Il est prévu que les parabènes sont des conservateurs omniprésents dans les aliments, les cosmétiques et les médicaments que nous consommons, pourtant ils sont au centre de polémique portant notamment sur leur effet de perturbation endocrinienne. La sécurité de notre santé à un besoin pour des nouvelles méthodes pour tester rapidement la toxicité de ces substances. Les avancées actuelles de la recherche fondamentale conduisent à une approche systémique, intégrée et quantitative de la biologie. Elles devraient se traduire par une meilleure connaissance des mécanismes de toxicité mis en jeu qui devrait faciliter la compréhension des effets à faible dose, des effets des mélanges et des effets toxiques à long terme. Il est également important de développer de nouveaux tests fondés sur les méthodes alternatives (QSAR: Quantitative Structure-Activity Relationship). Ces modèles prédisent de façon faible la toxicité de touts les composés considérés, et la méthode est censée fournir des orientations pour la conception future des substances chimiques en toute sécurité.

لقد تطرقنا في موضوع بحثنا إلى دراسة أهمّ المستويات اللّسانية وهو الصّرف، وكان بعنوان الإعجاز الصّرفي في سورة الكهف نموذجا. ولقد استهللنا موضوع بحثنا بمقدمة ممنهجة كاملة العناصر، من عنوان وإشكاليات ومنهج البحث والمنهج المتبع في البحث. وقد تحدثنا عن تعريف لأهم المصطلحات المتعلّقة بالموضوع من تعريف للإعجاز، والصّرف وأهميّته، والصّيغة والدّلالة والفعل. وقد حوي الموضوع على دلالة صيغ الأفعال المجردة والمزيدة منها في سورة الكهف، مع استخراج جلّ الأفعال المذكورة في السّورة وبيان معنى ودلالة صيغة كل فعل. وأخيرا اختتمنا بحثنا بخاتمة تشمل مجموعة من النّتائج المستخلصة من هذا البحث.

As one of the most promising solar cell technologies, organic solar cells have unique superiorities distinct from inorganic counterparts, such as semitransparency, flexibility and solution-processability, as well as tunable photophysical properties, which originate from the structural verstailities of organic semiconductors. A major breakthrough in OSCs was the exploration of novel non-fullerene electron acceptor (NFAs): In comparison with traditional fullerene derivative acceptors, NFA possesses several advantages, such as low synthesis cost, tunable absorption range and adjustable energetic level, which effectively provides a wide light-harvesting window with low energetic loss. In recent decades, fused-ring electron acceptors (FREAs) have obtained an irreplaceable status in the development of OSCs. However, there are still initial drawbacks to FREA-based devices including: 1: the degree of molecular packing and the corresponding impact on device performance, which has not been studied in depth; 2: the feasibility of approaches for controlling the bulk heterojunction morphology of the film, which also has not been systemic researched; 3: the presence of bulk (geminate and non-geminate) and surface recombination which significantly affects the efficiency and stability of working devices.In this thesis, I took the above three issues as my main doctoral research subjects. In the first part of the thesis, I shine light onto the strength of π-conjugated backbones in FREA molecular structures, which strongly affect the intramolecular interaction. Herein, two FREA with different conjugated framework (IDT core vs IDTT core) are synthesized and employed as electron acceptors in OSCs. A significantly enhanced power conversion efficiency of 11.2% is obtained from IDTTIC-based devices in comparison with that of IDTIC-based devices (5.6%). After considering the electron-donating part in FREA molecules, I also study the effect of the terminal unit, which has a strong relationship with the intramolecular charge transfer effect and intermolecular interactions. Solvent additives are another powerful strategy to further improve the photovoltaic efficiency. 1-chloronaphthalene (CN) was found to be useful in the PTB7-Th:IEICO-4F system, which show a PCE improvement from 9.5% to 12.8%. Furthermore, by utilizing a small molecule donor, BIT-4F-T, as a third component, an optimum PCE of 14.0% is achieved in the devices based on PTB7-Th:IEICO-4F.

En fin nous lui avons dédié un panel opérateur pour le contrôle.L. ‘installation du nouvel automate S7-314 IFM, va permettre de résoudre les problèmes de différentes pannes, de sauvegarde du programme.La mise en place d’.un pupitre opérateur va permettre un meilleur contrôle de la machine, et un bon diagnostic d. éventuelles anomalies ; la suppression de l. ‘armoire qui conduira à la suppression du câblage encombrant occuper par les différents composants d. ‘appareillage électrique.L’.étude détaillée de la machine nous a permis de toucher à plusieurs disciplines que ça soit de l’.informatique, la mécanique, l. ‘instrumentation et la pneumatique.En étudiant les composants de la machine et de la partie opérative, nous avons pu saisir leurs principes de fonctionnement ainsi que leurs rôles.Enfin la période de stage pratique, nous a permis de nous bien forger et de faire une corrélation entre la théorie et la pratique et de compléter les connaissances acquises avec la réalité du terrain dont lequel nous sommes appelés à vivre et découvrir le monde de travail

Health care industry is always facing a worldwide obstacle which is nursing shortage. Such a problem carries many bad consequences on health care organizations and patients’ outcomes. Different factors contribute to this shortage such as age, job satisfaction, nursing image, shortage of nursing faculty, etc.Employers had different strategies to face the global nursing shortage. Different clinical positions have been created such as clinical nurse leaders, clinical nurse specialists, clinical care coordinators, etc. Therefore, the aim of this project is to introduce a new role in nursing administration into AUBMC entitled as Nursing Recruitment and Retention Specialist. Such a role will be used to select and develop the best recruitment and retention strategies to attract and retain the best nursing talents at AUBMC.

جاءت هذه الدراسة تحت عنوان: أثر الإشهارات الالكترونية على سلوك المستخدمين، والتي تهدف الى معرفة عادات وأنماط تعرض مستخدمي ولاية الوادي للإشهارات الالكترونية، وحاجاتهم ودوافعهم من هذا التعرض, لنصل الى أثر ذلك على سلوك مستخدمي ولاية الوادي، حيث اندرجت هذه الدراسة ضمن الدراسات الوصفية بأسلوب امراد، حيث اعتمدنا على المنهج المسحي باستخدام الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات من المبحوثين، وقد أجريت الدراسة على عينة حجمها 154 مفردة موزعين على كافة أرجاء ولاية الوادي ,تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية، وتم التوصل الى النتائج التالية:ان فئة الإناث أكثر من فئة الذكور المستخدمين في عينتنا المبحوثة، وان أكبر فئة من متابعي الإشهارات الالكترونية هم الفئة الشبابية(20-30) سنة.اغلب متابعي هذا النوع من الإشهارات هم الأشخاص ذوي المستوى الجامعي بنسبة عالية جدا مقارنة بالبقية، وأن اغلب متابعي هذه الإشهارات هم من الطبقة المتوسطة.اغلب المبحوثين احيانا ما يتابعون الإشهارات الالكترونية وذلك باستخدام الهاتف النقال في اوقات متفرقة، كما تفضل الغالبية متابعتها على انفراد كما تفضل نسبة كبيرة منهم الإشهارات الالكترونية المتحركة، وإشهارات الفواصل، كما أن أكثر شيء يثير اهتمامهم هي طريقة عرض هذه الإشهارات. ان من بين أكثر واهم الاسباب التي تدفع المستخدمين السوفيين لمتابعة الإشهارات الالكترونية هو لمعرفة المنتجات الجديدة ولمعرفة جديد الاسواق، حيث تساعدهم الإشهارات الالكترونية على اكتشاف خصائص السلعة المشتراة واختيار السلعة المناسبة.الإشهارات الالكترونية تؤثر في القرارات الشرائية لعينة الدراسة، اما الفئة التي لا يؤثر الاشهار الالكتروني في قرارها الشرائي فهو راجع لاعتقادهم بان المعلومات التي تذكر في هاته الإشهارات مبالغ فيها.اغلب المستخدمين سبق لهم وان قاموا بفعل الشراء بعد تعرضهم الإشهارات الالكترونية عن تلك السلع، كما ان اغلبية المستخدمين يجدون بان الإشهارات الالكترونية تؤثر فيهم بشكل ايجابي.معظم المستخدمين يجدون في الإشهارات الالكترونية ما يحتاجونه للتعرف على خصائص المنتجات، حيث تكون ردة فعلهم عند رؤية المنتجات والسلع والخدمات التي سبق وان شاهدوا إشهارات الكترونية عنها باقتنائها واشترائها على سبيل التجريب.معظم المستخدمين تدفعهم تلبية حاجاتهم ورغباته الشخصية لاتخاذهم قرارات الشراء للسلعة المعلن عنها، رغم ان اغلبهم يعتقدونان المصداقية في الإشهارات الالكترونية ضعيفة نوعا ما، وذلك لأنهم يجدون بان الإشهارات الالكترونية تجذبهم بوعود مبالغ فيها
