A l’ère du développement durable un recours accru à l'énergie solaire pour obtenir de l’électricité, plusieurs techniques développées pour améliorer l'efficacité des systèmes solaires photovoltaïques, parmi ces méthodes on a la poursuite de point de puissance maximale (MPPT),nous intéressons dans ce mémoire sur l'étude et la discussion de plusieurs algorithmes de sui vile point de puissance maximale et de trouver le plus efficace et optimale. Les principaux points que nous avons eu affaire dans cette étude sont la modélisation du système photovoltaïque Contient d’un générateur photovoltaïque, un convertisseur DC -DC,commande (MPPT), et une charge résistive, où les résultats de la simulation des algorithmes classiques appuient sur le direct contrôle montrant certains inconvénients, des oscillations autour de l’MPP, pour améliorer la réponse du système et réduisent l’oscillation. D’abord on a utilisé un contrôle indirect par régulateur proportionnel intégral (PI) et nous avons étudié autres algorithmes base sure l'intelligence artificielle (logique floue), les résultats de simulation montrent une efficacité de contrôle comparée aux méthodes classiques, enfin nous avons utilisé l'algorithme essaime particule pour optimiser la méthode de logique floue.

Plasmonic bio-sensors are among the most sensitive bio-sensing devices. Plasmonics has been used in a range of spectroscopic methods and binding analysis techniques for enhancing sensitivity, resolution and limit of detection.This thesis utilizes multiple sensitivities in the design of bio-sensors. Two types of structures have been investigated; one with passive components and the other with active components. The passive plasmonic devices are based on the Metal-Insulator-Metal waveguide coupled ring resonator structure. The inherent sensitivity of the ring resonator and the delicate nature of the surface plasmon wave gave rise to an enhanced overall sensitivity to changes in refractive index of the bio-material and the introduction of grating gave the ability to tune the response of the device and reduce its size.The active device design is based on an emitter coupled to plasmonic nano-particles. This design utilized the narrow emission spectrum of the active media and the narrow response of plasmonic nano-particles. This gave an over-all enhanced sensitivity of intensity enhancement close to the nano-particles to changes in refractive index of the bio-material. The analysis is based on a time-domain simulator that incorporates material properties using Finite-Difference Time-Domain (FDTD) method.

عند البحث في الجذور التاريخية لفكرة الجمارك نجد أنها كانت موجودة منذ القدم ،حيث كانت التجارة ترتبط بإنتقال البضائع من مكان لآخر و مرورا من إقليم إلى آخر، ما يتطلب إعتماد طرق خاصة لتأمين الرحلة، الأمر الذي يلزم التجار بدفع الهدايا للحكام من أجل تأمين الطريق لهم داخل الإقليم، غير أن تلك الهدايا أصبحت مرهقة لهم مما دفعهم للتملص من دفعها و التهرب منها و ظهرت بذلك جريمة التهريب التي دفعت الحكام للتفكير في البحث عن تقنيات للحد من هذه الجريمة حيث فرضوا عملية التفتيش، أي الرقابة الجمركية على البضائع ،و مع مرور الوقت ظهرت فكرة التعريفة الجمركية كرسم على البضائع التي تدخل إلى الإقليم لحماية الإنتاج الوطني.

Database management systems are as old as computers, and the continuous research and development in databases is huge and an interest of many database venders and researchers, as many researchers work in solving and developing new modules and frameworks for more efficient and effective information retrieval based on free form search by users with no knowledge of the structure of the database. Our work as an extension to previous works, introduces new algorithms and components to existing databases to enable the user to search for keywords with high performance and effective top-k results. Work intervention aims at introducing new table structure for indexing of keywords, which would help algorithms to understand the semantics of keywords and generate only the correct CN‟s (Candidate Networks) for fast retrieval of information with ranking of results according to user‟s history, semantics of keywords, distance between keywords and match of keywords. In which a three modules where developed for this purpose. We implemented our three proposed modules and created the necessary tables, with the development of a web search interface called „Smart Search‟ to test our work with different users. The interface records all user interaction with our „Smart Search‟ for analyses, as the analyses of results shows improvements in performance and effective results returned to the user. We conducted hundreds of randomly generated search terms with different sizes and multiple users; all results recorded and analyzed by the system were based on different factors and parameters. We also compared our results with previous work done by other researchers on the DBLP database which we used in our research. Our final result analysis shows the importance of introducing new components to the database for top-k keywords search and the performance of our proposed system with high effective results.

Cette recherche permet de déterminer les performances des avions sans pilote, état del'art dans le domaine soumis à la stabilité statique et dynamique de l'avion. Il estnécessaire de dire que les performances sont également basées sur la connaissance de l'aérodynamique, la stabilité et utilise la plupart des techniques d'analyse et de rappel dans ce contexte: ne pas déplacer les fonctions transferts Plus et Fourier et représentent des techniques d'auto-vecteur, etc. ... Ces techniques offrent la possibilité d'obtenir des résultats proches de la réalité. Et en particulier on doit tenir compte des performances de l'avion au cours des étapes de vol et cela grâce à l'application de cette théorie. Elles sont déterminées à partir de la forme d'avions sans pilote, ses besoins et de l'approbation de solutions spécifiques , sa missions et les charges utiles, on fait objet d'une simulation numérique à l'aide du logiciel Advanced Analysis Aircraft 2.5Project, nous commençons avec la forme géométrique de l'aéronef, la validationthéorique du comportement de l'avion , nous déduisons des résultats numériques et ainsi que des courbes: ces sont les performances, ces dernières liées aux caractéristiques de l'ingénierie et aux conditions de vol, tout cela dans le but d'assurer un vol sûr et stable.

L’objectif de ce travail consiste à préparer des microparticules à base d’un polymèrebiodégradable le (Poly (acide lactique)), contenant un extrait brut du navet rouge (Brassica rapa.L)riches en antioxydants comme les enzymes telles que la catalase, la superoxyde dismutase (SOD) et laperoxydase, en utilisant la technique d’émulsion/évaporation du solvant. Afin d’optimiser lesparamètres d’encapsulation dans la matrice PLA, nous avons utilisé un plan d’expérience de type BoxBehnken à l’aide du logiciel JMP, afin de déterminer les conditions optimales de l’encapsulation. Unematrice contenante 15 formulations a été obtenue en variant trois facteurs à trois niveaux (-1 0 +1), X1(temps d'évaporation (h)), X2 (vitesse d'agitation (Tour/min)) et X3 (volume de phase W/O/W (mL)),en fixant comme réponse le taux d’encapsulation. La formulation optimale a été préparée aprèsvalidation du modèle obtenu, à l’aide d’un microscope otique. Les microparticules obtenues présententune taille moyenne (principalement de 150 à 500 µm), de forme sphériques et dispersées, nonagglomérées. Par une caractérisation spectroscopique IRTF nous avons retrouvé les picscaractéristiques de notre molécule active y compris ceux du PLA, ce qui prouve la présence de notreextrait dans les microparticules de PLA. Les peroxydases encapsulées ont montré une diminution del'activité enzymatique de 50% par rapport à l’activité initiale

A set of laboratory tests and a field experiment were conducted during 2009 to investigate the effect of seed source on seed quality attributes of sorghum cultivar Tabat. Simple correlation coefficients were also conducted to determine the degree of association between the different vigour tests and seedling emergence under field conditions. Seeds were obtained from four different locations, viz; two rain-fed locations (Damazin and Habella) and two irrigated locations (Khashm El Girba and El Gezira). Data were collected on initial seed moisture content, 1000-seed weight, germination percentage, rate of germination, seedling shoot length, seedling root length, seedling shoot to root length ratio, seedling fresh weight, seedling dry weight, plant height, number of leaves per plant, leaf area per plant, plant fresh weight and plant dry weight. The results indicated that seed source had significant effect on seedling root length, fresh weight, seed moisture content and 1000-seed weight under laboratory conditions; while significant differences were found in seedling shoot length and plant height under field conditions. In this respect, seeds from Habella (rain-fed area) performed well with regard to germination percentage, rate of germination and field seedling emergence. Also, seeds from rain-fed areas (Habella and Damazin) produced taller plants than these from irrigated areas (Khashm El Girba and El Gezira). The results also showed that field seedling emergence was positively correlated with the estimate, under laboratory condition, of germination percentage (r=0.66), rate of germination (r=0.85), seedling shoot length (r=0.81) and shoot/root length ratio (r=0.51), while it was negatively correlated with dry weight (r= -0.99
