The reference PPRV, the Sudanese isolate SUD 72/1 (Sinnar) BKC. P.4, LTC. P.2was found to have a titre of 105.4 TCID50 /ml. Using the reference PPRV, hyperimmuneserum was prepared in goats, and detected for PPRV antibodies by AGPT and C-ELISA.Forty lymph nodes and spleen samples from suspected cases of PPR in sheep andgoats were tested by AGPT and HA tests for detection of PPRV antigen. The results of bothtests revealed that HA test was more sensitive than AGPT for detection of PPRV antigen.The HA test was carried out using chicken, goat and pig RBCs. Chicken RBCs wasfound to be the most sensitive for detection of PPRV antigen, followed by goat then pigRBCs.PPRV was isolated from 13 infected sheep and goats out of 40 suspected cases ofsheep and goats in LKC and LTC. Three PPRV isolates were from Khartoum State; eightisolates were from CVRL, Soba, Khartoum State; one isolate was from Gezira State andone isolate was from Bashaier, River Nile State. The isolates were identified by AGPT andHA tests. Typical PPR CPE was produced by the isolated viruses and a single precipitationline was demonstrated in the AGPT after treatment of the infected culture fluid with 2%SDC. The CPE of the 1st passage of PPRV appeared within 8-12 days p.i. while in the 2nd-4th passages the CPE appeared within 4-7 days and took 10-25 days to involve most of thecell sheet.Sixteen goats were experimentally infected with PPRV isolates. The 4th passage oftwo PPRV isolates (Bashaier and Soba isolates) in tissue culture cells were used forexperimental inoculation of group (A) and (B), each goat received 6×10 4.5 TCID 50 /ml6×10 4.3 TCID 50 /ml of Bashaier and Soba isolates, respectively. The 20% infected tissuesuspensions of the goat propagated isolates (Khartoum and Soba isolates) were used forinoculation of group (C) and (D), each goat received 6 ml×20% suspension of the virus.The inoculated goats showed typical PPR clinical signs, gross lesions and histopathologicalchanges while control animals (group E) appeared healthy. Two goats from group (A) diedon the 16th and 19th days post inoculation, respectively. PPRV was reisolated in LKC andLTC and detected by HA test. It was detected in lacrymal fluid and nasal swabs collectedon the 6th and 7th day p.i.Serum samples from 16 goats experimentally infected with PPRV isolates on the 7,10, 14, 18, 21, 28 and 30 days p.i were tested for PPRV antibodies by C-ELISA. Traces ofPPRV antibodies were shown on day 7 and they continued to rise till the 28th day anddropped on the 30th day which is as the 9th day post challenge.Serum samples were collected from sheep and goats from six different States in theSudan namely Khartoum, River Nile, Blue Nile, Darfur, Kordofan and Southern States andtested for PPRV antibodies by CIEP and C-ELISA. The result of both tests showed highprevalence of PPRV antibodies in the six States. Using CIEP, the highest prevalence ofPPRV antibodies was in River Nile State and the lowest prevalence was in Kordofan State.When using C-ELISA, the highest prevalence of PPRV antibodies was in Blue Nile Stateand the lowest prevalence was in River Nile State. The CIEP technique was shown to bemore sensitive than the C-ELISA technique but there was inconsistency in the resultsobtained from both techniques.

Practical systems are difficult to realize for advanced control techniques, both analysis and design, due to issues like saturation and interconnections. This thesis proposes techniques for designing controllers locally and then globally for linear decentralized control systems subject to input saturation using static and dynamic output feedback designs and H∞ control design. The analytical work presented is the development of overlapping decentralized control for both static and dynamic output feedback designs through LMI formulation. Further more using the idea of homotopy method a H∞ control design for the same system was developed. Both the schemes are developed on the framework of Linear Matrix Inequalities(LMIs). A version of the inclusion principle was used for expanding and contracting the systems for overlapping decentralized control. An application of the proposed design scheme for static and dynamic output feedback was done on the Nuclear Power Plant model comprising of four subsystems. The proposed scheme showed promising results. For the H∞ controller design on linear interconnected systems subject to input saturation the idea of homotopy was used and the application was done on a Multi-zone Space Heating System comprised of three subsystems. The results for the H∞ were compared to the developed decentralized LQR control design which were found to be favorable and better on comparison.

مستخلص البحثتناولت الدراسة المباحث العقدية في قصة موسى عليه السلام في القران الكريم حيث تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في إشتمال قصة موسى عليه السلام على كثير من القضايا العقدية المتفرعة أهمها: إنكار فرعون وجود الله عزوجل، وقبول توبة الكافر إذا دخل في دائرة الموت. وهدفت الدراسة إلى تقديم دراسة علمية للمسائل العقدية وتطبيقها على القرآن الكريم من خلال تخصصها بقصة موسى عليه السلام، وتبرز أهمية الدراسة في إنها تتناول أهم علوم الدين وهو علم العقيدة. وقد اتبعت في هذه الدراسة المنهج التاريخي الوصفي التحليلي ، وتحدثت الدراسة عن الإلهيات والغيبيات والنبوات في قصة موسى عليه السلام.و لقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج منها : دعوة الأنبياء عليهم السلام كانت واحدة في جانب الإعتقاد بحيث دعوا إلى الأركان الإيمانية التي يجب الإيمان بها، اثبات وجود الله سبحانه و تعالى من خلال الصفة والخلق والملك والتدبير .The study dealt with the doctrinal detective in the story of Moses peace be upon him in the Holy Quran, where the problem of the study in the inclusion of the story of Moses peace be upon him many of the issues node full of a number of questions the most important: Did Pharaoh denied the existence of God Almighty, and accept the repentance of the infidel if he entered the circle of death, And what are the first stages of the other day. The study aimed to present and study the practical issues of the nodal and its application to the Holy Quran through its specialization in the story of Moses peace be upon him, and highlights the importance of the study that it deals with the most important science of religion, the science of faith. In this study, the analytical descriptive approach was followed. The study spoke of the divine, the occult and the prophecies.The study reached several results, including: The call of the prophets peace be upon them, one in the side of belief, so called to the pillars of faith, which must be faith, proving the existence of God Almighty and transcendence through character and creation.

تواجه وكالة الأونروا منذ أكتوبر 2023 منظومة قيود متكاملة تجمع بين التشريع والتمويل والخطاب والإجراءات الميدانية، وتُقدَّم رسمياً بوصفها استجابة أمنية، غير أن تزامنها وارتباطها بالإطار المؤسسي الأممي الحافظ لحق العودة الفلسطيني يكشفان عن منطق يستهدف وجود الوكالة ذاته. تُحلّل هذه الدراسة كيف تؤثر هذه القيود في دور الأونروا المرتبط بقضية اللاجئين وحق العودة. تستند الدراسة إلى إطار نظري مزدوج يجمع بين نظرية الاستعمار الاستيطاني وأدبيات تسييس العمل الإنساني، وتُقدّم إسهامين نظريين: مفهوم "الإزالة المؤسسية" الذي يُطبّق منطق الإزالة على المؤسسات الدولية الحافظة للحقوق الجماعية، والتمييز بين التسييس التشغيلي الذي يُعيد توجيه أولويات المنظمة والتسييس الوجودي الذي يستهدف وجودها ذاته. اعتمدت الدراسة التحليل النوعي لخمس وثلاثين وثيقة أولية، وكشفت عن أربعة أنماط متكاملة: مركزية الأونروا وانعدام البديل الوظيفي، والاستراتيجية الإسرائيلية متعددة الأدوات لتفكيكها، وتسييس التمويل الدولي بوصفه رافداً مكمّلاً لهذه الاستراتيجية، والإطار القانوني الرابط بين الوكالة وحق العودة. وتخلص الدراسة إلى أن الاستهداف الممنهج للأونروا يستلزم إطار الإزالة المؤسسية الذي يكشف أن ما يجري هو تفكيك البنية القانونية الدولية الحافظة لحق العودة الفلسطيني لا مجرد ضغط على وكالة إنسانية.

في إطار التحضير لنيل شهادة الدكتوراه في نظرية و منهجية التربية البدنية و الرياضية، تخصص الإدارة و التسيير الرياضي، يعرض هذا البحث نتائج دراسة ميدانية، استهدفت دراسة بعض محددات واقع رعاية المؤسسات الاقتصادية للاتحاديات الرياضية الجزائرية، حيث خصت الدراسة معظم الاتحاديات الرياضية على المستوى الوطني، إضافة إلى مجموعة من المؤسسات الاقتصادية الناشطة في هذا المجال. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة بشكل أساسي على الاستبيانات و المقابلات الموجهة لمسؤولي هذه الهيئات الاقتصادية و الرياضية. و بهدف تحليل بيانات الدراسة فقد تم استخدام مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية تفاوتت بين التكرارات النسبية، معامل الارتباط، اختبار ألفا كرونباخ، إضافة لاختبار كاف تربيع. قد بيّنت نتائج الدراسة أن واقع الرعاية الرياضية في الجزائر لا يمكن احتواءه بدون مقاربة شمولية تتضمّن عدّة محددات، من عدّة نواحي فكرية، اقتصادية، تنظيمية، قانونية و إعلامية. و في انتظار إستراتيجية سياسية جديد للجزائر في هذا الميدان، فقد تم وضع بعض الاقتراحات و الفروض المستقبلية.

La présente étude porte sur la contribution de la nage sur une distance de 25 mètres à la performance finale d'une course chez 40 nageurs (16 filles et 24 garçons), de 10 à 12 ans, provenant d'un club de natation de la région de Bejaia. L'étude vise également à établir des liens entre les différents paramètres prédictifs liés au crawl et à la performance finale. Les sujets ont passé par un test deux fois (avant et après) l'expérimentation
