The 2019 novel coronavirus was first recognized in Wuhan, China, in December 2019. considering the rapid outbreak in China and fast worldwide spread of the COVID-19 caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2. Patients infected with COVID-19 show marked changes in haematological and immunological parameters specially in the total white blood cells, neutrophils and lymphocytes. This study was a cross sectional study which carried out at isolation centre, Wad Medani City from May to December 2020 aimed to assess the leukocytes parameters in patients with COVID-19 in Wad Medani isolation centre, Sudan (2020) with different gender and aged groups. A questionnaire was designed to collect the data. The blood samples were collected according to the standard procedures and processed by using Sysmex (Celltac) to perform the total white blood cells count and differential count in order to calculate the Neutrophil/ Lymphocyte Ratio. Data was analyzed by using Statistical Package for Social Sciences computer program (Version 21). 68 (68%) of patients were males and 32 (32%) were females, the mean of ages was (60.31 ± 14.78 years). The comorbidities of study population were 14 (14%) with hypertension, 22 (22%) with diabetes mellitus, 1 (1%) with ischemic heart disease, 25 (25%) with hypertension and diabetes mellitus and 2 (2%) with hypertension, diabetes mellitus and ischemic heart disease. The results showed that the neutrophil/ lymphocyte ratio were 81% high which was statistically insignificant with the severity of the disease (p.value 0.940). Leukocytosis were in (50%) neutrophilia in (61%) and lymphopenia in (43%) of patients. And there was a statistically significant relationship between number of symptoms present and the severity of the disease with (p.value 0.000) and the most abundant symptoms were fever in (72%), SOB in (64%) and cough in (70%) of patients. The study concluded that the relationship between white blood cells parameters and severity of COVID-19 were statistically insignificant. The study recommended measurement of total white blood cells and differential count should be done to evaluate the severity of disease in patients with COVID-19.

Excessive pregnancy weight gain appears to increase birth weight and the offspring’s risk for obesity later in life. However, this relationship may be confounded by genetic and other shared. A total of 50 patients were examined in a period of one year from October 2014 to October 2015 all patients were examined in supine transverse and longitudinal or saggital scan. All patients were examined in ultrasound department of Shaam Hospital in Ras Al Khaima in United Arab Emirates . The mothers were normal and/or diabetics, data collected between 28 weeks of pregnancy to full term gestation .The result was obtained after collecting and analyzing the data collection sheet using the Computer program of Statistical Package for Social Sciences SPSS. The result showed the mean of Frequent age group is 31.5 (40%), the 70% of mothers was diabetic, also the result showed that 90% of the ceses were diabetics ,and the relation between mother’s weight and fetal weight shown by equation Y=3.0106+1248.8 and Rz =0.0258 .

Les travaux de recherche présentés dans ce rapport concernent la conception, la simulation et la caractérisation d’un convertisseur modal à base d’une canne microstructurée air-silice effilée. La structure étant réduite homothétiquement le long de son axe de propagation pour former deux tapers et le waist. La technique proposée se base sur le multiplexage spatial des modes MDM pour augmenter la capacité des systèmes de communication optique. Elle a pour objectif l’excitation sélective des modes par couplage optique entre deux fibres différentes parallèles insérées dans la canne. Une étude approfondie est réalisée pour caractériser le phénomène de couplage dans toutes les parties du composant. Nous avons proposé d’agir, avec deux méthodes, sur la géométrie interne de la canne pour satisfaire la condition d’adaptation de phaseentre les modes sélectionnés. Nous avons développé également un algorithme pour compenser la longueur du waist lorsqu’un couplage supplémentaire intervient dans les tapers. Le couplage intermodal est minimisé à la sortie du composant en agissant sur les paramètres géométriques de la canne. Enfin, nous réussissons à valider l’excitation sélective du mode fondamental et d’autres modes d’ordre supérieur d’une fibre multimode à la sortie d’un coupleur directionnel asymétrique avec le taux de répartition souhaité.

تتناول هذه الدراسة "التواصل بالتراث في شعر يوسف الخطيب" لما للتراث من أهمية في الحياة (العلمية والعملية), فهو ميراث الآباء والأجداد, وهو العون في الكشف عن مكنونات الحياة, والمساعد في التعامل مع المواقف والحالات المشابهة له, لذا فقد حرص الإنسان على ذاك الموروث وتمسك به وعمل على نقله من السلف إلى الخلف, لضمان الاستمرارية والحفاظ على الهوية التي سعى الآخرون من أجل طمسها وتغييرها وتحويرها ونفيها حتى وربما سرقتها حينما أدرك أهميتها بالنسبة لأهلها.كلُّ هذا كان وراء تمسك الأبناء بالتراث والحفاظ عليه, ونقله إلى من بعدهم بصورته الأولى فتعهدوه في أعمالهم ومنجزاتهم المختلفة من أجل ضمان بقائه.جاء في التمهيد الحديث عن مفهوم التراث لغة واصطلاحاً, وكيفية تطور المصطلح ودخوله إلى ساحة الأدب, وكيف تعامل معه الأدباء والنقاد والمفكرون, كذلك الحديث عن التراث والتجديد, وأهمية التراث, واستدعاء التراث في الأعمال الأدبية, وأخيراً الحديث عن العوامل التي دفعت بالأديب للتواصل مع التراث.وأما الفصل الأول فتحدث عن الأنماط التراثية عند يوسف الخطيب وهي: التناص الديني الذي يشمل التناص مع القرآن الكريم والحديث الشريف والتناص مع الشخصيات الدينية, وتحدث أيضاً عن التناص التاريخي الذي يشمل الحديث عن الشخصيات التاريخية الحقيقية والرمزية والقناع الفني من جهة والأحداث التاريخية من جهة أخرى, وكذلك التناص الأدبي العربي والغربي منه ويتمثل بـ: الأدب القديم, والأدب الحديث, والأدب الشعبي والأساطير والأمثال والحكم.وشمل الفصل الثاني الحديث عن آليات توظيف التراث من حيث الاستخدام: ظاهرة عرضية, وظاهرة فنية (الرمز), وقناع فني, ومن حيث المضمون: رؤية ذاتية, ورؤية موضوعية, ومن حيث البناء: التراث واللغة, والتراث والصورة, والتراث والإيقاع.وختمت الدراسة بخاتمة تضمنت أهم النتائج التي وصلت إليها الرسالة, وببعض التوصيات.

تلعب السياحة دوراً هاماً في اقتصاديات كثير من دول العالم كمصدر للدخل القومي، إذ يعتبر قطاع السياحة في فلسطين من أكثر القطاعات حيوية، إضافةً لما توفره السياحة من العملات الأجنبية وفرص العمل، إلى جانب تشجيعها للاستثمار في مجال الخدمات السياحية، كإنشاء الفنادق والمطاعم ووسائل النقل وغيرها.حيث تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف على محددات النمو للقطاع السياحي في محافظة بيت لحم، من أجل تحقيق القدرة التنافسية من خلال تطبيق نموذج بورتر الماسي لتحديد عوامل أخرى غير تلك المقترحة في نموذج بورتر، التي يمكن أن تؤثر على القدرة التنافسية لقطاع السياحة.واستنادًا إلى نظرية بورتر للميزة التنافسية، فإن المحددات الرئيسة للميزة التنافسية هي: شروط العامل وشروط الطلب وظروف الصناعات المرتبطة والمساندة، وإﺳﺗراﺗﯾﺟﯾﺔ ﻫﯾﻛل وﺗﻧﺎﻓﺳﯾﺔ اﻟﻣؤﺳﺳﺔ، والفرصة ودور الحكومة.وقد تضمنت الدراسة في البداية الميزة التنافسية لمكونات القطاع السياحي في محافظة بيت لحم، إضافة إلى استخدام تحليل سوات (SWOT Analysis) وهو أحد أشهر أدوات التقييم والتحليل النوعي، وذلك لتحليل نقاط القوة والضعف والفرص والتهديدات التي تواجه القطاع السياحي في المحافظة، حيث تم العمل عليها لمدة ستة أشهر، ثم تم تعديل البحث بسبب جائحة كورونا التي غزت العالم بشكل مفاجئ، وأثرت على القطاع السياحي، وعملت على إغلاق مناحي الحياة كافة، فتمّ استبدال الاستبيان الذي كان من المفترض توزيعه على عينة من السياح القادمين لمحافظة بيت لحم، بعمل مقابلات مع أصحاب مكونات القطاع السياحي.كما تم وضع مجموعة من التوصيات، التي من شأنها مساعدة صُنّاع القرار في وضع الخطط الاستراتيجية، للنهوض بهذا القطاع، وزيادة دور المؤسسات الفعالة وذات العلاقة بالقطاع السياحي، إضافة إلى ضرورة قيام أصحاب مكونات القطاع السياحي، بتوفير دورات تدريبية للعاملين لديهم.ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم تبني المنهج النوعي من خلال جمع بيانات نوعية عن مكونات القطاع السياحي في محافظة بيت لحم، عن طريق عمل مقابلات معمقة مع أصحاب المكونات، إضافة إلى المعلومات التي تم الحصول عليها من وزارة السياحة والآثار والبلديات، يُضاف إلى ذلك مراجعة الدراسات التي تفيد موضوع الدراسة، وثم تلخيص وتحليل النتائج التي تم الحصول عليها.وتشير نتائج الدراسة الى تمتع محافظة بيت لحم بمكانة دينية مهمة، تجعلها من أهم الوجهات السياحية في العالم، ما أدى الى زيادة الطلب على غرف الفنادق، وبالتالي على الخدمات والمرافق السياحية كافة، إضافة إلى مناسبة أسعار الخدمات السياحية للسياح، إلا أنّ هنالك نقصاً في الخدمات السياحية الترفيهية، وضعفاً في بعض مهارات العاملين في القطاع، وكذلك الضعف في البنية التحتية في المحافظة، كما أنّه لا يوجد لدى وزارة السياحة والآثار الفلسطينية، دور واضح متعلق بمكونات القطاع السياحي، وهناك تأثير للاحتلال الإسرائيلي بشكل سلبي على القطاع السياحي في المحافظة، من تقييد لحركة السياح، والتحكم بالمعابر وغيرها.
