تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على تقييم المسؤولية الاجتماعية للجامعات وفق نموذج كارول على طلبة الجامعات في قطاع غزة. وقد اعتمد الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم تصميم استبانة كأداة للدراسة، مستخدماً العينة العشوائية الطبقية، وقد تمثل مجتمع الدراسة من جميع طلاب الجامعات النظامية في قطاع غزة (الجامعة الإسلامية، جامعة الأزهر، جامعة فلسطين، جامعة الأقصى) وقد بلغ مجتمع الدراسة (53898) طالباً وطالبة. وقد بلغت عينة الدراسة (382) طالباً وطالبة تم توزيعها على العينة. وتم استرداد (379) استبانة، بنسبة استرداد (99.2%).وقد أظهرت الدراسة عدداً من النتائج أهمها:1. وجود مستوى أقل من المتوسط في تقييم الجامعات للمسؤولية الاجتماعية وفق نموذج كارول بوزن نسبي (56.43%) . 2. وجود مستوى اقل من المتوسط العام للأبعاد الأربعة ، حيث حصل البعد القانوني علي المرتبة الأولي بوزن نسبي (58.66%)، وحصل البعد الخيري الإنساني علي المرتبة الثانية بوزن نسبي (57.26%)، وحصل البعد الأخلاقي علي المرتبة الثالثة بوزن نسبي (56.73%) ، ويأتي بالمرتبة الأخيرة البعد الاقتصادي الذي حصل علي وزن نسبي بلغ (53.06%).3. عدم وجود فروق معنوية بين استجابة المبحوثين حول تقييم التزام الجامعات بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية تعزى للمتغير الدراسي و الجنس، وتبين بوجود فروق معنوية تعزى لمتغير الجامعة.كما قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات منها1. دعوة إدارة الجامعات إلى مأسسة المسؤولية الاجتماعية في الجامعات الفلسطينية ذلك من خلال تضمينها في خطة الجامعات وإخضاع إجراءاتها للتقويم للتأكد من تحقيقها للأهداف.2. تطوير ثقافة الطلاب حول المسؤولية الاجتماعية من خلال موقعها كأعلى منبر للتعليم.3. الاهتمام بمحتوى البرامج والأنشطة المقدمة للطلاب والتي تحقق وتشبع الرغبات والحاجات لديهم، والاهتمام بتوعية الطلاب على التعاون والمشاركة في صنع القرار والاعتماد على النفس، وتدريبهم على القيام بالأعمال القيادية والإشرافية المهمة.4. إنشاء وحدة أو مركز مستقل في الجامعة يعنى بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية ومتابعة أداء كل الوحدات في هذا المجال.5. عقد مؤتمر سنوي تشترك فيه جميع الجامعات الفلسطينية يركز على الجديد على المستوى الإقليمي والعالمي حول المسؤولية الاجتماعية وعرض الإنجازات والتجارب التي حققتها الجامعات لتقويمها وتطويرها وتعميمها ومناقشة السياسات العامة للمسؤولية الاجتماعية للجامعات.6. توطيد العلاقة بين الجامعة والمجتمع المحلي، بأن تضع الجامعة كافة إمكانياتها وجميع مرافقها في خدمة المجتمع المحلي.7. تفعيل الشراكة بين الجامعات ومؤسسات القطاع الخاص والمؤسسات الإنتاجية في تبني مشاريع مشتركة تهدف إلى تدوير المخلفات واستخدام أدوات صديقة للبيئة.

Dans l'activité de la distribution des crédits par la banque, notamment dans le cas d'octroi de crédit à la clientèle entreprises, qui constitue l'avance des fonds à titre onéreux, bien sûr, permettre à la banque de dégager des ressources qui viendront alimenter son produit net bancaire. Mais toute opération de crédit est en même temps une prise de risque dont le principal est naturellement la défaillance pure et simple de l'emprunteur, dans notre cas qui est la PME. Le champ du risque bancaire est beaucoup plus vaste et plus complexe, il concerne les divers risques auxquels la banque fait face, à savoir : risque marché, risque opérationnel,etc.Les banques jouent le rôle du principal bailleur de fonds pour le financement de l'économie notamment le financement des PME. Ces dernières, trouvent des difficultés d'accéder au crédit bancaire, en se voyant refuser le financement de projets viables, notre recherche consiste à apporter des éléments de réponse aux questionnements suivants : quels sont les mécanismes mobilisés pour réduire le risque de crédit dans la relation banque-PME ?Dans notre mémoire nous avons étudié le risque crédit dans la relation banque-PME en adoptant une approche contractuelle fondée sur les apports de la théorie financière de contrat.

Resulting from ancient pilgrimage networks and the outcome of the Patani Kingdom's decline in the eighteenth century, the Patani community from Southern Thailand has had a longstanding presence in Islam's Holy City. This community grew and became particularly well established in the aftermath of the discovery of oil in twentieth century Saudi Arabia. Currently, there are more than 200 Patani families in Mecca's Ajyad district alone. Historically, Patani Muslims are Sufi and Shafiʿi in their religious orientation. This thesis will examine the interrelation between Islamic modes of reasoning and the social, cultural and political contexts in which these modes of reasoning occur. It will look at the intergenerational transformation of religious practice among Patani-Meccans from the 1950s to the 2010s. It will show how the practices and beliefs of first generation Patanis are being challenged by the new generations born and socialized in Saudi Arabia. Drawing on fieldwork and interviews, it argues that each generation developed distinctive strategies to reconcile the Salafi-Wahhabi Saudi context. Additionally, it argues that the social meaning of statements or arguments about the Islamic tradition has new meanings for each generation because they are made in a specific context throughout the three generations.

تتعرض بلدية الخليل إلى مشـــــكلة التأخير في المشـــــاريع الإلشـــــائية، والتأخير له اثار ســـــلبية على نجاح المشــــاريع الإلشــــائية من حيث تجاوز الوقت والتكاليف، وتنعكس هذه الأثار الســــلبية على نواحي الحياة وعلى المجتمع ككل، والذي يســــــتدعي ضــــــرورة دراســــــة هذه الظاهرة عن طريق التعرف على الأســــــباب الرئيســــــــــية للتأخير في إكمال المشــــــــــاريع الإلشــــــــــائية المنفذة خلال الفترة الزمنية الواقعة من 2010إلى 2014 لدى بلدية الخليل في فلسطين، وذلك من خلال التعرف على المدى الزمني الذي تصل له هذه التأخيرات، وتحليل وترتيب أهم الأسباب التي تؤدي إلى التأخير اعتمادا على تكرار حدوث ودرجة شدة ودليل أهمية هذه الأســـــــــباب من وجهة نظر طرفي المشـــــــــروع(المقاول والاســـــــــتشـــــــــاري).

This thesis investigates the expressive speech actsin theBritishRoyal Family Speeches. More specifically, it investigates expressivespeech acts,namely:thanking,praising, boasting, deploring,lamenting, exclamation, complaining, condoling, and wishingfrom the pragmatic point of view in the speeches of the royal familymembers(KingCharles, Queen Camilla, Prince William, Sophie, Duchess of Edinburgh, and Anne, princess Royal with six speechesfor each one of them).To the best of the researcher’s knowledge, this notion (tackling the selected nine types of expressive speech acts inthirty selected speeches of the British royal family members) has not been tackled thoroughly and there isagap which the study tries to fill.It aims at: identifying the types of expressives in the slected speeches of the royal family members ; specifying the most frequently employed politeness strategies and sub strategies by the members of the royal family; findingout the cooperative principle maxims that are breached ; and uncovering the rhetorical devices that are used in the chosen data.It is hypothesized that: The speeches of the British Royal family have many expressive speech acts like, thanking, praising, and boasting., positive politeness strategy is exploited by the members of the royal family. Among positive politeness strategies, noticing wants of the hearers andincluding both speaker and hearerare mostly used, quantity maxim is the most flouted maxim by the royal family members, and repetition, symbol, simile, and metaphor are the rhetorical devices used. XVIICertain procedures are adopted to achieve the aims and to test the validity ofthehypotheses:(1)Presenting a theoretical background of some pragmatic notions thatarerelevant to the expressives) .2(Developing an eclectic model of analysis based on Searle andVanderveken( 1985),Searle(1976), Ronan (2015), deixis accordingto Levinson 1983, Paul Grice (1975) cooperative principle, Brown and Levinson’s (1987)Theory ofPoliteness, Harris(2008)rhetorical devices .(3(Analyzing pragmatically 30speeches of royal family members viatheeclectic model) .4) Analyzing the gathered data qualitatively (according to the items oftheeclectic model of the analysis) and quantitatively (withfrequenciesand percentages).It is concluded that:expressive speech act can be classified into different types the royal family members intentionally flout Grice’s cooperative maxims in order to give more information to the hearers; the royal family members utilize politeness strategies to minimize the face threatening act ,to show their considerations to the desires of their hearers and to emphasize a solidarity between them and their hearers ; the members of the royal family tend to use personal as well as social deixis; the royal family members purposefully utilize some rhetorical devices in order for the listeners to pay more attention to a particular idea.
