الملخص:تعتبر القوائم المالية المصدر الرئيسي للمعلومات اللازمة لاتخاذ القرارات، صحة هذه الاخيرة مرتبطة مباشرة بصدق المعلومات المقدمة.محافظ الحسابات هو الضامن الوحيد لهذه الميزة ما جعلنا نتطرق لموضوع أثر التدقيق الخارجي على مصداقية القوائم المالية بالمؤسسة الاقتصادية.هذا بهدف التعرف على الاجراءات العملية لمحافظ الحسابات والاجابة على الاشكالية التالية: ما هو أثر التدقيق الخارجي على مصداقية القوائم المالية للمؤسسة الجزائرية؟ وفي هذا السياق باعتبار التدقيق عملية ابداء رأي محايد حول مدى مصداقية القوائم المالية للمؤسسة.للإجابة على الاشكالية المطروحة قمنا بإجراء بحث بجانبين جانب نظري استعننا فيه بالمنهج الوصفي التحليلي تناول شقي الموضوع مع محاولة الاسقاط على الواقع الجزائري، اضافة لجانب تطبيقي اعتمدنا فيه على منهج دراسة الحالة اين قمنا بتتبع محافظ حسابات خلال قيامه بمهمة التدقيق لشركة ذات مسؤولية محدودة، حيث استخدمنا عدة ادوات ابرزها المقابلة والملاحظة اضافة للوثائق والسجلات المتحصل عليها من محافظ الحساباتمن خلال النتائج المتوصل اليها استخلصنا ان لمحافظ الحسابات دور اساسي لتعزيز مصداقية القوائم المالية.

The aim of this research is to analyze terminological difficulties in subtitling a political speech with an ecological context between English and Arabic languages. It seeks to highlight strategies and techniques that translators can employ to overcome these challenges and achieve accurate subtitling, compared to what is proposed on YouTube through automatic subtitle generation. The corpus of this study is the speech of the forty-fourth President of the United States, Barack Obama on climate change, including its subtitling into Arabic.

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على فعالية برنامج علاجي سلوكي في رفع مستوى التوافق الاجتماعي والمهارات الأكاديمية للمضطربين سلوكيا. شملت العينة الدراسة 16 تلميذ من المرحلة الثانوية تراوحت أعمارهم بين 15-18 السنة، تم تقسيمهم إلى مجموعتين متساويتين ضابطة وتجريبية.لتحقق من أهداف البحث والتحقق من فرضياته اعتمدت الطالبة على الأدوات التالية، مقياس للاضطرابات السلوكية مقياس الاضطرابات السلوكية لأمجد عزات جمعة، ومقياس التوافق الاجتماعي لمحمد عطية هنا، ومقياس للمهارات الأكاديمية من -إعداد الطالبة-، كما قامت ببناء برنامج علاجي سلوكي يكون من 15 جلسة علاجية. وتوصلت النتائج إلى فعالية البرنامج في خفض شدة الاضطرابات السلوكية ورفع مستوى التوافق الإجتماعي والمهارات الأكاديمية.

The "ethical aspects of genomic testing" is a global, contemporary, rising, and challenging topic, and it is certainly worthy of careful analysis and research. Furthermore, it is relevant to the State of Qatar as it launched the Qatar Genome Programme (QGP) in 2013. By performing genomic testing, we can know a huge amount of information about the body of the tested person. We can also predict some diseases with high certainty. Furthermore, testing one person may reveal highly relevant information about other family members as well. These characteristics of genomic testing raise complex ethical questions and dilemmas regarding performing the test in the first place, and in disclosing and managing the obtained results of the test. The main objective of this thesis is to give a comprehensive overview of the ethical aspects of this contemporary issue in order to have a good understanding of its complex dimensions. To achieve this goal, relevant data are analyzed that are related to three main areas, namely the scientific and medical aspects of genomic testing, including possible benefits and harms; the key ethical challenges and dilemmas related to genomic testing as described in Western bioethics literature; and finally, the Islamic ethical perspectives. Within this work, two real case-studies have been discussed. The first one is related to a Qatari patient recruited in Hamad General Hospital (HGH), and the ethical dilemma discussed concerns incidental findings. The second case-study is related to the ethics of management of a late-onset disease, Huntington disease. While Islamic tradition is rich in general in its sources and methodologies, the Islamic discourse on the contemporary issue of genomics testing still needs more effort to develop a comprehensive discourse. This thesis can help in achieving this goal.

" تهدف الدراسة لتوضيح مدى مساهمة المحاسبة البيئية في تحقيق استدامة المؤسسات الاقتصادية، حيث أن المحاسبة البيئية تؤدي إلى ترشيد القرارات، التقليل من المخاطر البيئية، حماية العنصر البشري، وزيادة المنافسة بين المؤسسات الاقتصادية، وذلك من خلال قياسها للتكاليف البيئية والاجتماعية والافصاح عنها.واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ودراسة ميدانية للجانب البيئي والاجتماعي لمؤسسة نفطال وحدة GPL رقم 704 أم البواقي لسنوات 2019_2020_2021.وفقا لهذا توصلت دراستنا الى أن للمؤسسات الاقتصادية دور في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية، وذلك من خلال المساعدة على تحقيق الاستقرار الاجتماعي والاقتصادي، واستيعاب الموارد الانتاجية ومحاولة توفير المنتجات للاستهلاك المحلي

Dans le sud algérien, selon quelques enquêtes épidémiologiques, un problème de santé connu sous le nom de fluorose endémique se pose largement dans la région orientale. Il découle essentiellement de l'ingestion de qualités excessives de fluor par le biais de l'eau de boisson. De ce fait, le traitement des eaux fluor-urées deviendra de plus en plus une nécessité. Dans cet objectif, l'auteur a appliqué la technique d'électrocoagulation pour le traitement de l'eau en tentant de l'améliorer par l'introduction d'électrodes bipolaires d’aluminium. Le procédé a été choisi pour la multitude d'avantages qu'il procure en termes d'efficacité, de faible coût, de la simplicité d'opération, d'entretien et de compatibilité environnementale. L'optimisation des paramètres opératoires tels que la densité de courant, le PH, la teneur initiale en fluorures, la distance inter-électrodes et la teneur en sel, a été effectué sur une eau synthétique. Dans un second temps, l'auteur a réalisé un essai sur une eau naturellement contaminée provenant d'un forage exploité dans la région de Guemme (El Oued) dont les caractéristiques ont donné une idée éloquente de la présence excessive du fluor associée à une dureté et une minéralisation élevées. Des résultats intéressants ont été obtenus. Les analyses MEB, DRX, FTIR ont été réalisées sur les boues issues du traitement d'électrocoagulation, la présence de polluant dans le précipité a été confirmée.

لقد تم من خلال هذا البحث دراسة توزيع الخدمات السياحية في وحدة الخرطوم شمال باستخدام نظم المعلومات الجغرافية (GIS)، وتهدف الدراسة الي بناء قاعدة بيانات جغرافية، وأيضاً معرفة نوع التوزيع المكاني للخدمات السياحية وهي الفنادق والمطاعم ووكالات السفر والسياحة والمتاحف. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، المنهج التاريخي، المنهج الاستقرائي، والمنهج الاحصائي، وأيضاً استخدمت الدراسة مقاييس النزعة المركزية مثل المركز المتوسط وكذلك مقاييس التشتت مثل صلة الجوار (Nearest Neighbor) والمسافة المعيارية واتجاه التوزيع. وقد اتضح من خلال نتائج البحث أن نمط توزيع الخدمات هو النمط المتجمع مثال لذلك الفنادق حيث بلغت قيمة صلة الجوار حوالى 0.60، واحتوت الدائرة المعيارية على 75% من نسبة الفنادق من المفترض أن تحتوى الدائرة على 68% من جملة الفنادق، وبذلك تأخذ في توزيعها النمط المتكتل المتجمع، وأيضاً المطاعم ووكالات السفر والسياحة نمط توزيعها هو النمط المتجمع، أما المتاحف تختلف عنهم في نمط التوزيع حيث بلغت قيمة صلة الجوار للمتاحف حوالى 1.01، وحتوت الدائرة المعيارية على حوالى 50% من المتاحف أي احتوت على متحفين من أصل أربعة متاحف ومن المفترض أن تحتوي على 68% من جملة البيانات وبذلك تأخذ المتاحف في توزيعها النمط العشوائي غير المنتظم في شكل شريطي. كما اوصت الدراسة ببعض التوصيات والمقترحات التي يرجى أن يستفاد منها في تطوير قطاع السياحة في منطقة الدراسة، وهي لابد من وضع خطة واضحة لتطوير وتأهل قطاع السياحة، تشجيع الاستثمار في هذا القطاع وذلك من خلال تقديم التسهيلات للمستثمرين، وكذلك عمل تطبيق سياحي (Application) يسترشد به السائح، وأيضاً الاهتمام بالكادر البشري من حيث التدريب والتأهيل خاصة المرشدين السياحيين، ولا ننسى الاهتمام بالإصحاح البيئي

This dissertation reads whites’ postcolonial literature in terms of dissidence. It studies BernardShaw’s The Adventures of the Black Girl in her Search for God (1932) and J.M. Coetzee’sWaiting for the Barbarians (1980). Emphasis is put on the way these works demonstrate thepower of the white supremacist discourse and its contradictions in an attempt to oppose it.This research relies on John Brannigan’s New Historicism and Cultural Materialism (1998) inwhich he studies the concept of dissidence in literary works that resist the dominant cultures.This study discusses the way the white supremacist discourse perpetuates power throughracism, hegemony and domination, and analysis the contradictions of the white supremacistdiscourse which result in opposition and dissidence. The conclusion which has been reachedis that the two authors dissent from the white civilization as they stand against their own race.I end my dissertation with a suggestion that many literary works in addition to those ofBernard Shaw and J.M. Coetzee can be read in terms of dissidence, their examination withintheir historical context would show the existence of an evolution in the postcolonial discoursefrom the decolonization period to, for instance, the Apartheid era in South Africa.
