هدفت الدراسةُ التحقق من وجود أثر العدالة التنظيمية كمتغير وسيط بين القيادة التحويلية وجودة الحياة الوظيفية في المدارس الثانوية بالمحافظات الجنوبية لفلسطين, وقد اتبعت الدراسةُ المنهجَ الوصفيَّ السببيّ، إذْ تمَّ اعتمادُ الاستبانةِ أداةً رئيسيةً لجمعِ البيانات، والتي طُبقتْ على عينةٍ من مجتمعِ الدراسةِ المتمثلِ في معلمي المرحلةِ الثانويةِ في المحافظاتِ الجنوبيةِ من فلسطين, والبالغِ عددَهم (355) معلمًا، استجابَ منهم (313) معلمًا، بنسبةِ استجابة (88.17%)، يُمثلون نسبة (6.63%) من حجمِ مجتمعِ الدراسة، وقد تمَّ اختيارُ العينةِ بالطريقةِ العشوائيةِ الطبقيةِ غيرِ التناسبيَّة، وقد أسفرت الدراسةُ عن مجموعةٍ من النتائجٍ، كانَ من أهمِّها:أنَّ تقديرَ أفرادِ عينةِ الدراسةِ لدرجةِ ممارسةِ مديري المدارسِ الثانويةِ بالمحافظاتِ الجنوبيةِ من فلسطينَ للقيادةِ التحويليةِ حصلتْ على وزنٍ نسبيِّ قدرُه (78.24%)، أي بدرجةٍ مرتفعة.أنَّ تقديرَ أفرادِ عينةِ الدراسةِ لدرجةِ ممارسةِ مديري المدارسِ الثانويةِ بالمحافظاتِ الجنوبيةِ من فلسطينَ للعدالةِ التنظيميةِ حصلتْ على وزنٍ نسبيِّ قدرُه (85.26%)، أي بدرجةٍ مرتفعةٍ جدَّا.أنَّ تقديرَ أفرادِ عينةِ الدراسةِ لمستوى إدراكِ المعلمينَ في المدارسِ الثانويةِ بالمحافظاتِ الجنوبيةِ لفلسطينِ لجودةِ الحياةِ الوظيفيةِ حصلت على وزنٍ نسبيِّ قدرُه (80.58%)، أي بدرجةٍ مرتفعةٍ.توجدُ فروقٌ ذاتُ دلالةٍ إحصائيَّة عند مستوى الدلالةِ (α ≤ 0.05) بين متوسطاتِ درجاتِ تقديرِ أفرادِ عينةِ الدراسةِ لمستوى مشاركةِ مديرِيهم في صنعِ واتخاذِ القرار، والتصميمِ الوظيفيِّ، ولمستوىإدراكِ أفرادِ العينة (المعلمين) لجودةِ الحياةِ الوظيفيةِ، وكانت الفروقُ لصالحِ المعلمينَ ممن يتبَعونَ مديريةَ خانَ يونُس.لا توجدُ فروقٌ ذاتُ دلالةٍ إحصائيَّة عند مستوى الدلالةِ (α ≤ 0.05) بين متوسطاتِ درجاتِ تقديرِ أفرادِ عينةِ الدراسةِ لمستوى إدراكِهم لجودةِ الحياةِ الوظيفيةِ في المدارسِ الثانويةِ بالمحافظاتِ الجنوبيةِ لفلسطينَ تُعزى لمتغيريِّ (النوعِ الاجتماعيِّ للمعلمِ، والمؤهلِ العلميّ).توجدُ فروقٌ ذاتُ دلالةٍ إحصائيَّة عند مستوى الدلالةِ (α ≤ 0.05) بين متوسطاتِ درجاتِ تقديرِ أفرادِ عينةِ الدراسةِ لمستوى إدراكِ المعلمينَ لجودةِ الحياةِ الوظيفيةِ في المدارسِ الثانويةِ بالمحافظاتِ الجنوبيةِ لفلسطينَ تبعًا لسنواتِ الخدمةِ، وكانت الفروقُ لصالحِ المعلمينَ الذينَ لديهم سنواتُ خدمةٍ (عشرِ سنواتٍ فأكثر).يوجدُ أثرٌ ذو دلالةٍ إحصائيةٍ عندَ مستوى الدلالةٍ (α ≤ 0.05) لممارسةِ مديري المدارسِ الثانويةِ بالمحافظاتِ الجنوبيةِ من فلسطينَ لمجالاتِ القيادةِ التحويليةِ (التأثير المثالي، والحفز الإلهاميّ، الاستثارة الفكريَّة) على درجةِ ممارستِهم للعدالةِ التنظيميةِ من وجهةِ نظرِ معلميهم، فيما تبينَ أنَّ مجالَ (الاعتبارات الفردية) ذو تأثيرٍ ضعيفْ.يوجدُ أثرٌ ذو دلالةٍ إحصائيةٍ عندَ مستوى الدلالةٍ (α ≤ 0.05) لممارسةِ مديري المدارسِ الثانويةِ بالمحافظاتِ الجنوبيةِ من فلسطينَ لمجالاتِ القيادةِ التحويليةِ (الحفز الإلهاميّ، والاستثارة الفكريَة، والاعتبارات الفرديَّة) على مستوى إدراكِ المعلمينَ لجودةِ الحياةِ الوظيفيةِ فيها، فيما تبينَ أنَّ مجالَ "التأثير المثاليّ" جاءَ تأثيرُه ضعيفًا.يوجدُ أثرٌ ذو دلالةٍ إحصائيةٍ عندَ مستوى الدلالةٍ (α ≤ 0.05) لممارسةِ مديري المدارسِ الثانويةِ بالمحافظاتِ الجنوبيةِ من فلسطينَ لمجالاتِ العدالةِ التنظيميةِ: (العدالة الإجرائية، والعدالة التفاعلية) على مستوى إدراكِ المعلمينَ لجودةِ الحياةِ الوظيفيةِ فيها، فيما تبينَ أنَّ مجالَ (العدالة التوزيعية) ذو تأثيرٍ ضعيفْ.يوجدُ تأثيرٌ جزئيٌّ لممارسةِ مديري المدارسِ الثانويةِ بالمحافظاتِ الجنوبيةِ من فلسطينَ للقيادةِ التحويليةِ على مستوى إدراكِ معلميهِم لجودةِ الحياةِ الوظيفيةِ فيها في ظلِّ وجودِ العدالةِ التنظيميةِ كمتغيرٍ وسيطْ.وكانَ من أهمِّ توصياتِ الدراسة:1. تنظيمُ وزارةِ التربيةِ والتعليمِ دوراتٍ تدريبيةٍ لمديري المدارسِ الثانويةِ لاستخدامِ استراتيجياتٍ قياديةٍ متطورةٍ في التعاملِ مع المواقفِ الطارئة.2. عقدُ اجتماعاتٍ دوريةٍ يناقِشُ خلالَها جميعُ المعلمينَ النتائجَ المترتبةَ على اتخاذِ القرارات.3. رفعُ مطالباتٍ من قِبلِ المسؤولينَ في وزارةِ التربيةِ والتعليمِ إلى الجهاتِ ذاتِ الاختصاصِ بتحسينِ نسبِ الصرفِ للمعلمينَ بما يعينُهم على تلبيةِ متطلباتِ الحياةِ، والاحتياجاتِ الأساسية.4. منحُ مديري المدارسِ صلاحياتٍ أكبرَ، تمكِّنُهم من التواصلِ مع المؤسساتِ المجتمعيةِ الداعمةِ؛ لتوفيرِ بيئةٍ صحيةٍ مريحةٍ من حيثُ الأثاثِ، والإضاءةِ، والتهويةِ، والنظافة.الكلماتُ المِفتاحيةُ: العدالةُ التنظيميةُ– المتغيرُ الوسيطُ – القيادةُ التحويليةُ – جودةُ الحياةِ الوظيفية.AbstractThe Effect of Organizational Justice as a Mediating Variable Between Transformational Leadership and Quality of Work Life in Secondary Schools in the Southern Governorates of Palestine. Prepared by / Supervised by/Mohammed Ibrahim Abu Barham Dr. Raed Hussein Al-Hajjar The study aimed to verify the presence of the effect of organizational justice as a mediating variable between transformational leadership and quality of work life in secondary schools in the southern governorates of Palestine. The study followed the causal descriptive approach and the questionnaire was the main data collection tool and it was applied to the study population which consists of secondary school teachers in the southern governorates of Palestine. The sample included (355) secondary school teachers, (313) of them responded with a response average of (88.17%) representing (6.63%) of the study population. The study sample was selected using the non-proportional stratified random method.Among the most important findings the study revealed were the following:1-The study sample’s estimate of the degree to which secondary school principals in the southern governorates of Palestine practice transformational leadership had a relative weight of (78.24%) which was high.2-The study sample’s estimate of the degree to which secondary school principals in the southern governorates of Palestine practice organizational justice had a relative weight of (85.26%) which was very high.3- The study sample’s estimate of the level of teacher's perception of the quality of Work Life in secondary schools in the southern governorates of Palestine had a relative weight of (80.58%) which also was high.4-There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤0.05) among the averages of the sample’s estimates for the level of the participation of their school principals in decision-making , job determination, and the level of teacher's awareness of the quality of Work Life .The differences were in favor of the teachers from Khan Younis Directorate.5-There are no statistically significant differences, at the level of significance (α≤0.05) among the sample’s average estimates of the teachers’ perception of the quality of work life in secondary schools in the southern governorates of Palestine, related to the variables of (teacher’s gender and academic qualification).6-There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤0.05) among the averages of the sample’s estimates of the level of teachers’ perception of quality of work life in secondary schools in the southern governorates of Palestine related to the years of service .Those differences were in favor of teachers whose years of service are ten years or more . 7-There is a statistically significant effect, at the level of significance (α≤0.05) for the practice of the fields of transformational leadership by secondary school principals in the southern governorates of Palestine (Ideal Influence ,Inspirational Motivation, Intellectual Simulation, ), on the level of their practice of organizational justice from their teacher's point of view while the field of 'Individualized Consideration” had a weak effect.8-There is a statistically significant effect ,at the level of significance (α≤0.05) for the practice of the fields of transformational leadership by secondary school principals in the southern governorates of Palestine (Inspirational Motivation, Intellectual Simulation and Individualized Consideration ), on the level of teachers' perception of quality of Work Life, while the field of “Ideal Influence” had a weak effect.9-There is a statistically significant effect, at the level of significance (α≤0.05) for the practice of organizational justice fields by secondary school principals in the southern governorates of Palestine(procedural justice, interactive justice), on the level of teachers’ perception of the quality of their work life, while the field “distributive justice” had a weak effect.10- There is a partial effect of the practice of transformational leadership by secondary school principals in the southern governorates of Palestine on the level of teachers’ perception of the quality of their work life in the presence of organizational justice as a mediating variable.Among the most important recommendations of the study are the following:1.organizing training courses by the Ministry of Education for secondary school principals on using advanced leadership strategies in dealing with emergency situations.2.Holding periodic meetings during which all teachers discuss the consequences of decision-making.3.Filing demands by officials in the Ministry of Education to the competent authorities to improve the pay rates for teachers in order to help them meet the requirements of life and basic needs.4.Providing school principals with greater powers to communicate with supportive community institutions in order to provide a comfortable, healthy environment in terms of furniture, lighting, ventilation, and hygiene.Keywords: Organizational Justice - mediator variable - transformational leadership - Quality of Work Life.

Ce présent travail consiste à établir une étude de diagnostic et de réhabilitation du réseau d'alimentation en eau du village KEFRIDA commune de TASKERIOUT (wilaya de Bejaia).Après avoir récolté les données concernant le site et le système d'alimentation existant, on procédé à l'estimation des besoins actuels et futurs, ensuite le diagnostic physique dont on faitsortir toute les insuffisances et le dysfonctionnement du réseau, ce qui nous a permis dedimensionner les réservoirs et les conduites d'adduction. Par la suite on a remplacé lespompes des stations de pompage avec celle qu'on a choisi, puis on a procédé à la vérificationde l'apparition du phénomène du coup de bélier, à la fin, nous avons élaboré un systèmed'information géographique servant de base de données pour optimiser la gestion ultérieur duréseau.

Witchweeds and broomrapes are root parasitic weeds that represent one of the mainthreats to global food security. By drastically reducing host crops' yield, the parasitesare often responsible for enormous economic losses estimated in billions of dollarsannually. Parasitic plants rely on a chemical cue in the rhizosphere, indicating thepresence of a host plant in proximity. Using this host dependency, research in parasiticplants focuses on understanding the necessary triggers for parasitic seeds germination,to either reduce their germination in presence of crops or provoke germinationwithout hosts (i.e. suicidal germination). For this purpose, a number of syntheticanalogs and inhibitors have been developed and their biological activities studied onparasitic plants around the world using various protocols. Current studies are usinggermination-based bioassays, where pre-conditioned parasitic seeds are placed in thepresence of a chemical or plant root exudates, from which the germination ratio isassessed. Although these protocols are very sensitive at the chemical level, the germinationrate recording is time consuming, represents a challenging task for researchers,and could easily be sped up leveraging automated seeds detection algorithms. In orderto accelerate such protocols, we propose an automatic seed censing tool usingcomputer vision latest development. We use a deep learning approach for object detectionwith the algorithm Faster R-CNN to count and discriminate germinated fromnon-germinated seeds. Our method has shown an accuracy of 95% in counting seedson completely new images, and reduces the counting time by a signi cant margin,from 5 min to a fraction of second per image. We believe our proposed software \SeedQuant" will be of great help for lab bioassays to perform large scale chemicalsscreening for parasitic seeds applications.

Onjective: To evaluate the magnitude of prostate cancer in the North West-Bank, and to shade light on risk factors affecting its distribution.Design /Methods: In a descriptive and retrospective study, we conducted a large study among hospitalized patients. Data were collected from Teaching Hospitals (Al Watani, Beit Jala and Jinnen hospitals), during the period (1998-2006). The total population number were 750.000, of whom 70.000 men, 40 years or older were our target. Analysis based on patient admissions, and statistical methods were (ANOVA Test, T-test, Correlation, Chi squire test, Descriptive statistics and frequencies and percentile methods).Results: 78 prostate cancers were reported with incidence rate of 10.4 per 100.000 populations. We revealed that the majority of patients (64.1%) were diagnosed in Nablus and the lowest (6.4%) in Tulkarem city The highest percentage was among: [Non-smokers vs. smokers (61.5% vs 37.2% respectively), industrial workers vs. Doctors (42.3% vs 5.1%), families of seven children or over vs. less than three (56.4% vs. 5.1%), patients over 65 years, with high PSA serum levels (20ng/ml or over), (64.1%)]. Person Chi Square df, significant values of PSA categorized and dependent variables (Occupation, no. of children and Age), showed a Pearson correlation and statistical significance at P-Value = 0.05 which was respectively (0.016, 0.018, 0.003). Significant relationship was found between age and infection (P-value = 0.032) and between cancer stage and age (0.021).Conclusion: Prostatic carcinoma in the West-Bank, disproportionately strikes in different towns in West-Bank, with high prevalence in Nablus and low prevalence in Tulkarem. This prevalence is low compared to Western Countries despite the high intake of calories

We live in a mathematical world. In such a world, a lack of mathematical engagement closes many doors to productive futures. Research shows that the strategic use of instructional technology positively impacts student engagement in mathematics. Based on The Sociocultural Theory of Engagement, this mixed-method research aims to identify the effectiveness of using GeoGebra software for teaching Geometry lessons. The current quasi-experimental research addresses the impact of using GeoGebra on the level and type of the three dimensions of students' engagement "cognitive, behavioral, and affective" of grade eight students. Results show that implementing GeoGebra could be a catalyst for student engagement in geometry lessons. Overall, students have positive attitudes towards GeoGebra integration and feel that it has positive impacts on learner satisfaction, promotes engagement, and facilitates academic success. These findings are essential due to the technological shift that schools are currently facing.

ملخص:لكل رواية مكان لا يمكن الاستغناء عنه، لأنه يشكل سلسلة من الأحداث تحركها شخصيات في زمن معين، فهو ذروة العمل الروائي.يكتسب المكان أهمية كبيرة في النص الروائي فلا يتحقق إلى بوجوده، ويقوم المكان بعدة وظائف أهمها: تكوين إطار الحدث، وتحريك خيال القارئ لتصوير الأمكنة، انطلاقا من ذلك سنقوم بدراسة دلالة المكان في رواية الفيل الأزرق الصادرة عن دار الشروق، القاهرة 2012، متناولين ما يلي:الفصل الأولالنظري وفيه مفاهيم متعلقة بالمكان من حيث المفهوم والأهمية والدلالات، أما الفصل الثاني التطبيقي فهو دراسة الأماكن المفتوحة والمغلقة بالإضافة إلى تأثير المكان في البعد النفسي.
