The present research investigates the use of the Pictionary game (PG) as a teaching/learning tool to improve the vocabulary mastery and acquisition of second-year pupils at Amyoud Smail Middle School. More specifically, it aims to gather pupils’ perceptions regarding the use of the Pictionary game as a teaching tool for learning vocabulary. Additionally, it seeks to determine whether the teachers at Amyoud Smail Middle School support the adoption of the Communicative Language Teaching Approach (CLT) to teach vocabulary through the PG. To reach these objectives, we have relied on the literature review and on Vygotsky’s socio-cultural learning theory, which views language and social interaction as the cornerstone of learning. The study has adopted mixed methods research combining both quantitative and qualitative methods for data collection. For data collection, a questionnaire is administered to thirty-one (31) second-year pupils, and a semi-structured interview is conducted with three (03) teachers of Amyoud Smail Middle School. Concerning data analysis, the Descriptive Statistical Method is used to analyse the quantitative data obtained from the close-ended questions of the pupils’ questionnaire, and Qualitative Content Analysis (QCA) is applied to interpret the findings obtained from the open-ended questions of the teachers’ interview. The results of this study have demonstrated that second-year pupils at Amyoud Smail Middle School have positive perceptions of the use of PG as a teaching/learning tool to enhance their vocabulary learning, as it provides a relaxing and engaging environment to develop and acquire vocabulary effectively. Moreover, the outcomes have revealed that the teachers at Amyoud Smail support the adoption of the Communicative Language Teaching Approach, as it promotes collaboration, social interactions, and pupils’ ability to communicate effectively in real-life situations.

Project-Based Learning (PBL) has gained significant attention as an effective educational approach in Algerian Universities, particularly within ongoing efforts to modernize English language teaching methodologies and move beyond traditional practices. In English as a Foreign language (EFL) classrooms, many students face persistent difficulties in developing writing skills, which are often linked to a lack of motivation, difficulty in organizing ideas,and the absence of practice. In this regard, we hypothesize that Second-Year LMD studentshave positive attitudes towards integrating Project-Based learning to help developing theirwriting skills. The study adopts a quantitative-descriptive research design, with the employment of a questionnaire administered to a sample of 33 students taken out from 204, atthe Department of English, University 8 Mai 1945 – Guelma. The results reveal that Project-Based Learning contributes to improve writing quality through several factors, most notably enhancing research and drafting skills, encouraging collaborative learning through rfeedback, and increasing self-confidence when producing real-world writing projects. Consequently, students process positive attitudes towards this approach as a dynamic tool that actively engages them in the writing process.

يتمثل موضوع الدراسة في العلاقة بين الخجل ومستوى التواصل اللفظي أثناء إنجاز الدرس لدى تلاميذ السنة الأولى ثانوي والهدف منها الكشف عن العلاقة القائمة بين المتغيرين وكذا الفروق في درجات كل من مقياس الخجل والتواصل اللفظي وفقا لعاملي الجنس والشعبة الدراسية وبتطبيق المقياسين (الخجل، التواصل اللفظي) على أفراد العينة تم التوصل إلى نتائج مفادها:1- توجد علاقة بين الخجل ومستوى التواصل اللفظي أثناء انجاز الدرس لدى تلاميذ التعليم الثانوي. 2- عدم وجود فروق ذات دالة إحصائية في درجات مقياس الخجل تغزو إلي عامل الجنس لدى تلاميذ التعليم الثانوي.3- عدم وجود فروق ذات دالة إحصائية في درجات مقياس الخجل تغزو إلي عامل الشعبة الدراسية لدى تلاميذ التعليم الثانوي.4- عدم وجود فروق ذات دالة إحصائية في درجات مقياس مستوي التواصل اللفظي أثناء إنجاز الدرس تغزو إلي عامل الجنس لدى تلاميذ التعليم الثانوي.5- عدم وجود فروق ذات دالة إحصائية في درجات مقياس مستوى التواصل اللفظي أثناء انجاز الدرس تغزو إلي عامل الشعبة لدى تلاميذ التعليم الثانوي.

الغالب أن عوارض الخصومة القضائية تهدف بالفصل في القضية بالطرق الطبيعية و ذلك بالفصل فيها و صدور حكم فيها ينهيها، إلا أنه في بعض الأحيان قد تعترض الخصومة القضائية بعض العوارض تحول دون مواصلة تسلسل إجراءاتها، فتحول دون تحقيق الغاية المرجوة منها و هي الفصل في القضية سواء لصالح المدعي أو المدعى عليه، و هذا كله ما يصطلح عليه بعوارض الخصومة القضائية. كما رتب المشرع الجزائري جزاءات إجرائية على تخلف القيام ببعض إجراءات الخصومة القضائية أو القيام بها خارج المواعيد القانونية، و هو ما يؤدي إلى بطلان الإجراءات المتخذة فيجب على الخصم تصحيحها و استدراكها إن كانت مواعيدها القانونية لم تنقض بعد أو قد تسقط نهائيا، و بالتالي قد يفقد الحق في تصحيحها كحالة مرور الموعد المقرر قانونا للاستئناف أو الطعن بالنقض

Renal cysts are around pouches of fluid that form in or on the kidney and its acommon findings in daily routine ultrasound examinations.The aim of the study was to classify the renal cysts by using ultrasound .This study was conducted in khartoum state in several ultrasound departments from May 2017 to August 2017. Total of 100 patients males and females have been examined with ultrasound for abdomen and confirmed diagnose with renal cysts , every cyst was measured by longitudinal and transeverse diameter by centimeter in addition to the genetic history of the family .This study found age and gender were significant risk factors of renal cysts .this study showed correlation between blood pressure and form of renal cysts .Ultrasound plays an effective role to classify and asses renal cysts that help in management and follow-up.

وقد اقتصرت دراستنا على البنية الأسلوبية في شعر السقوط وقد اخترنا كنماذج للدراسة قصيدتين من قصائد شعر السقوط وهما "نونية أبي البقاء الرندي" وسينية "ابن الأبارالقضاعيالبلنسي".ومن خلال دراستنا لكلتا القصيدتين توصلنا إلى نتائج نذكر منها ما يلي:- الدراسة الأسلوبية تركز في تحليلها للنصوص الأدبية على محتوى النص دون ربطه بالسياقات الخارجية وعدم إعطاء أهمية للقارئ أو المستمع.- اعتماد الدارس الأسلوبي على تفكيك كل جزئية في النص على حدا حتى يسهل على الدارس التمييز بين ما يحمله النص من معان مختلفة.- أبو البقاء الرندي وابن الأبار من الشعراء الذين تأثروا بسقوط الأندلس و قد جاء شعرهم استنهاض للهمم ونصرة الأندلس.- أسلوب الشاعرين أسلوب بسيط مباشر خال من التعقيد، كونه يهدف إلى فكرة واحدة وهي الحرية.- غلبت حروف الجهر على حروف الهمس في كلتا القصيدتين وإن دل ذلك على شيء إنما يدل على محاولة الشاعرين تصوير ألمهما ومعاناتهما لما شاهداه من خراب ودمار وضياع للأندلس
