Des échantillons de montmorillonite au zirconium et sulfatés à partir d'une bentonic issu de l'Ouest Algérien (région Maghnia) les paramètres de synthèse tels que. La température d'intercalation, le rapport zr/argile, le ph, le vieillissement de la suspension argileuse, la sulfatation, pouvant influencer les propriétés physico-chimiques du produit final (texture, stabilité thermique, acidité) ont été étudiée. On montre que des échantillons intercalé dans certaines conditions peuvent être stables thermiquement jusqu' a 600 degres et présenter une texture comparable a celle des zéolites à larges pores la sulfatation de la montmorillonite pontée au zirconium entraine une augmentation importante de l’acidité mais altéré sa structure et sa stabilité thermique. les propriété s catalytique du catalyseur bifontionnel 1%pd/montmorillonite pontée au zirconiuum et sulfatée sont comparée a celles des catalyseurs 1% pd/aluminc dans l' hydro-conversion a pression atmosphère des n-alcanes légers le catalyseurs pdZMS développe une activité catalytique intermédiaire entre celle de pdzs et pdal, et montre une sélectivité en isomérisation très importante a 300-350degres les isomères monobranches sont les produits majoritairement formés sur cc catalyseurs et suggèrent un mécanisme réactionnel bi fonctionnel classique .sur le catalyseur pdal, c' est plutôt une catalyse métallique caractérisée par une hydrogène sur pd et une isomérisation métallique avec passage par un intermédiaire cyclique qui a lieudu C5 n-C7d 'autre part, dans la réaction du C7, suggèrent le passage par un intermédiaire réactionnel du type cyclopropanique prontoné dans le mécanisme de cette réaction ,suivi d 'une scission due a la grande acidité de la zirconic sulfatée.

من أجل خطوة تجاه اليتيم تأتي هذه الدراسة لتعالج موضوعا متعلقا بحماية اليتيم في الشريعة الاسلامية والقوانين الوضعية.ان حماية اليتيم حق تفرضه الفطرة، وتحفظه الغريزة لذلك كفلت الشريعة الإسلامية والقوانين الوضعية لحمايته، غير أن الشريعة شاملة كاملة في بسط كل أنواع الحماية الواجب إحاطتها باليتيم، وأوجبت عقوبات عمن يتساهل ويقلل من شأنها، على عكس القوانين الوضعية يمكن القول بأنها لا تغطى بصفة كاملة كل مجالات الحماية لحقوقه رغم الجهود المستمرة فهي صورية وشعارات فقط، بل لابد من توفر آليات فعلية لتوفير الحماية اللازمة.الكلمات المفتاحية: اليتيم - الشريعة الاسلامية – القوانين الوضعية – الحماية الجزائية-الحماية المدنيةAbstract:As a step towards the orphan, this study deals with a topic related to the protection of the orphan in Islamic law and the Status laws.The protection of the orphan is a right imposed by nature, and reserved by instinct, guaranteed by Islamic law and status laws to protect it. However, the Shari'a is full comprehensive in extending all kinds of protection that must for the orphans, and penalties are imposed on those who tolerate and minimize them. Contrary to statutes, it can be said that they do not fully cover all areas of protection of his rights. Despite the ongoing efforts, it is only slogans, so there must be an effective mechanisms to provide the necessary protection.Keywords: Orphan-Islamic law-status laws-penal protection-civil protection

دمج المسؤولية الاجتماعية ضمن الوظائف الإدارية للمؤسسة (التوظيف - التدريب ) يساهم في تحسين الأداء الاقتصادي والاجتماعي للعناصر البشرية التي تعمل في إطار المؤسسة بحيث تتمكن من تعظيم أرباحها ، وذلك من خلال الالتزام المسؤول تجاه المورد البشري الذي يعتبر المساهم الأول في الرقي بالمؤسسة . وعلى اعتبار أن الموارد البشرية هي طرف من أصحاب المصلحة الذين تتأثر بهم المؤسسة وتؤثر عليهم، فإن على المؤسسة الالتزام بسلوك مسؤول تجاههم.ويعالج موضوع بحثنا " أثر المسؤولية الاجتماعية على ممارسة تسيير الموارد البشرية في مؤسسة توزيع الكهرباء والغاز لولاية ادرار "، حيث تم معالجة موضوع بحثنا عن طريق استخدام الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات في الدراسة الميدانية، وبذلك تم استعمال برنامج SPSS لمعالجة المعطيات المجمعة من عينة الدراسة .

تعتبر الصادرات قضية استراتيجية لاقتصاديات الدول النامية في وقتنا الحالي، وهذا راجع الى الدور الكبير الذي تلعبه في دفع عجلة التنمية الاقتصادية، لما لها من اثر على الدخل الإجمالي، كما تعتبر الصادرات الممول الوحيد للدولة بالنقد الاجنبي.باعتبار الجزائر هي الأخرى من الدول النامية التي تعاني من الاحادية في التصدير، حيث يسيطر النفط على 97 % من اجمالي صادراتها، ما يجعل اقتصادها رهينا للأسواق الخارجية وتقلبات أسعار هذه المادة الحيوية، واحسن دليل على ذلك الازمة النفطية عام 1986و ما شهدته نهاية 2014 من سقوط حر لأسعار النفط ، حيث تراجعت أسعار النفط بشكل كبير والتي تسببت في انخفاض حجم الصادرات، ما أدى الى حدوث عجز الميزان التجاري في تلك الفترة.سارعت الجزائر لاتخاذ مجموعة من الإجراءات و التحفيزات المالية و الضريبية، الجمركية، التجارية، اضافة الى خلق اطار مؤسسي لمرافقة وتحفيز المؤسسات الوطنية على التصدير و اختراق الأسواق الدولية، قاصدة من وراء ذلك ترقية وتنويع صادراتها و القضاء على أحادية التصدير للنفط وتحقيق معدلات نمو مرتفعة، لكن في حقيقة الامر نسبة لم تتغير منذ زمن بعيد، مما يوحي بان معظم الإجراءات المطبقة كان نصيبها الفشل.

Le paysage économique national s’est profondément transformé ces vingt dernières années du fait de plusieurs mutations engendrées par la libéralisation de l’économie algérienne. On est passé d’une économie planifiée à une économie de marché et l’entreprise algérienne qui est au centre de ces transformations, subie les effets et les impacts de cette dérégulation. Les conséquences de cette ouverture se sont aggravées, avec la signature de l’accord de libre échange avec l’union européenne et l’adhésion à la zone arabe de libre échange. C’est dans cet environnementconcurrentiel que le concept du marketing commence à faire son apparition dans la gestion des entreprises algériennes. Le marketing jusque-là, une discipline quasi « ignorée » des dirigeants des entreprises devient une nécessité. A travers notre travail de recherche nous avons essayé d’apporter un éclairage sur la réalité de la pratique dumarketing en Algérie notamment dans les entreprises de l’agroalimentaire.

This study aims at investigating the Difficulties Encountered by EFL students at using Inflectional Morphemes. The study adopted a descriptive method which combined both qualitative and quantitative analysis, two instruments was used for data collection which was questionnaire for (30) English teachers and test for (50)students ,The study has showed that students face difficulties when they use Inflectional Morphemes, also it has been found that the curriculum itself is one of causes of Inflectional Morphemes difficulties because it does not provide students with enough practice and activities in using Inflectional Morphemes, the data were analyzed by using the SPSS programmed. It provided result for questionnaire and test which is showed that most students have problems at using Inflectional Morphemes. Moreover it offered some recommendations and suggestions for further studies.

Malaria is one of the most prevalent and debilitating diseases afflicting humans in Africa, and it is responsible for the fifth greatest number of deaths due to infectious diseases in the world and it is from the most ten infectious diseases that causing deaths In Sudan. That’s why the study of infectious diseases represents one of the richest areas in mathematical biology. The infectious diseases need fast responses, and appropriately modeling, also predicting the outcome of disease spread over time and across space is a critical step toward informed development of effective strategies for public health intervention and decision making. Using mathematical representations for infectious diseases let the essential elements grasped quickly, and captured well. A lot of difficulties face the responsible organization in the process of collecting infectious diseases data by traditional ways in addition to the presence of more than 1500 health center in Sudan, as well; there is no applied method in Sudan to predict the spread of infectious diseases. Determine the best and most efficient mathematical model for predicting the new cases of infectious diseases in Khartoum, Al-Gadaref and Sennar based on the previous (history) data and visualize diseases distribution development (ArcMap) is important thing to save lives.Using time series analysis (Auto Regressive model, Moving Average model, Mixed Model, and Exponential Smoothing model) found that the simple models (AR and MA) represented the data better in Khartoum, Al-Gadaref and Sennar states in the seasonal data and Sennar in the non-seasonal data. While the Exponential Smoothing and Mixed model (ARIMA) are better in representing Khartoum and Al-Gadaref non-seasonal data. Which prove that; not all data can be representing using the same forecasting model.
