" ce vieil adage résume à lui seul les raisons pourLesquelles toute entreprise qui souhaite se développer, recherche sur le long terme à assurer lasatisfaction de ses clients, elle est devenue aujourd'hui une nécessité pour les entreprises, une réelleopportunité en termes de profit futur notamment dans le secteur des services, un secteur assez spécial et complexe. .A cet effet, dans le présent travail, nous avons opté pour le secteur bancaire en Algérie quiconnais une accélération dynamique suite aux diverses efforts déployé en terme de qualité de service et de personnel, notamment Crédit Populaire d'Algérie comme cas d'étude, afin de mesurer le niveau de satisfaction des clients de cette dernière.Le résultat de notre recherche a révélé que les clients de CPA son moyennement satisfait parrapport à la qualité de service offert par CPA et son personnel en contact.

This study investigates condolence expressions in English and Arabic from a cognitive stylistic perspective since no study has done this task. It aims to: (1) identify the occurrences of the embodied image schemas, DEATH conceptual metaphors, emergent structures, and types of mental worlds within each language; (2) specify the (dis-)shared cognitive stylistic items in English and Arabic condolence expressions; (3) find out image schemas, DEATH conceptual metaphors, and types of mental worlds having the advanced ranks in both languages; (4) identify the embodiment contents and scope of the identified schemas; (5) show the categorization and characterization of the metaphorical constructions used in both languages; (6) explain the most common condoling implications of the identified emergent structures; (7) find out the role of modality in constructing these expressions; (8) reveal the cognitive stylistic constructions of these expressions with regard to politeness; and (9) identify the role of language and culture-specificities in determining the (non)prevalence of all cognitive stylistic items understudy in both languages. Consequently, it is hypothesized that: (1) there are similarities and statistically (in)significant differences in the occurrences of the cognitive stylistic items understudy within one language and between both; (2) the majority of schemas, DEATH conceptual metaphors, emergent structures, and types of mental worlds are shared by the two languages; (3) CONTAINER and PATH schemas; positive conceptual metaphors; and epistemic and boulomaic modal worlds come in the advanced ranks in both languages; (4) all schemas have approximately the same embodiment contents but their embodiment scope varies in both languages; (5) all expressions convey positive metaphorical meanings and they have rich metaphorical constructions in both languages; (6) the most common condoling themes reflected by the emergent structures are related to the inevitability and beneficial consequences of death; (7) modality has a remarkable prevalence in both languages; (8) all condolence expressions are politely constructed; and (9) language and culture-specificities play a noticeable role in the cognitive stylistic constructions of these expressions. For achieving such aims, an eclectic model is developed of the most common cognitive linguistic theories which are: Mark Johnson's Image Schema Theory (1987); George Lakoff and Mark Johnson's Conceptual Metaphor Theory (1980); Gilles Fauconnier's Mental Spaces Theory (1994); Fauconnier and Turner's Conceptual Blending Theory (2002); and Paul Werth's Text World Theory (1999). The model which is termed as Compact Cognitive Stylistic Model (CCSM) is comprised of four levels and each one has a specific task. This is for guaranteeing a comprehensive cognitive stylistic analysis of both the top-down and bottom-up processing of the selected data which are (28) condolence expressions distributed equally between English and Arabic. In each language, the (14) data are divided into eight religious condolence expressions and the other six are from poetry. The results of the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the selected English and Arabic condolence expressions validate the majority of the hypotheses mentioned above.

This thesis examines the enforcement of public decency laws in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Kuwait, highlighting the influential role of social media (particularly X) in shaping public outrage and legal responses to moral transgressions. Using case studies, the research introduces the concept of "reactive morality," suggesting that legal actions are often driven by viral online campaigns rather than systematic legal frameworks.The study reveals inconsistencies in how laws are enforced, with similar behaviors receiving varying scrutiny depending on their visibility and public backlash on social media. "Public decency" is thus amorphous, challenging the fairness and predictability of legal systems within the GCC. What may be deemed offensive can differ widely based on context and online outrage, undermining public trust and complicating individuals’ navigation of acceptable conduct. There is a tension between the vague language of public decency laws, intended to uphold cultural and Islamic values, and the need for clearer, impartial legal frameworks, which facilitates arbitrary enforcement, often based on public sentiment rather than objective standards, positioning social media as a powerful arbiter of moral regulation. Employing an interdisciplinary approach from legal studies, sociology, and media studies, the thesis discusses how authoritarian governance and religious conservatism, combined with digital connectivity, create spaces where moral and legal boundaries are contested. The findings underscore the implications for individual rights, contending that unclear legal guidelines and the dominance of public opinion jeopardize equitable legal treatment. In response, this thesis advocates for reforms such as adopting more precise legal standards to reduce ambiguity and ensure consistent enforcement of public decency laws. It also calls for enhanced constitutional oversight to mitigate arbitrary enforcement driven by transient online trends. Ultimately, this research contributes to discussions on legal reform in the GCC, emphasizing the urgent need to align public decency frameworks with principles of fairness, accountability, and modernity amidst ongoing digital transformation.

لقد حظي موضوع توظيف الموارد المالية في المصارف الإسلامية باهتمام الكثير من الدراسين في هذا المجال لا سيما ان المصارف الاسلامية باتت تشهد انتشاراً واسعاً خلال العقدين الأخيرين لذلك سعت هذه الدراسة الى إعطاء رؤيه واضحة للبحث في مجالات توظيف تلك الموارد في أوجه الاستثمار المختلفة والتمويل الإسلامية بالمرابحة والمشاركة والمضاربة والاجارة مع التركيز على التوزيع القطاعي لهذه الاستثمارات وتوزيع قطاع التمويل الاسلامي وتمحورت مشكلة الدراسة في الأسئلة الاتية:- هل آن طبيعة الودائع للمصارف الاسلامية قصيرة الاجل تؤثر في توظيف الأموال للمصارف عينة الدراسة, هل ان محددات البنك المركزي ومنافسة المصارف التقليدية حالت دون مساهمتها الفاعلة في النشاط الاقتصادي في كل من العراق وقطر, وقد تبنت الباحثة فرضيه مفادها إن هناك دوراً كبيراً لتوظيف الموارد المالية في رفع كفاءة الأداء المصرفي للمصارف عينة الدراسة وقد استندت الدراسة الى الجمع بين المنهجين الوصفي والاستنباطي والتحليلي وقد توصلت الدراسة الى جملة من الاستنتاجات كان من ابرزها أن مؤشرات تقويم الأداء متمثلة بالسيولة والربحية والتوظيف شهدت تذبذباً واضحاً في مصرف العراق الإسلامي ومصرف قطر الإسلامي خلال مدة الدراسة بسبب حداثة التجربة المصرفية الإسلامية والتذبذب الحاصل في المناخ الاقتصادي والمالي والسياسي لا سيما في العراق الى جانب الاسباب المتعلقة بإدارة المصرفين وضعف خططها المستقبلية واقتصارها على عمليات محدودة وعدم الخوض بالاستثمارات المربحة الذي يعد من اهداف المصارف الإسلامية, تنويع مصادر التمويل وزيادة الاعتماد على الودائع الاستثمارية الطويلة الاجل في كل من المصرفين الإسلاميين من العراق وقطر.
