ABSTRACT The basic idea of this project is to split the input wind power accordingtofluctuating of aerodynamic by usingmultiple generator wind turbinewhich use gearbox or coupling to control the fluctuating of aerodynamicbecause it is difficulty to accurately predict it by using usual generatorand Increase the wind power capturing ,also SCADA system is used toestablishment of several graphical interfaces for monitoring the windturbines and it has been placed in far area from where people live, asresult to that the maintenance and check periodically will be difficult andvery costly. Last used programmable logic controller (PLC) to controlthe opening and closing the turbine based on readings of the sensors,there also three windows the first one for giving alarm the secondindicate the status of the turbine and last window for reading the power,speed and temperature continuously

The advancement of computer vision, particularly in the domain of object tracking, involves the integration of conventional feature-based approaches with contemporary deep learning methodologies. The initial phase of object detection plays a fundamental role in generating prospective objects for further tracking, and its level of success has a direct influence on the overall effectiveness of the tracking process. Many of the methods used to generate candidate objects start with object detection, and then object tracking algorithms are developed to link the object instances together to create the trajectories. The primary difficulties in object tracking pertain to the establishment of reliable data associations across consecutive frames. These challenges are particularly pronounced in scenarios involving surveillance and autonomous navigation. The challenges include factors like motion blur, variations in lighting, object size, diverse aerial views, and significant obstacles. The integration of multithreading into the YOLOv5s detector, which has been trained on the VisDrone2019 dataset, results in a notable reduction in latency. The integrated methodology demonstrates superior performance compared to prior techniques, particularly on edge platforms like Nvidia Jetson AGX ORIN. It attains an F1 score of 93.31 for Intersection over Union (IOU) values greater than 0.5, while achieving a frame rate of 167.147 frames per second within a mere 0.0024 seconds. The achievements made in this study establish a solid basis for future research, particularly in the areas of adaptive learning, usage of various datasets, and the development of specific tracking evaluation procedures.

يهدف شرط الدولة الأولى بالرعاية إلى تحقيق المساواة في المعاملة بين المستثمرين الأجانب، إلا أنها تبقى مجرد مساواة قانونية شكلية بفعل القيود الواردة عليها.وبعد أن كان مجال تطبيقه محدود، ومع تغير الظروف الاقتصادية أصبح هذا المبدأ يتجاوب ويتماشى مع الاتفاقيات لاسيما الثنائية منها، إلا أنّ اتساع مجال تطبيقه أدّى امتداده إلى الاتفاقيات المتعددة الأطراف، وهذا ما جعله محلا لعدة خلافات بسبب تعدد التفسيرات المقدمة له.لهذا يجب على الدول المضيفة للاستثمارات الأجنبية القيام بتكريسه من أجل توحيد نظامه القانوني مع منح ضمانات للمستثمرين الأجانب بهدف توفير المناخ الملائم للاستثمار

تناولت الدراسة دور سياسات التسعير فى زيادة الحصة السوقية دراسة حالة شركة شيكان للتامين خلال الفترة 2015-2017 . هدفت هذة الدراسة الى بيان اثر سياسية التسعير النفسى فى زيادة الحصة السوقية وبيان اثر سياسة الخصومات التسعيرية على زيادة الحصة السوقية ,وبيان اثر سياسة التسعير بلانترنت على زيادة الحصة السوقية . تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة فى السؤال الرئيسى التالى : مادور سياسات التسعير فى زيادة الحصة السوقية ويتفرع من هذا السؤال عدة اسئلة فرعية هى مامدى تاثير سياسية التسعير النفسى فى زيادة الحصة السوقية ؟ ومامدى تاثير سياسية الخصومات التسعيرية فى زيادة الحصة السوقية ؟ ومامدى تاثير سياسة التسعير بلانترنت على زيادة الحصه السوقية ؟ تكمن اهمية الدراسة فى اهمية السعر والدور الرئيسى الذى يلعبه فى زيادة الحصة السوقية وتوضيح الاسس العلمية والموضوعية الواجب اتباعها في عملية التسعير، تمثلت فروض البحث في ان اتباع سياسة التسعير النفسي تؤدي الى زيادة الحصة السوقية ، اتباع سياسة الخصومات التسعيرية يؤدي الى زيادة الحصة السوقية ، اتباع سياسة التسعير بالانترنت تؤدي الى زيادة الحصة السوقية، اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفى التحليلى لدراسة الحالة . توصلت الدراسة عدة نتائج منها :ان وضع اسعار الخدمات بشكل دقيق فى شركة شيكان للتامين ادى الى زيادة مصداقية العملاء،اهتمت شركة شيكان للتامين بدراسة رغبات واحتياجات العملاء الامر الذى ادى الى الاقبال على خدماتها بشكل كبير ، تقوم شركة شيكان للتامين بتمليك المعلومة للعملاء مما زاد الاقبال على خدماتها ، تقدم شركة شيكان للتامين خصم تجارى ادى الى زيادة الاقبال على خدماتها وزيادة حصتها السوقية ومن اهم توصيات الدراسة يجب الاهتمام باحتساب الحصة السوقية ونسبتها لان ذلك يتيح لها وضع خطط مستقبلية ، يجب ان يكون هناك قسم متخصص بجمع المعلومات ومعالجتها ، يجب ان يكون لدى الشركة ادارة خبيرة تقوم بوضع اسعارالخدمات بشكل دقيق ، يجب اعتماد سياسة الخصومات السعرية لانها اداة فعالة لزيادة الحصة السوقية .
