L’object if de cette étude est cherché de quant ifier l’act ivité ant ioxydant de quelque composédes huiles essentiel en utilisant la méthode de calcul théorique DFT, pour trouver une relation entre la structure chimique de ces composé et leur activité de piégeage des radicaux libre DPPH ces composés sont : thymol ; carvacrol et un mélange équimolaire de ce dernier a finde visé le phénomène de synergie entre les deux composés Pour la corrélation théorique, le BHA, BHT et le vitamine C ont été pris comme référence. Les résultats obtenus montrent que les valeurs de l'enthalpie de dissociation de la liaison O-H(BDE-OH), calculées au niveau de la théorie DFT (fonctionnelle hybride B3LYP) et la base standard 6-311G++(d,p) en phase gazeuse, sont en bon accord avec l’ordre du pouvoir antioxydant.

هذه الرسالة تعالج موضوع الحكم الراشد، المؤسسات والنمو الاقتصادي مع دراسة العوامل المؤسساتية والنمو الاقتصادي في الجزائركحالة تطبيقية. وينقسم هذا البحث إلى جزأين كل منهما مقسم إلى أربعة فصول. الجزء الأول مدخل نظري يعرض أوّلا كل مايتعلق بموضوع الحكامة والمؤسسات. ثانيا، يدرس العلاقة بين الحكم الراشد والنمو الاقتصادي بالتركيز على ثلاثة عناصر:الديمقراطية، الفساد وعدم الاستقرار السياسي. أمّا الجزء الثاني، فقد خصّص لحالة الجزائر ويعرض في فصله الأول أهم المراحل منالحكامة الاقتصادية والحكامة السياسية منذ الاستقلال إلى السنوات الأخيرة. والفصل الثاني يعالج النمو الاقتصادي من جانبمؤسساتي بالتركيز على ثلاثة مستويات رئيسية وهي النظام السياسي، الديمقراطية والفساد. وفي الفصل الثالث، يعرض أهم التطوراتالأخيرة للاقتصاد الجزائري مع الإشارة إلى القصور المؤسساتي وضعف الحكامة المرتبطة بالطابع الريعي للاقتصاد، لنستخلص كنتيجةرئيسية أهم العقبات المؤسساتية التي تعرقل النمو في الجزائر. أمّا الفصل الأخير، فهو دراسة قياسية تعالج أثر هذه العقبات المؤسساتيةعلى النمو الاقتصادي. وقد توصلنا إلى نتيجة وجود علاقة طويلة وقصيرة الأجل بين المتغيرات المؤسساتية والنمو الاقتصادي،وتبين أن العقبات الرئيسية التي تعرقل النمو في الجزائر هي الديمقراطية، الفساد، غياب سيادة القانون، البيئة غير المواتية للاستثمار.وهذا ما يثبت صحة الفرضيات. من جانب آخر، أثبت الدراسة أن الاستقرار الحكومي والاصلاحات المطبقة لهما أثر سلبي علىالنمو في الجزائر، وهذا ما يثبت عدم صحة الفرضيات. وكخلاصة رئيسية في هذه الرسالة، توجد عقبات مؤسساتية تعيق تطورالاقتصاد الجزائري وتعرقل تحوله من اقتصاد ريعي إلى اقتصاد انتاجي. وهذا ما أثبت فرضياتنا الرئيسية المكونة لهذه الأطروحة.

Notre étude est réalisée au sein de l'association des handicapés de Bejaia. Elle nous a permis de constater l'impact des enfants IMC sur la qualité de vie de leurs parents. A partir d'une étude clinique sur quatre couples où on a utilisés les techniques suivantes : l'entretien clinique et l'échelle SF-36 de la qualité de vie pour les parents afin de mesurer leur qualité de vie. On a aussi constatés, qu'il existe des parents qui ont une qualité de vie positive, qui se manifeste par l'acceptation psychique et l'intégration sociale malgré l'atteinte de leur enfant et ceux qui ont une qualité de vie négative, qui se présente par des sensations de malaise, dégradation au niveau de leur santé physique et psychique, peu de relations et perte de gout de la vie

The purpose of this study is to identify the leadership capabilities needed foreffective educational leadership and consequently set the standards for theknowledge, skills, and personal qualities needed for school principals. It alsoexplores whether leadership capabilities impact teachers’ performance at school. Toachieve this, this study is conducted in one private secondary school in Beirut with apurposive sample of one vice principal and 40 teachers and coordinators. Asequential mixed methods design was used. The questionnaire, the ExecutiveLeadership Diagnostic Questionnaire (ELDQ) elicits the coordinators and teachers’perceptions of their vice principal’s capabilities and behaviors (personal,interpersonal, educational, strategic and organizational) and the impact of these ontheir performance. The researcher’s reflective journal explores personal qualities,knowledge and skills and their possible impact on teachers. Self-reflection can bringabout self-awareness, which is considered to be the first personal capability andperhaps, catalyst, of an executive leader. Quantitative and qualitative data analysiscontributed results that were triangulated to enhance validity and reliability offindings. Study findings show a strong congruence between the participants’ viewsand those of the vice-principal on her leadership with executive capabilities.

Haloxylon scoparium Pomel is a medicinal plant belonging to the Amaranthaceae family; it is widely distributed in the Saharan atlas and locally called "Remeth". The aerial parts of this plant are traditionally used as anti-larvicides and treat eye and digestive tract problems. This work was done with the aim of identifying certain phytochemicals and evaluating the antioxidant activity of extracts prepared from the leaves and stems of the plant. The extracts are prepared using the maceration technique with two solvents of different polarities; the extraction yield is 12.95% for the aqueous extract and 51.5% for the methanolic extract, The highest rate of polyphenols is found in the methanolic extract (10.811±0.126μg gallic acid equivalent/mg of extract). The aqueous extract showed the highest contents of flavonoids (19.692±0.276 μg equivalent quercetin/mg of extract). The evaluation of the antiradical potency of the extracts against DPPH showed that the methanolic extract has the highest activity (IC50 = 44.33 mg/ml). The estimation of the antibacterial effect of the plant showed that the aqueous and methanolic extracts have no effects on Staphylococcus aureus strains; Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. On the other hand, our results show that they do not preserve ground chicken meat.
