The Bin-packing problem is a widely researched subject and still being researched till present to reach solutions which are near optimum. There are many variants of the problem, depending on the objective of the research, each has multiple solutions proposed by researchers. In this research, we investigate a multi-objective 3D bin- packing problem and propose a novel algorithm where we consider the volume and weight as constraints and use the minimum number of bins to pack different-sized boxes. The resulting bins should be balanced as much as possible. The proposed solution is a layer-based approach, the proposed algorithm packs all boxes using horizontal layers, it has shown promising results in terms of number of bins and execution time and provides flexibility to be applied on different variations of the bin-packing problem. The results have been compared and successively validated with a theoretical lower bound and a previously published algorithm that tackled the same problem.

This study aims to investigate University students’ motivations and attitudes towards Learning English as foreign Language .The study targeted Second year students, University of Nyala, Faculty of Education, and English Language Department. It explores some factors that may affect English Language learning process. The sample of the study consists of 50, Students male and female from University of Nyala, Faculty of Education. The Tool used in this study questionnaire ,which comprises 15 statements to achieve objectives of the study .The data’s obtained from the students are proceed and analyzed by using the statistical package for social sciences program (SPSS) ,and results of this study are critically described and discussed. The results of this study revealed that students are more aware of importance and purposes of English Language , Students have higher motivation towards Learning English Language, Students have strong positive attitudes towards Learning English Language and students are obsessed with internal and external factors that push them towards learning English Language. According to the results of this study, the researcher recommended that the university students in order to be more successful, they should prepared psychologically and teachers should enhance students’ motivation towards learning process.

سنحاول التطرق إليه خلال دراستنا هذه أين نحاول معرفة مواقف الموظف من عملية إحداث التغيير وهذا وفق المنهجية التالية :الفصل الأول وتناولنا فيه الإطار المنهجي للدراسة بما فيه م تبيان لأهمية وأهداف الدراسةوطرح الإشكالية وصياغة الفرضيات ثم تحديد المفاهيم وكذا التطرق إلى الأسس المنهجيةللدراسة.أما بالنسبة للفصل الثاني فقد تطرقنا إلى الخلفية السوسيوثقافية للموظف الجزائري وأثرها في التنظيمات من خلال دور القيم الاجتماعية وكذا التنشئة الاجتماعية التي تلقها الموظف في مجتمعه المحلي في تفعيل التنظيمات ، بإضافة إلى تأثير البيئة الاجتماعية والثقافية على التنظيمات .أما الفصل الثالث فقد تناولنا فيه موضوع التغيير من ماهية إدارة التغيير ثم مراحل وإستراتيجيات إدارة التغيير ثم مقاومة التغيير وأساليب معالجتها. وعرجنا في الفصل الرابع إلى إجراءات الدارسة الميدانية وذلك بعد تطبيق الاستمارة كأداة لجمع البيانات ثم تفريغها وتبويبها وبناء جدول إحصائية ثم تحليلها سوسيولوجيا ، وفي الأخير نتائج الدراسة مع التعليق وحاولنا اختيار مدى مصداقية الفرضيات والجمع بين الطرح النظري وما أفرزتهالدراسة الميدانية

Dans ce travail nous avons essayé d'étudier la caractéristique dynamique des structures auto stable (pulsation) compte tien des paramètres incertains, et on applique la méthode de Rayleigh quotient itération (RQI) puis ont comparé avec la méthode d'intervalle (exacte). Après j'ai examiné l'effet de l'hypothèse qui concerne la rigidité des planches (planchers infiniment rigides ou planchers ont une rigidité finie) pour calculer la bande inférieure et la bande supérieure des pulsations par la méthode intervalle.

تعتبر البورصة سوق منظمة يلتقي فيه المتعاملين بالبيع والشراء، بحيث تتميز بوجود مكان محدد لها كما تتميز بوجود إجراءات محددة تحكمها، ويمكن القول بأن المشرع وضع إطار قانوني للبورصة في المرسوم 93/10 المعدل والمتمم حيث يتضمن هذا الإطار أجهزة داخلية تتضمن السير الحسن للبورصة بحيث أوكلت لكل منها سلطات تقوم عليها وذلك بهدف ضبط السوق. وتبنت الجزائر فكرة البورصة للنهوض بالاقتصاد الوطني ولمساعدة في جلب رؤوس الأموال بغرض تشجيع الاستثمار الوطني والأجنبي ولخلق منافسة بين الجهات المصدرة للقيم المنقولة في اشباع المستثمرين

Cette recherche porte sur l’enseignement / apprentissage de décodage en lecture, dans la classe de4ème année primaire, et sa pratique en classe de français langue étrangère. Elle a pour but de trouverl’origine des handicaps rencontrés par les apprenants, et proposer des solutions, que nous les espéronsutiles.Dans le but de poursuivre cette recherche nous avons sélectionné les axes priv ilégiés dedidactique de lecture : les modèles et les méthodes, et aussi les composantes de la compétence dedécodage, dans la perspective d’élargissement et d’amélioration des propos itions didactiques basées surles nouvelles approches de l’enseignement/ apprentissage du FLE, qui a pour but de développerl’apprentissage de lecture d’une façon plus structurée et approfondie.
