Notre étude avait pour but le contrôle du ferment thermophile YF-L 811 par la détermination de sa composition et de ces aptitudes technologiques,procédé à un contrôle de la qualité des deux principaux matières lait et l'eau et enfin un contrôle de la qualité physico-chimique, microbiologique et gustative du yaourt étuvé.La qualité physico-chiimique du lait et du yaourt est conforme aux normes, d'autre part de lait, l'eau et le yaourt ont une bonne qualité microbiologique.L'analyse sen sensorielle a montré que le yaourt est de bonne qualité organoleptique.

Recurrent miscarriages are defined as the loss of two or more previable (less than 24 weeks‟ gestation) pregnancies in succession.The current study aimed to detect the viral infection in women who suffer from recurrent miscarriages and determination if the variation in some genes is associated with the recurrent miscarriage. The study included 64 samples of aborted women who suffering underwent at least two recurrent miscarriages,as well as 50 samples of healthy women who underwent at least two births at the Babylon Maternity and Children Hospital and Imam AL-Sadiq Hospital in Babylon province.Blood samples from both patients and control subjects were collected during the period from September of 2022 to January 2023.Sera were separated and stored in microfuge tubes and kept at -20oC.DNA was extracted from the frozen blood and stored at -20°C. Serasamples from both patients and controls were subjected to serological teste to detect viral infection, the diagnosis was confirmed by (TORCH) test, mini-VIDAS technology and Chemiluminescence immunoassay Analyzer using IgG CMV kit, and DNA extraction. Tetra ARMS PCR Technique were used to amplify the IL 6 gene, and amplify the IFNAR2 gene, and the TLR9 gene by PCR, and then 60 samples (30 patients and 30 control) were sent to Korea for sequencing to identify these genes.A comparison was made between the base sequences of the samples under study with the global genetic sequence stored in the NCBI Gene Bank, and it was found that there are mutations register SNPs (rs2236757 A>G) for the sequence of the IFNAR2(470bp) and one register SNP (rs187084 T>C) in the sequence of TLR9(644bp).Nearly (87.1) %of aborted women were positive for anti CMV-IgG (50 out 64), with the highest percentage of infection found in the age group of 26 to II35 years(46) % and aborted women with blood group (O+) (66) %being more susceptible to infection.The PCR analysis of IL6 gene yielded results that indicate the presence of G and C alleles, with three distinct genotypes (GG, GC, and CC) and varying lengths (302, 206, and 152) bp. Additionally, the statistical analysis revealed a highly and significant difference between the patients and control groups. TheSNP of IFNAR2 (rs2236757A>G) and TLR9 gene (rs187084 T>C) have indicated a significant correlation between the frequency of genotype and allele levels with abortion in CMV infected women

Nous présentons dans ce mémoire une étude théorique des oscillations quantiques du moment cinétique orbital total d’un gaz de fermions confiné par un potentiel harmonique tournant. Ce potentiel peut être isotrope ou anisotrope. Le système étudié est en plus supposé bidimensionnel. Le phénomène des oscillations quantiques des grandeurs physiques est très bien connu chez les physiciens du solide sous le nom "oscillations de de Haas - van Alphen". A cause de l’analogie entre le système d’électrons en présence d’un champ magnétique et le système de fermions neutres mis en rotation, ce dernier système serait alors un siège potentiel de tels oscillations quantiques en fonction de la vitesse de rotation ou en fonction du nombre de particules avec l’influence de l’intensité de l’anisotropie du piège harmonique. C’est le cas en particulier des oscillations quantique du moment cinétique orbital total du système évalué dans le repère tournant.Les expressions obtenues pour le moment cinétique orbital total sont divisibles en deux parties classique et quantique dont leur différence n’est pas toujours nulle dans le repère tournant comme serait le cas d’un corps rigide. Les oscillations quantiques résulteront ainsi de la déviation du comportement quantique du gaz dégénéré de son contre part classique. L'amortissement de ces oscillations indique alors le comportement classique du gaz, alors que les oscillations prononcées sont les signes de l’entrée du système dans le régime quantique. Pour que ces oscillations quantique soient fortes, on doit minimiser la taille du système, utiliser des faibles vitesses de rotation et une faible anisotropie du potentiel confinant.

The study aims at informing the students’ difficulties of using conjunctions in French Language. It also aims at analyzing the weakness points that face by students when using those conjunctions, and for achieving that, the researcher adopted the descriptive analytical method which suits the nature of this study.The study contains three chapters as follows: in Chapter One, the researcher views the concepts and the terms that related to the topic of this study, while Chapter Two, views the theories of conjunctions in French Language, on the other hand, Chapter Three handles the sample of the study which consists female students chosen from semester three- Department of French. An evaluation test was distributed among the female students to obtain the results of the study.Among the findings of the study: the conjunctions in French Language play a great role in clarifying the intention meaning, and among the recommendations the teachers should prepare intended materials for teaching the conjunctions.
