This research work discusses how an integrated open source intelligence framework can help the law enforcements and government entities who are investigating crimes based on statistical and graph analysis on Twitter data. The solution supports a real-time and off-line analysis of the tweets' collections. The framework employs tools that support big data processing capabilities, to collect, process and analyze a huge amount of data. The outline solution supports content and textual based analysis, helping the investigators to investigate a person and the community linked to that person based on a tweet. Our solution supports an investigative process composed of the following phases: (i) find suspicious tweets and individuals based on hashtags analysis; classify the user profile based on Twitter features; (iii) identify influencers in the FOAF networks of the senders; and (iv) analyze these influencers' background and history to find hints of past or current criminal activity.

Ce projet présent une étude détaillée d’un bâtiment à usage d’habitation et commercial constitué d'un sous-sol et d'un Rez de chaussée plus (07) étages, implanté dans la wilaya de« TISSEMSILT», Cette région est classée en zone sismique «IIa » selon le RPA99 version 2003.En utilisant les nouveaux règlements de calcul et vérifications du béton armé (RPA99V2003 et B.A.E.L91 modifié99), cette étude se compose de quatre parties :La première entame la description générale du projet avec une présentation de caractéristiques des matériaux, ensuite le pré dimensionnement de la structure et enfin la descente des charges.La deuxième partie a pour objectif d'étude des éléments secondaires (poutrelles, escaliers, acrotère, balcon, ascenseur, et dalle pleine).L'étude dynamique de la structure a été entamée dans la troisième partie par logiciel ETABSAfin de déterminer les différentes sollicitations dues aux chargements (charges permanentes, d'exploitation et charge sismique).En fin l’étude des éléments résistants de la structure (poteaux, poutres, voiles, radier général) sera calculé dans la dernière partie.

كشفت هذه الدّراسة عن تأثير استراتيجيّة الصفّ المقلوب في تعليم اللّغة العربيّة في الجامعة، بنفس الوتير تحاول المنظومة التّعليميّة في الجامعة السّعي وراء تطبيق أحدث الاستراتيجيات التّعليميّة،وتكنولوجيا الانترنت للاستفادة من التعلم في الفصول الدّراسية الخاصة .ولأنّ مستوى الطّالب الجامعي يتأثر بشكل كبير بمستواه اللغوي فإن تطبيق هاته الاستراتيجيّ عديدة من أهمّها أنّها غير أنّ لهاته الألير معوّقات تحول بينها وبين تطبيقها واقعا لاصّة منها تفاوت الفرص فياكتساب المهارات والخبر التقنية في استخدام التكنولوجيا مع انعدام الرّغبة والتّمسّك بالطّرادق التّقليدية ،الرّغم أنّ منظومة التّعليم العالي لا تزال تسعى إلى دفع عجلة التّطور للعمليّة التّعليميّة

La caractéristique électrique courant-tension est très importante puis qu’elle décrit le fonctionnement et les performances des dispositifs électroniques,particulièrement aux faibles niveaux d’injection (faibles polarisation). Dans le cadre de ce mémoire de Master, nous nous sommes intéressés à un échantillon à homojonction, réalisé par la croissance de Silicium (Si). Afin de mettre en évidence les processus de transport électronique dans un composant à base de jonctions oud’hétérojonctions p- n, nous avons mis au point une technique expérimentale simple pour quantifier les courants de fuites et corriger les caractéristiques expérimentalescourant-tension. Cette technique a été appliquée avec succès sur un composanti ndustriel au silicium.

تهدف الدراسة إلى قياس دور الإعلام الساخر في تشكيل الرأي العام في الجزائر، وذلك من خلال معرفة إهتمام أفراد العينة بالإعلام الساخر وكذلك قياس مدى قدرته على تغيير توجهاتهم وتشكيل الرأي العام، وإعتمدت الدراسة على منهج المسح الوصفي باختيار عينة قصدية مشكلة من مجموعة من المثقفين ومتابعي الإعلام الساخر بشتى أنواعه.وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج تتلخص في كون الإعلام الساخر يستقطب الشباب الجزائري من خلال تسليطه الضوء على القضايا الاجتماعية والسياسية التي تصب في صلب إهتماته.كما أن هذا النوع من الإعلام يساعدهم في فهم القضايا وتحليلها، وتوصلنا في الأخير إلى أن الإعلام الساخر يساهم بدرجة كبيرة في تشكيل الرأي العام في الجزائر.

Since the January 25, 2011 revolution, the Police reform has been an importantpriority on the political agenda in Egypt. Human rights violations, as well as themediocre police performance presented good argument for the necessity of thereform. However, after the June 30, 2013 political change, the demands of policereform were less vocal, and the argument of the war on terror became a priority. Thiswas the interest of this thesis entitled "Prospects of Police Reform in Egypt'sChanging Political Environment" submitted by Rabha Allam and supervised by Dr.Amr Hamzawy at the School of Global Affairs and Public Policy at the AmericanUniversity in Cairo. The thesis addressed the question of the relation between thepolice reform and the changing political environment in Egypt between 2011 and2015. And to answer this question, it introduced the experiences of four countrieswhich conducted police reform through changing political environments such asBrazil, Turkey, Poland and South Africa. It also relied on 22 in-depth interviews with police officers and human rights advocates to assess the extent of the introduced reform and the prospects of any potential reform. The police reform wasconceptualized and operationalized through four main norms of democratic policingwhich are political neutrality, de-militarization, professionalism and accountability.Although, the Egyptian case failed on the political neutrality and the de-militarization levels, it proved partial success on the professionalism and the accountability levels. The thesis concluded to admit a positive relation between the police reform and the democratic political change, and also the inter-dependency between the four norms of police reform. Egypt might have missed the chance to adopt a radical reform as in Poland or in South Africa but still can be inspired by the Brazilian and the Turkish model
