الملخص
Project-Based Learning (PBL) has gained significant attention as an effective educational approach in Algerian Universities, particularly within ongoing efforts to modernize English language teaching methodologies and move beyond traditional practices. In English as a Foreign language (EFL) classrooms, many students face persistent difficulties in developing writing skills, which are often linked to a lack of motivation, difficulty in organizing ideas, and the absence of practice. In this regard, we hypothesize that Second-Year LMD studentshave positive attitudes towards integrating Project-Based learning to help developing theirwriting skills. The study adopts a quantitative-descriptive research design, with the employment of a questionnaire administered to a sample of 33 students taken out from 204, atthe Department of English, University 8 Mai 1945 – Guelma. The results reveal that Project-Based Learning contributes to improve writing quality through several factors, most notably enhancing research and drafting skills, encouraging collaborative learning through rfeedback, and increasing self-confidence when producing real-world writing projects. Consequently, students process positive attitudes towards this approach as a dynamic tool that actively engages them in the writing process.
