Bien que la comptabilité et la fiscalité partagent des concepts communs, elles demeurent deux disciplines distinctes, régies par des objectifs différents. D'un côté, la comptabilité vise à fournir une image fidèle de la situation financière de l'entreprise, conformément aux principes du système comptable financier (SCF). De l'autre, la fiscalité a pour but de générer des recettes publiques pour l'État, en se basant sur un ensemble de règles spécifiques.Cette divergence fondamentale entre les intérêts de l'entreprise et ceux de l'administration fiscale se traduit par des écarts entre les règles comptables et les règles fiscales. Lors de l'établissement de leurs déclarations fiscales, les entreprises doivent donc procéder à des ajustements extracomptables pour passer du résultat comptable au résultat fiscal imposable. Ces ajustements, qui peuvent être positifs ou négatifs, permettent de tenir compte des spécificités du système fiscal algérien et de déterminer l'assiette imposable.En effet, une utilisation judicieuse des règles fiscales peut avoir un impact significatif sur l'image fidèle des états financiers, notamment en termes d'optimisation de la charge fiscale. Ainsi, la fiscalité est devenue un paramètre incontournable pour toute organisation souhaitant assurer sa pérennité et sa compétitivité dans un environnement économique en constante évolution.

Ce travail de recherche scientifique a été réalisé dans le cadre d’un Master académique en sciences du angage. Il représente une étude de la notion de l’empathie et de son potentiel dans le texte littéraire. L’objectif de notre travail est le repérage des traces linguistiques de l’empathie dans l’étranger d’Albert Camus. Cette étude s’inscrit principalement dans le domaine de l’analyse du discours. Dans le but de l’effectuer, nous avons appliqué les principes de l’approche énonciative. La notion du point de vue est centrale dans cette approche. Elle constitue le point en commun entre l’énonciation et l’empathie. Le lecteur du texte littéraire est censé de se mettre à la place d ’un personnage du texte, saisir son état émotionnel et vivre dans son monde fictionnelle. L’empathie dans le texte de l’Etranger parait à travers les traces de la subjectivité de l’énoncé : les déictiques du temps, de l’espace et de personnes sans oublier les adjectifs, les adverbes et les verbes de différents types. Ces traces de la subjectivité déclenche chez le lecteur l’envie de l’adoption du point de vue d’un des personnages du récit. C’est de cette manière, que le lecteur devient affecté dans le texte empathique

The Ghardaia region is one of the large southern parts of Algeria which has great solarpotential and huge groundwater that can be exploited in agriculture, considered as one of themain sector in the local development. The annual production of Durum Wheat has reachedabout a half million quantal in the last years which attracted the care of the sector. However,the supply with water is considered as the main problem, due to the far of the majority of thefarms from the main grid. In other hand the supply with fuel is very exhaustive for the usingdiesel pumps due to the remote of the fuel stations. In this work, an attempt of technoeconomic study of photovoltaic water pumping system (PVWPS) has been adopted to see thefeasibility level in integrating this new system in irrigation. Accordingly, a technical study hasbeen conducted to determine the optimal power needed by dimensioning examination andthen making economic evaluations to estimate the total cost of the investment. In other hand,experimental tests were carried out both in photovoltaic laboratory, technically, whereas aneconomic test was carried out on sample of a Durum wheat area production, in one farm ofHassi Lefhel, Ghardaia, Therefore, a techno-economic comparison between the water supplyby electricity and a PV water pumping system has been done and the result show that the twoinvestments can be linked after three years, which confirms the medium investment of thePVWPS.

The principal objective of this research is to measure (assess)the extent and nature of the national food security in the Sudanduring 1998s and I990s_ The research is built-on anintroduction, three chapters and conclusion. The first chapterreviews the concepts of food security, the main forms andapproaches of food insecurity, and selected studies deal with thequestion of the measurenzent of national food security in theSudan. The second chapter provides an outlook of the food andagriculture, including the origin and development of the “ breadbasket ” strategy, in the Sudan. Then chapter three, whichconstitutes the core section of the research, provides apreliminarily evaluation of the state of food security in theSudan based on of a set of criteria associated with levels anddegrees of" sufliciency, stability, autonomy, equity andsustainability. The research concludes to a “ national Zoodsecuritv composite indicator ” of 48.23 %. which in turn, revealsan exciting as well as policy-oriented results and implications ofcertain amount of relevance to food security strategies at thenational level.

Le chapitre .1 est consacré à quelques notions sur les courbes elliptiques : équations de Weierstrass, loi de groupe, isomorphismes et isogénies. Dans le chapitre Il, on traite le cas des courbes elliptiques définies sur un corps de nombres algébriques : On rappelle la théorie des valuations d'un corps, des réductions, d'une hauteur sur u11 groupe abélien .On éluuie les espa<.:es homogènes et leurs classes d' équivalence. Dans le chapitre III, on expose quelques notions sur les courbes modulaires, les groupes modulaires, les formes modulaires de poids k et les formes modulaires de type Neben. Dans le chapitre IV, on utilise des résultats de SHIOTA [13] pour déterminer explicitement un modèle d'une courbe elliptique de SHIMURA définie sur le corps K= Q ( ..{37). Cette courbe est une 0-courbe. Elle a une bonne réduction en toute place finie du corps quadratique réel K. Elle est obtenue à partir de la courbe: où n est solution de certaines équations diophantiennes et u E K*.

تتلخص مشكلة البحث أن هناك مجموعة من الطلاب تتمتع بأداء حركي متميز في وحدات التعلم الخاصة بأداء المهارات الأساسية باللعبة الطائرة، وخاصة أداء مهارتي الضرب الساقط والدفاع عن الملعب باللعبة الطائرة، حيث كان أداء المهارات الأساسية وليمةً عالية على المؤشرات والمشاهدة. كما أن معظم دروس التعلم اتسمت بالتسلسل المنطقي والمتدرج، بما يتماشى مع قدرات الطلاب وتواكب التطور الحاصل في العملية التعليمية، مما خلق لديهم شعورًا بالمتعة والرضا وقلل من الضجر أثناء ممارسة المهارات. لذلك اختار الباحث تصميم متابعة شاملة باستخدام تقنيات حديثة لتقييم الأداء الحركي المتميز، وذلك لتجاوز العقبات التي تواجه تطور القدرات الخاصة ومهارتي الضرب الساقط والدفاع عن الملعب.

The wide spread of social media allows undisciplined groups to share and communicate quickly at a reduced cost so that they can easily form collective actions. Thus, electronic revolutions begin worldwide as all people for the first time in history are politically conscious and interactive. This study examines the role of social media in the Arab uprising with the Egyptian revolution as a case study.This primary research linked both the uses and gratification theory to the new usage of social media and the spiral of silence theory to people confidence in forming collective actions.A survey was conducted among a purposive sample of Egyptians (353 participants) to examine role of social networking websites in the Egyptian revolution and relationship between using these websites and political participation. An in depth interviews were conducted with nine media experts and political activists regarding role that social networking websites played in the Egyptian revolution.The findings support the spiral of silence theory whereby people are encouraged to go to the street and demonstrate when they know through the social networking websites that they hold the majority opinions and that most of the Egyptians are against Mubarak's regime.Experts opinions support the survey findings that social networking websites have a crucial role in the Egyptian revolution in motivating the protesters and facilitating communication but there are many causes that pushed Egyptians to demonstrate such as poverty, oppression, and corruption. Without the protesters' blood and persistence, the revolution would have never succeed.
