in practices.- Conduct capacity building training for NGOs' staff in the areas of management and specialized training courses.- Diversifying financial sources for NGOs including cost recovery as well as raising strategies.- Provide awareness about the importance and role of NGOs to the community.- Provide specialized training for NGOs' staff in the area of needs assessment, product/service development and cost recovery.- Promote the establishment of NGOs resource, information and training centers.- Create public perception of NGOs' concept and framework to the public, media, government, private sector and other potential stakeholders.

This thesis aims to conduct a quantitative investigation into the practices andchallenges of EFL teachers in assessing their students’ speaking skills. To collect datafor this study, all EFL teachers currently working for the Ministry of Education andHigher Education in Qatar were invited to participate in an online survey using GoogleForms Software. A total of 120 teachers took part in the data collection process bycompleting the questionnaire. Using SPSS 23 Software, the data was analyzed underfive sets of assessment practices and three categories of challenges. Descriptive statisticsrevealed that EFL teachers were committed to providing enough time for the assessmentof students’ EFL speaking skills. In addition, results proved that teachers were careful todifferentiate speaking assessment tasks, use a rating scale in scoring students’performance and provide students with feedback. However, teachers’ challenges in theassessment of EFL speaking skills were mainly related to practicality issues, the lackof relevant training and the students’ low levels of motivation and English proficiency.
