كانت الدراسة التي قام بها الباحث، قائمة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لديوان الشاعر المتلمس الضبعي، دراسة في نحو النص، للتغيرات النحوية التي حصلت في شعره؛ ليبين مدى التماسك النصي في شعره، فكانت بعنوان ( التحولات التركيبية في ديوان المتلمس الضبعي في ضوء نحو النص).فقد كان البحث مكوناً من مقدمة وتمهيد و ثلاثة فصول وخاتمة.•تناول الباحث في المقدمة أهمية الدراسة وأسباب الدراسة و منهج الدراسة، وبعض من الدراسات السابقة.•وتناول الباحث في التمهيد معنى التحولات التركيبية والجملة والنص ونحو الجملة ونحو النص لغة واصطلاحا.•تناول الباحث في الفصل الأول ( الحذف التركيبي في ديوان المتلمس الضبعي ) وقد كان مكوناً من مبحثين، المبحث الأول ( الحذف التركيبي جوازاً في ديوان المتلمس الضبعي)، والمبحث الثاني ( الحذف التركيبي وجوباً في ديوان المتلمس الضبعي ) .•تناول الباحث في الفصل الثاني ( التقديم والتأخير في ديوان المتلمس الضبعي ) وقد تكون من مبحثين، المبحث الأول ( التقديم والتأخير جوازاً في ديوان المتلمس الضبعي )، والمبحث الثاني ( التقديم والتأخير وجوباً في ديوان المتلمس الضبعي ).•تناول الباحث في الفصل الثالث ( الإحالة في ديوان المتلمس الضبعي )، وقد تكون هذا الفصل من ثلاثة مباحث، المبحث الأول ( الإحالة بأسماء الإشارة ) والمبحث الثاني ( الإحالة بالأسماء الموصولة )، والمبحث الثالث ( الإحالة بالضمائر).•وقد انتهى هذا البحث بخاتمة وأهم النتائج التي توصل إليها الباحث.AbstractThe study carried out by the researcher is based on the descriptive analytical approach of the poet Al-Motalms Al-Daba’i, a study in the grammar of the text, of the grammatical changes that happened in his poetry. To show the extent of coherence of the text in his poetry, it was entitled (Syntactic Transitions in the divan of Al-Motalms Al-Daba’i in accordance with the grammar of the text).- The research is consisted of: introduction, preface, three chapters, and a conclusion.- The researcher discussed in the introduction the importance of the study, the reasons for the study, the study methodology, and some of the previous studies.- In the preface, the researcher discussed the meaning of syntactic transitions, sentence, text, sentence, and Syntax, and the grammar of text in lexical and contextual meaning.- In the first chapter, the researcher discussed (the syntactic deletion in the Divan of Al-Motalms Al-Daba’i ), and it was composed of two topics, the first topic ( possibility of synthetic deletion in the Al-Motalms Al-Daba’I Divan), and the second topic (oblobligary syntactic deletion in Al-Motalms Al-Daba’I Divan).- The researcher dealt in the second chapter with ( the introducing and delaying in Al-Motalms Al-Daba’I Divan), and it's consisted of two topics, the first topic (the possibility of introducing and delaying in Al-Motalms Al-Daba’I Divan), and the second topic (the obligatory of introducing and delaying in Al-Motalms Al0-Daba’I Divan).- The researcher addressed in the third chapter (referral in Al-Motalms Al-Daba’I Divan), and this chapter is consisted of three topics, the first topic (referral by demonstrative names) and the second topic (referral with the relative nouns), and the third topic (referral with pronouns).- The research has been ended with the conclusion of the research and the most important results that the researcher reached.

Glass is an important material in the fields of optics, lighting, car, buildings and electronics. Inits major applications, its surface is exposed to a variety of external aggressive conditions(corrosion, chemical reactions and mechanical damages), which lead to a reduction of itsmechanical strength and optical transmission.In the present work, we are interested in the effect of a chemical treatment by HF acid attackon the various characteristics of Soda lime, glass eroded by sandblasting.This technique is considered as a glass mechanical strengthening method that improves itsglass lifetime. We studied the evolution of the glass properties (optical transmission,mechanical strength) in function of the attack duration by HF.To explain the mechanisms of the HF chemical attack, we carried out Vickers indentationsunder various loads which are subjected to various attack duration. The observations of theindentation imprints show the surface cracks blunt gradually with the HF attack duration andtend to form a cellular morphology.

يتمتع القانون الدولي الإنساني بمنظومة متكاملة من الآليات القانونية التي تتولى مهمة إنفاذه وتطبيقه، وتنقسم هذه الآليات من حيث مداها إلى آليات دولية وهي عبارة عن الهيئات التي أوجدها العمل الدولي لتطبيق القواعد الإنسانية، وأخرى وطنية تعمل في إطار كل دولة على حدة بهدف تكميل دور الآليات الدولية، من أجل تحقيق الغاية المشتركة وهي السهر على حسن تطبيق القانون الدولي الإنساني.كما تنقسم تلك الآليات من حيث طبيعتها إلى آليات وقائية تعمل قبل اندلاع النزاع المسلح، وتتولى تهيئة أطرافه لاحترام القانون خلال فترة اشتعال القتال، وأخرى رقابية تهدف إلى فرض رقابة فعالة على مدى امتثال الأطراف للقانون أثناء القتال، وأخيراً تبقى الآليات العقابية والتي يأتي دورها بعد أن تضع الحرب أوزارها، وتختص بملاحقة ومعاقبة من قام بانتهاك هذا القانون وخرج على أحكامه.وبالنظر إلى الواقع العملي، فإنه ما من شك في وجود ضعف كبير يعتري تطبيق القانون الدولي الإنساني، حيث يتعرض هذا القانون لانتهاكات جسيمة متكررة لأحكامه خلال معظم النزاعات المسلحة المعاصرة، والتي من أبرزها الانتهاكات الإسرائيلية المستمرة بحق الشعب الفلسطيني، ولا يرجع ذلك إلى عجز الآليات وعدم قدرتها على إنفاذ هذا القانون، وإنما يرجع إلى أسباب أخرى أهمها هيمنة دول كبرى على العالم ليس من مصلحتها تطبيق هذا القانون، وبالتالي فهي تعمل على عرقلة وتعطيل عمل تلك الآليات، بالإضافة إلى عدم وجود إرادة ورغبة لدى معظم الدول لإعمال تلك الآليات واللجوء إليها.ويقتضي التطبيق الفعلي للقانون الدولي الإنساني واحترام أحكامه، العديد من الإجراءات العملية، والتي من أهمها إيجاد إرادة حقيقية وفعالة لدى الدول بهدف تفعيل آليات نفاذ هذا القانون وعدم عرقلتها، بالإضافة إلى ضرورة تقوية هذه الآليات ومنحها إمكانية التحرك والعمل بصورة ذاتية، ودون توقف ذلك على موافقة واختيار أطراف النزاع.

This dissertation investigates one of the most problematic subjects in the domain of English language teaching. It originally aims to investigate the effectiveness of in teaching English at Tiaret University in order to explore their impact learning culture. In an attempt to investigate these facts, a descriptive method has been undertaken and the data were been gathered through two tools; the were administered to (40) first year linguistic students at Tiaret university, that conducts (6) teachers from the current university. The results revealed the students‟ satisfaction about their experience of learning with authentic materials since they showed that authentic materials are the right technique for increasing their learning of culture and offering the real world in classroom. From their part, teachers have consolidated their students and agreed on the advantages of teaching with authentic materials. () Cette étude examine l'une des questions problématiques dans le domaine de l'enseignement de la langue anglaise, car elle vise principalement à clarifier les points positifs des méthodes originales de renforcement de l'enseignement de la culture chez les étudiants de première année de linguistique à l'Université Ibn Khaldun Tiaret, car elle soulève l'hypothèse suivante sur la façon d'utiliser les méthodes originales dans l'enseignement de la langue anglaise pour renforcer la compétence Apprendre parmi leurs élèves et les motiver à créer un environnement d'apprentissage Cette étude actuelle se compose de deux parties principales.Le côté théorique de l'étude, qui comprend deux chapitres, où nous avons présenté un aperçu des méthodes originales dans le premier chapitre, tandis que le deuxième chapitre traitait de la nature de l'apprentissage de la culture et de l'effet des moyens sur elle. La deuxième section est consacrée aux caractéristiques appliquées de l'étude. Dans cette section, nous mettons l'aspect théorique en application sous la forme d'une étude de terrain pour tenter d'y parvenir. Les faits Nous avons suivi l'approche descriptive, car les données ont été collectées à l'aide de deux méthodes de questionnaire Quarante étudiants de première année, un master en linguistique, ont été distribués à six professeurs de la même université, et la réponse des étudiants a été positive, tandis que l'interrogation des professeurs n'a pas été aussi chanceuse en raison de l'épidémie de virus Covid 19.Les résultats de cette étude ont montré l’opinion des étudiants sur leur expérience d’apprentissage avec des méthodes originales, car ils ont montré que c’était le moyen approprié d’élever leur niveau d’apprentissage et de placer le monde réel dans le département.
