According to popular understanding, America rose to the forefront of the international system when the fall of the Berlin Wall (1989) marked the end of the Cold War era singling America out as the world's only superpower. However, America's share of the global economy actually reached its peak during the 1950s in the midst of the Cold War and shortly following the end of the Second World War. Ever since then, it is a matter of fact that America's share of the global economy has been gradually declining, as confirmed by a multitude of indicators. In the 1970s, in the wake of the abandonment of the Gold Standard (1971), the oil crisis and ensuing stagflation that followed in the American economy (1973), and America's failure in the Vietnam War (1975), numerous scholars argued that America has entered a phase of hegemonic decline. Throughout the 1980s and thereafter, those views on American decline have been shared by various scholars from different backgrounds, while other scholars refuted this assertion claiming, albeit for different reasons, that American power is actually stable if not increasing.

As a characteristic unique to humans, language serves as a fundamental tool for communication. The language enables thought expression, emotion showing, and engagement with the other. Among the four language skills, writing holds paramount significance and considered as the most challenging to be developed. To deliver effective writing, one must not only be technically efficient but also efficient in terms of reader engagement and message conveyance. Different approaches were adopted to explore the different challenges the efficient writing presents among which is the text linguistic approach. As such, the present study opted for text analysis following a text linguistic approach involving evaluation of the seven textuality standards in the prime aim of identifying the standards that are the most challenging. To reach this aim, the study was conducted with Third-year student at IbnKhaldoun University and analyzed their written productions for the literature course. A qualitative and quantitative textual analysis of the textuality seven standards were performed and results were interpreted and discussed in relation with the advanced research questions. Results highlighted intertextuality as the most problematic immediately followed by cohesion, coherence, intentionality and informativeness. Therefore, in writing instruction, it is highly recommended to place more emphasis on the highlighted areas if more efficient student writing is to be reached.

إن موضوع الفروق الفردية كان ومازال يلقى الاهتمام من طرف رجال التربية و علماء النفس ( علم النفس التربوي )، باعتبار المتعلم محور عملية التدريس إذ تتحقق من خلاله الأهداف عامة و أهداف المعلمين خاصة ، وأن كل تلميذ عبارة عن وحدة متميزة لها قدراتها ، و استعداداتها ، وميولها ،...الخ ، فيجب أن تسير عملية التدريس ككل وفق ما يلاءم ذلك ، بإعطائه السند المادي و المعنوي من طرف الأسرة والمدرسة باعتبارهما المؤسستين المسؤولتين عن التنشئة الاجتماعية و التربوية للطفل. إن ظاهرة الفروق الفردية عامة بين الأفراد في جميع النواحي، ولاسيما عند المتعلمين فهي حقيقة لا جدال فيها ، حيث شغلت حيزا كبيرا من الدراسات و البحوث منذ القدم إلى يومنا هذا . كما تعتبر مراعاتها بين المتعلمين من المرتكزات الرئيسية لنجاح عملية التدريس والتي تقوم على الأخذ بإتقان التعليم ، فهي واحدة من النقاط الحساسة التي يجب الوقوف عندها و نظرا لأهمية الموضوع العلمية، والعالمية يسعى رجال التربية و المختصين في علم النفس التربوي للإحاطة بالظاهرة و مواجهتها ، وذلك بتبني أحدث ما توصلت إليه الدراسات لكي يضمن المتعلم الرعاية التربوية و النفسية. وكان عنوان بحثنا" الفروق الفردية عند المتعلمين "، ولقد اخترت التعليم الابتدائي أنموذجا في مذكرتي ، لأن هذه المرحلة تعتبر القاعدة الأساسية في مسار التعليم وتشكل نقطة الانطلاق التي يجب أن تعنى بالاهتمام من جميع الجوانب و خاصة المحيطة بالمتعلم داخلية كانت أم خارجية، ولقد قسمنا البحث إلى فصلين الأول نظري و الثاني تطبيقي، تسبقهما مقدمة وينتهيان بخاتمة .وأتبعنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لدراسة هذا الموضوع و استعنا بعدد متواضع من المصادر والمراجع للاطلاع على ماهية الفروق الفردية ، وتكوين فكرة عامة حول موضوعها و أهميتها الدراسية.

Cette étude porte sur l'armoises blanches provenant de cinq régions d'Algérie : Batna, M'sila, Bordj Bou Arréridj, Djelfa et Boussaâda. L'extraction par hydrodistillation des huiles essentielles à partir des feuilles et des tiges d'Artemisia herba alba a été suivie par la détermination des indices physico-chimiques et l'étude de la variation du rendement au cours du temps.Une étude analytique des différents échantillons par chromatographie en phase gazeuse seule ou couplée à la spectrométrie de masse a été réalisée. En plus de leurs indices de rétention obtenus sur deux colonnes capillaires de polarités différentes, les constituants ont été confirmés grâce à leurs spectres de masse en impact électronique ; Ainsi, 149 composés en tout ont été identifiés dans ces huiles essentielles et des études comparatives ont été réalisées.La dernière partie de ce travail a été consacrée à l'extraction par solvant qui est un cas particulier de l'extraction solide-liquide. Une fois le type de solvant et d'extracteur définis, une étude paramétrique a permis de mettre en évidence l'effet de plusieurs facteurs sur la cinétique d'extraction.Une étude paramétrique par plans d'expériences a été également menée afin de valider les résultats de l'étude expérimentale grâce au logiciel statigraphique permettant d'apprécier l'effet d'interaction des paramètres étudiés. Un modèle mathématique décrivant les variations des rendements d'extraction en fonction des paramètres a été établie.

برزت ظاهرتا الألم و الاغتراب في الشعر القديم وكان حضوره متباينا حسب العصور ، واشتد بروزه بالعصر الحديث بكثافة حيث أصبحت أغلب إبداعات الشعراء تحمل نبرة الألم و الاغتراب والحزن والأسى، وذلك تأثرا بالنزعة الرومانسية الغربية وبالأوضاع السياسية والاجتماعية المتغيرة وقد بدا ذلك واضحا في ابداعات الشعراء جامعة الديوان و المهجر و أبولو وغيرهم ....كما عبروا عن هاتين الظاهرتين الشعراء المعاصرون، وأبدعوا في التعبير عنها، ومن هؤلاء: محمود درويش، فدوى طوقان، عبد الحميد باشوات و عثمان لوصيف الذي فاضت قصائده ألما و اغترابا
