AbstractBackground:Urinary tract infection (UTI) is one of the most common infectious diseases and serious ailment in humans, spread of multidrug resistant Enterobacteriacae (MDRE) and recently Carbapenemase Producing Enterobacteriacae (CPE) have emerged as a major public health concern in patients with urinary tract infections (UTIs).The aim of the study to detect Carbapenem resistant Enterobacteriacae isolated from urinary tract infection. Methods:We conducted a cross sectional study in Alborge laboratory used 97 isolated organisms from urinary tract infected patients from March up to June using culture, Gram stain, biochemical test and sensitivity then Modified hodge test to detect Carbapenemase enzyme.Results:A total of 97 isolated organism from UTI patients, were collected from Alborg laboratories in Khartoum, the result show resistant to Carbapenem drugs 5(5.2%) for both Imipenem and Meropenem among the study group, Escherichia coli (highest resistant) 3 (5.2%) , 1(1.7%) respectively, then Klebsiella spp 1(3.4%),1 (3.4%) respectively, and Proteus spp 1 (12.5%) resist to Imipenem only.Conclusion:From 97 isolated organism of Enterobacteriacae , 5 organism resist to Carbapenem , most this organism E.coli , some of these resist by Carbapenemase producing and this detect by MHT , few resist by other mechanism.

Les représentations actuellement utilisées en traitement des images sont basées sur des transformées séparables. Celles-ci ne capturent pas la régularité géométrique des images le long des contours, bien que ceci soit un aspect essentiel des images. nous étudions ici la construction d'une nouvelle représentation permettant de capturer à la fois cette régularité le long des contours et la régularité de zones. Elle est basée sur une nouvelle famille de bases, les Bandelettes, vivant le long de contours et permettant de capturer les singularités le long de ceux-ci.

Dans la présente étude, nous avons développé un premier modèle pour la dégradation thermique d’un bois combustible. Il inclut les processus de séchage, de pyrolyse et d’oxydation du résidu charbonneux. Ce modèle est utilisé d’une part, pour vérifier la validité de l’hypothèse thermiquement fin souvent utilisée lors de développement de modèles de comportement des feux et d’autre part, il est appliqué pour décrire la combustion des brandons. Pour un flux de chaleur radiatif externe, la taille de la particule à laquelle la transition entre les régimes thermiquement fin et thermiquement épais est déterminée. On a montré que pour un flux radiatif donné, la taillede la particule au delà de laquelle l’hypothèse thermiquement mince, est mise en cause, est indépendente de la teneur initiale en eau et du rapport de la surface sur le volume de la particule. Un nombre de Biot basé sur ce rapport est d´efini. Les résultats montrent que le régime thermiquement finpeut être défini par Bi < 0.1 quelque soit la géométrie de la particule.Les résultats montrent aussi que la traditionnelle hypothèse, thermiquement mince, ne peut pas être utilisée dans la modélisation du comportement des feux de surface. Pour les particules fines, responsables de la propagation,la pyrolyse est cinétiquement contrôlée, alors qu’elle est contrôlée par la diffusion thermique pour les grosses particules. Les résultats trouvées pour la combustion des brandons, sont en bon accord avec ceux de l'expérience disponibles. Les mécanismes physiques qui contrôlent la propagation d’unfeu de végétation typique de l’écosystème Méditeranéen sont décrits dans un second modèle. Ce modèle physique est construit à partir d’une formulation multiphasique incluant divers sous modèles pour prendre en compte les principaux phénomènes qui contribuent à différents niveaux à la propagation d’un feu.

In choosing the president, the United States of America adopts a specific voting system. Gender has presented a huge deal in American electoral politics. The purpose of this study is whether female candidates and office holders continue to address these gaps by encouraging other women to vote or run for office themselves. The study also aims to address the issue of gender and feminism that has taken place in the 2016 ' US presidential campaign. In the case of the first female Democratic presidential candidate, Hillary Clinton. It aims to examine Hillary's strategic approaches and the way in which she integrated female influence into her campaigns. It would also also examine the reasons why was a revolutionary feminist who represented her as a significant political figure in the long term or, on the contrary, put her under the spotlight of major media attention and political criticism. This study paper is made up of two chapters: Chapter one is an introduction to the historical background of gender in US electoral politics and its significant influence on the filed. And Chapter two introduced the influence of gender in presidential campaigns explained by Clinton as a case study.

أن فكرة انعدام الحكم القضائي فكرة مؤكدة في التطبيقات القضائية وقد استقر العمل بها أمام المحاكم الإماراتية على الرغم أن المشرع لم يضع لها تنظيما أو يصرح بوجودها، فقد ساهمت التطبيقات القضائية بالدور الأكبر في ترسيخ فكرة الانعدام والاعتراف بها . وتبين من خلال التطبيقات القضائية أن هناك عدة حالات لانعدام الأحكام القضائية منها م ا يرجع إلى مخالفة قواعد الولاية وغياب الخصومة أو إذا كان الحكم مخالف للشكل المطلوب، كما ويعد الحكم منعدما لتعارضه مع حكم قضائي سابق، وأخيراً إذا كان الحكم مخالفا لنص قطعي في القرآن أو السنة. ويثبت الانعدام متى توافرت حالة من حالات انعدام الحكم القضائي فيتم تقرير الانعدام إما عن طريق التمسك با لانعدام من خلال طرق الطعن أو الدفع بانعدام الحكم القضائي أثناء نظر الدعوى أو تجاهل الحكم المنعدم من خلال إقامة دعوى جديدة بذات عناصر الدعوى الذي صدر بها الحكم المنعدم، دون أن يتمسك أحد بالدفع بعدم جواز نظر الدعوى لسابقة الفصل فيها، أو من خلال رفع دعوى مبتدأة تسمى دعوى البطلان الأصلية.

إن الهدف الأساسي من هذه الرسالة هو إلقاء الضوء على الآثار والنتائج وإبداء التوصيات في عمل المرافق العامة جراء تطبيق نظام الإدارة العامة (الحكومة) الإلكترونية، بدلا من الوسائل والممارسات الإدارية الاعتيادية الدارجة، وسلبيات تلك الممارسات على ناتج عمل المرافق العامة الخاضعة قانونا للسلطة الحكومية. " عليه فقد تم تقسيم هذه الدراسة إلى مبحث تمهيدي وثلاثة فصول أساسية على النحو التالي : ١- المبحث التمهيدي: يتكون من ثلاثة مطالب: يتعرض الأول لمفهوم الإدارة التقليدية وعيوبها، وثانيا لنشأة الإدارة العامة (الحكومة) الإلكترونية، والمطلب الثالث بعنوان حكومة إلكترونية أم إدارة عامة إلكترونية. ٢- الفصل الأول: يشرح مبدأ التحول إلى نظام الإدارة العامة (الحكومة) الإلكترونية، من خلال ثلاثة مباحث رئيسية على النحو التالي:-. - أسباب التحول إلى نظام الإدارة العامة (الحكومة الإلكترونية، ويتكون من مطلبين أسباب عامة وخاصة. - مراحل التحول إلى نظام الإدارة العامة (الحكومة الإلكترونية ويتكون من أربع مطالب. - المتطلبات الأساسية اللازمة لتنفيذ ونجاح نظام الإدارة العامة الحكومة الإلكترونية ويتكون من خمسة مطالب . ٣- الفصل الثاني: يوضح أثر نظام الإدارة العامة (الحكومة الإلكترونيةعلى النظام القانوني للمرافق العامة، وأعمال موظفيها، ويتكون من مبحثين. 4- الفصل الثالث: يتحدث عن تجربة مجتمع عمان الرقمي من خلال تطبيق حكومة سلطنة عمان نظام الإدارة العامة (الحكومة الإلكترونية ويتكون من مبحثين هما : - الإستراتيجية الوطنية لمجتمع عمان الرقمي والحكومة الإلكترونية، ومراحل تنفيذها، بالإضافة إلى التعريف بهيئة تقنية المعلومات وواجباتها، وقانون المعاملات الإلكترونية الذي صدر في الآونة الأخيرة مواكبة للتحول المنشود. - مبادرة السلطنة بتطبيق نظام الإدارة العامة (الحكومة الإلكترونية، من خلال تجارب المؤسسات الخدمية للمرافق العامة كبلدية مسقط، وشرطة عمان السلطانية وفي الختام تم وضع أهم النتائج والتوصيات التي شملها البحث بوجه عام؛ للوصول للغاية المنشودة والاستفادة قدر المستطاع من هذه الثورة العلمية..
