The researcher has lived in this message with Surat Al-Mutafifin (The Diminishers), seeking for problems which the most important is; the seriousness of the phenomenon of various typesof diminishing(Alttefev), its serious damage, and its presence in the life of the Islamic nation, and their treatments of their various activities, And the lack of attention of some people to its seriousness, And the bad consequence of violating the method of Allah Almighty,And bad literature of infidels and disobediences, And their immersion in sin and harm to Muslims, And to get patience the righteous of what they encounter in this world of damages infidels,And the negligence of some Muslims about methods (Sunan)of Allah in the universe and life, and the desiredgoal is to clarify the purposes of the Holy Quran, and the extraction of the purposes that handled surat Al-Mutafifin ( The Diminishers), And knowledge of the diminishing,its various kinds of different types, And the revelation of its seriousness on the Islamic nation and its solutions .AndIrelied on the use of inductive method. And The most important results of this message; the importance of the interpretation of purpose (al-tafsir al-maqasidi) in the modern period; to understand the purpose of the word of Allah Almighty, and that the happiness of humans in the two homes (the world and hereafter) linked to the piety of Allah, and the greatness of the importance of Surat Almtaffin (The Diminishers); to focus on what is a coming through and success in the two homes (the world and hereafter) (Darain), And the importance of understanding the fact of the diminishing (Alttefev), and its occurrence in the areas of human life, and that the most effective solutions is the piety of Allah Almighty and the Inherent of his obedience , The researcher suggests dealing with scientific messages on the subject of diminishing (Alttefev), and highlighting its reality and its impact on people, especially in the most important areas: such as diminishing in business transactions, family and marital relations, upbringing and education
