The study at hand considers the way in which the potential for the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is increasing in the current paradigm of social and economic change. This paper will consider the various dimensions of this proposed move of automating government services as witnessed through the signing of Memorandum with the South Korean government who will help to facilitate this move. Thus, the core aim is to uncover the various ways in which AI integration into the Intellectual Property mechanisms in UAE can cause massive shifts in terms of intellectual property management and innovation in general. The research objectives sought to identify the forces that will drive or restrain the implementation of Artificial Intelligence in the Intellectual Property Sector. This research used the force field analysis method to identify the forces using a questionnaire specifically for the users of IP services and relied on personal interviews with selected employees within the IP department. From the findings of the study, it is apparent that the integration of AI into IP management has the potential to improve efficiency of dealing with applications and improving the overall rapidity with which applications are processed, it also revealed cultural and traditional methods of management are seen as the restraining forces whereas the driving forces were the continued support from the government to include AI into the workplaces and aim of having a technological skilled employee. Thus, this study has the potential of revealing important factors that needed to be addressed before the implementation of AI in an organization. Moreover, the study will also consider the intricate possibilities that are apparent in case of developing and furthering innovation potential in the country, specifically through the various ways in which AI can enable easier and more systematic application processing.

ف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أثر تطبيق النظام المحاسبي المالي على عملية اتخاذ القرار في المؤسسة ; الاقتصادية. خلال هذه الدراسة تطرق الباحث إلى الجزء النظري عرض فيه ماهية النظام المحاسبي المالي، وكذلك . عملية اتخاذ القرار. والجزء التطبيقي تم تناول عينة من المحاسبين والمستثمرين بولاية ورقلة خلال سنة 2013 موعة من أدوات البحث العلمي وبالاعتماد على المنهج التجريبي، بينت النتائج ^ بعد استخدام الباحث أن أهم المصادر المتعلقة بعملية اتخاذ القرارات الرشيدة هي القوائم المالية.

Un système de contrôle du mouvement latéral d’un avion, de type CESSNA 182 a été conçu pour s’attester les qualités d’un vol stable .cet objectif est achevé, toute en commençons dans notre travaille à la formulation du modèle dynamique qui régi le mouvement latéral de cet avion. Ensuite nous ferons appel à la théorie de linéarisation des petits mouvements autour d’un régime de vol ,pour obtenir un système d’équation linéaire représenter dans l’espace d’état , après on applique deux classe de commande, commande linaire multi-variable par retour d’état et par retou d’état avec action intégrale (PI) ainsi commande adaptative non linéaire à structure variable (VSS) avec modèle de référence qui base sur les concept de positivité de l’hyper -stabilité, enfin on fait subir au système une perturbation extérieur qui pouvez être atmosphériques comme un rafale de vent ou un blocage des gouvernes. Summary A monitoring system of the lateral movement of an airplane. type CESSNA 182. was designed to demonstrate the qualities of a stable flight. this goal is completed, all begin our work in the formulation of the dynamic model. which governed the lateral movement of the aircraft. Then we will use the theory of linearization small movements around a flight regime, to obtain a linear system of equations to represent the state space. after two class control is applied. multi-variable linear feedback control condition. and state feedback with integral action (PI) and nonlinear variable structure adaptive-control (VSS). with reference model based on the concept of positive hyper-stability. finally subjected to a system outside disturbance can be atmospheric as a gust of wind or jamming of the.

ملخص البحثموضوع هذا البحث دراسة نقدية لأحد النقاد الذين برزوا في هذا المجال في الفترة مابين العامين 1922م – 1956م في فترة الثورة ضد الاستعمار وازدهار الأدب في السودان.وقد نجمت فكرة البحث من الرغبة الشديدة لتوثيق الأدب السوداني الذي لم يجد حظه من النشر أسوة بآداب الأمم الأخرى. وقد اتبع فيه الباحث عدة مناهج حسب طبيعة الدراسة منها الوصفي والتاريخي والوصفي والتحليلي والاستقرائي لإبراز رؤية الناقد محمد محمد علي وبيان منهجه في النقد من خلال كتابه محاولات في النقد.وحاول الباحث ترتيب البحث في أربعة فصول لتشمل حياة محمد محمد علي ومكوناته البيئية والثقافية والعوامل التي أثرت في النقد عموماً ثم إبراز الرؤيا النقدية عنده . هذا بجانب بعض النماذج التطبيقية لرؤيته النقدية.AbstractThe topic of this research is a critical study on one of the critics who are well known in this field in the period between 1922 – 1956 during the time of colonization, when the literature was flourished in Sudan.The notion of this study springs from a great desire of registering the Sudanese literature which has not found a ground of publishing as the literature of other nations.The researcher followed several method depending on the nature of the study including descriptive historical , and analytic, and argumentative method so as to emerge the view of the critic i.e, Mohammed Mohammed Ali, and to show this way in criticism through his book "Efforts in Criticism" i.e. (محاولات في النقد) in the Arabic Language.The researcher tried to arrange research in four chapters to include the life of Mohammed Mohammed Ali and his environmental and cultural background and the factors that affected criticism in general in order to emerge his critic view. This is in addition to some applied models of his critic vision.
