RésuméLe présent manuscrit traite de deux grands volets de l analyse fonctionnelle. Le premierconcerne les extensions de certaines classes d opérateurs symétriques, nottament lesopérateurs de Caleman. Les méthode utilisée est entre autres, celle des triplets limites ;chose qui permet d étudier le spectre des extensions obtenues. Le second lui, s interesseaux inégalités entre les opérateurs autoadjoints bornés et leurs exponentielles en unpremier temps, puis les inégalités entre opérateurs non-bornés et leurs semi-groupesfortement continus asoociés. Il est alors question d établir un analogue au cas bornémoyennant certaines conditions.--------------------------------------------AbstractThis manuscript deals with two main areas of functional analysis. First of themconcerns extensions of certain symmetric operator classes, specially the Caleman ones.The method used for this aim, is that of boundary triplets thing that allows to studythe spectrum for obtained extensions. The second part is interested by inequalitiesbetween self-adjoint bounded operators and their exponential and then, inequalitiesbetween unbounded operators and their associated strongly continuous semi-groups.The question is then to establish similar results than for bounded operators undersome conditions.

تناولت هذه الدراسة الموسومة بالمصحف المخطوط لمسجد النّور دراسة وصفية نقدية- بداية الربع الثالث أُنموذجاً، تساؤلا رئيسياً مفاده: إلى أي حد يمكن اعتبار مصحف مسجد النّور المخطوط نموذجاً كاشفاً عن الظواهر العلمية والتاريخية المرتبطة بعلوم المصاحف؟وللإجابة عن هذه الإشكالية المطروحة في هذه الدراسة، تم تقسيم البحث إلى أربعة مباحث رئيسية، تناول المبحث الأول أهمية المصاحف المخطوطة بوجه عام، ودور الكتابة بالخط المغربي في المصحف بوجه خاص، والتعريف بالخطاط صاحب المخطوط وتاريخ تدوينه، أما المباحث المتبقية فقد خصصت لدراسة الجوانب التطبيقية للمصحف المخطوط.وذلك وفقاً لقواعد علوم المصاحف كعلم الرّسم وعلم الضبط والمكي والمدني والتجزئة والتحزيب وفواتح السور.وأهم النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها:-تحديد تاريخ كتابة المصحف، أظهرت الدراسة أن نهاية كتابة المصحف تم يوم 16 ربيع الآخر عام 1317ه ما يوافق في التَّقويم الميلادي بين سنتي 1899م و1900م.-التعريف بحياة الخطاط واهتمامه بكتابة المخطوطات القرآنية.-تميز المصحف المخطوط بخصائص الرّسم العثماني محافظا على قواعده بكل أمانة وإتقان، وضبط معظمه أو بشكل شبه كامل على ما جرى عليه عمل المغاربة، وامتاز أيضاً بكتابتة للخط المغربي المبسوط، الذي يُعد أبرز وأشهر الخطوط المغربية، وأبرز وبيَّن رواية ورش عن نافع السائدة عند المغاربة عموما وفي بلادنا الجزائر خصوصا.وفي الأخير تضمن هذا البحث بعض التوصيات أهمها: ضرورة تكثيف الجهود العلمية والبحثية في دراسة المخطوطات القرآنية، لما فيها من قيمة علمية وتاريخية ودينية"

This letter is formed to study the story of the Koran , and the statement of its approach to the installation of ethics in human life , as the issue of morality is one of the most important issues that dealt with the story that raised and addressed through human history , including the Koran from Allah , the Almighty Creator of human beings , who knows what can impact on their souls then they will respond to what he invited them to do , who is familiar with them , has made the story of ethics in the Quranic approach and clearly defined objectives , honest description , up to the best results in humans . The Koran followed two ways in devoting the ethics in the souls they are :1):The direct method in prohibition on morality or vilified in the command , but not a lot of this method the Koran did follow , because the human soul may refuse to respond to direct command and forbid .2):The indirect method , which is what most of the Koran used by the method of the souls of the beloved story , to paint so the best approach in dealing with ethics , and shows that this method is most effective in bringing people and familiarize them with the commitment of Arts and ethics .This study also shows for those who wanted to educate one of good morals , values and cultivated in the soul , it is the best for them to take the approach of the Koran in the education of all members of society with their different attributes and their responsibilities and their cultures .

نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين الاتصال التنظيمي وعملية اتخاذ القرار وذلك بالإجابة على التساؤل الرئيسي : هل توجد علاقة بين الاتصال التنظيمي وعملية اتخاذ القرار؟ والذي تتفرع عنه مجموعة من التساؤلات الفرعية وفرضياتها.وقد قدرت عينة الدراسة ب60 مبحوثا إذ تم تعيينها عشوائيا من مجتمع يقدر ب280 إداري معاون وتقني بالمؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية محمد بوضياف بأم البواقي.وقد اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي في دراسة الظاهرة كما توجد في الواقع ويهتم بوصفها وصفا دقيقا ويعبر عنها تعبيرا كميا وكيفيا.كما اعتمدنا على استبانة تتكون من 23 سؤال مقسمة على 4 محاور وهي كالتالي:- المحور الاول:يتعلق البيانات الشخصية.- المحور الثاني:يتعلق بمعرفة علاقة الاتصال الشفوي باتخاذ القرار.- المحور الثالث: يتعلق بمعرفة علاقة الاتصال الكتابي باتخاذ القرار.- المحور الرابع: يتعلق بمعرفة علاقة الاتصال الالكتروني باتخاذ القرار. أما فيما يخص نتائج الدراسة فقد تعذر علينا تطبيق أداة جمع البيانات والنزول الى المؤسسة الميدانية لجمع البيانات اللازمة مما توجب علينا استنتاجها من خلال الدراسات السابقة التي اعتمدنا عليها و بناء على نتائج بعض الدراسات السابقة نتوقع أن تكون نتائج الدراسة كما يلي: - إن الاتصال التنظيمي الفعال له دور كبير وضروري خاصة في مجال ترشيد وتفعيل القرارات التنظيمية. - إن نجاح الاتصال في المؤسسة قد يكون غير مرتبط بوسائل وتقنيات الاتصال فحسب وإنما بظروف اخرى تساعد في نجاح القرارات التنظيمية كالخبرة المهنية والكفاءة. - تبين أن وسائل الاتصال التنظيمي( كتابية شفوية والكترونية) تساهم في اتخاذ القرار وأكثر الوسائل فعالية في خدمة القرار هي الاتصالات الكتابية لأنها تتميز بالرسمية والمصداقية. - تعتبر وسائل الاتصال المكتوبة ( التقاريروالمنشورات) من أهم الوسائل المستعملة في الادارة كونها تضمن تحديد المسؤوليات والاختصاصات، وتحديد طرق العمل والأداء، ثم تليها وسائل الاتصال الشفوية( المقابلات، الاجتماعات، الهاتف).

The present work was based on the valorization of agroresources of four fruits grown locallyin Algeria; Vitis vinifera, Punica granatum, Citrus aurantium and Opuntia ficus-indica by thedetermination of their molecular characterizations and biological activities.The hydroalcoholic extracts of the selected fruits were evaluated for their antioxidant,analgesic, healing and antihyperlipidemic activities as well as their toxic potential.A chromatographic analysis by HPLC-DAD-ESI/MS was performed and supplemented by aquantitative evaluation of the total phenols, flavonoïds, flavonols, condensed andhydrolysable tannins. The results of the quantitative analysis show that the levels of the ofVitis vinifera fruit extract on phenolic compounds are significantly higher than those of otherfruits. The results of the HPLC-DAD-ESI/MS analysis revealed a chromatographic profiledominated by a bargaptene (coumarin) for the extract of Punica granatum and by the phenolicacids and flavonoïds for the other extracts.The antioxidant activity (DPPH•, ABTS•+, FRAP, ORAC, TBARS, NO•) evaluated in vitroshowed that the antioxidant potential of the Vitis vinifera extract is the most importantcompared to the other extracts. The Punica granatum extract has also a potential antioxidantactivity but it remains less important than that of the previous species.The Vitis vinifera and Punica granatum extracts showed an analgesic effect on the three tests(torsion, hot plate and tail immersion), of which the potential to reduce the pain wasstatistically comparable in both extracts and was most evident in the torsion test. On the otherhand, the results of the evaluation of the healing activity in the rabbits showed that the Punicagranatum extract and at lesser degree that of Vitis vinifera accelerate the process of healingof excisional wounds and burns compared to the control, and was even superior to that ofcommercial healing cream (Cicatryl®). The results of the antihyperlipidemic activity showedthat the Vitis vinifera and Punica granatum extracts normalized the lipidemic profile in micemade hyperlipidemic compared to the control. Finally, the results of the acute toxicity in micedemonstrated that the Vitis vinifera and Punica granatum extracts are free of any signs oftoxicity at the maximum dose prescribed.

تعتبر التحولات الوظيفية والمجالية أحد أهم خصائص المدينة الحديثة ونموها إذ تعرف جل مدن العالم تغيرات سريعة ومختلفة في مجالها العمراني بسبب عدة عوامل تاريخية، طبيعية، ديموغرافية واقتصادية، هذه العوامل تؤدي إلى بروز وظائف حضرية بمجالها العمراني.لمعرفة دور هذه الأخيرة في هذه التغيرات الحضرية اخترنا مدينة واقعة في اقصى الشرق الجزائري وهي مدينة عين البيضاء حيث عرف مجالها الحضري تحولات وظيفية ومجالية بفعل تداخل بعض الوظائف العمرانية مع بعضها تبعا لاحتياجات سكانها , فالوظيفة السكنية سمحت للوظيفتين الخدمية وخاصة التجارية أن تحتل جزءا من مجالها، هذا الاحتلال تختلف حدته حسب موقع الوظيفة السكنية، كما أن الوظيفة التجارية انتشرت بالمجال غير المبني المتمثل في الرصيف والمساحات الحرة مما سمح بظهور تلك التحولات والتي يرتبط نمطها حسب توجهات واحتياجات الأفراد بالمدينة والذين نطلق عليهم بالفاعلين وهذا ما يفرض علينا إدماجهم في السياسة الحضرية بغية الارتقاء بدور الوظائف العمرانية في المدن.
