The crime of aggressive as international crime isone of the most important topics, that's because of thiscrime causes dangerous damages effect the interests and the core values which the international communityalways ensure the protection and inviolabilty ofthem,it includes severe aggression on the vital intereststhat the international criminal law and the humanitarianinternational law ensure special protection.Then the much-talked-about the crime of aggressiveas the axis of the international criminal law and itpresents one of the main problems the world faces. Alsoit is as present one of the main issues that still preoccupythe international community because of its danger doesnot threaten person himself but threatens entity and thewhole structure of the international community.And the international community witnesses from thebeginning until the establishment of the permanentinternational criminal court grave violation to theinternational charters that roll between nations and thehumanitarian norms, it consisted in commiting crimes ofaggression that shaked the conscience of humanity whicheffected in the same time the entity of nations, which ledthe international community to make great efforts to laycabale grounds to punish who commits this crime.
