The current study aimed to find out the extent of the epidemiology of hydatid cysts disease caused by the larval stage of the parasite Echinococcus granulosus that affects humans and different animals and measure the epidemiology among animals slaughtered in the slaughterhouses of the Al-Nasiriyah city, Thi-Qar province, markets butchers and butchers working in markets selling livestock, in addition to human infected cases that taken from civil and government hospitals in Al-Nasiriyah city, Thi-Qar province, and the epidemiology of the parasite in the final host (stray dogs feces) to find the eggs of the parasite, and make a morphological and molecular comparative study to the protoscolices from the hydatid cyst from intermediate hosts. In this study, (910) cases were examined by direct manual examination after the slaughter was completed by the butchers, and found 42 cases infected with hydatid cysts distributed as follows (11 cows, 3 Buffalos, 6 camels, 16 sheep and 6 human cases) and different infection rates of E. granulosus in cow, buffalo, camel, sheep, goats and human were found to be 3.5% (11/312), 4.5% (3/66), 16.7% (6/36), 4.6% (16/346), 0.0% (0/144) and 100% (6/6), respectively. The different infection rates where the highest infection in camels was 16.7% and the lowest infection was in cows 3.5%. There is high significant difference in the infection among different animals at probability level ≤ 0.01. There are 12 samples are proved to contain eggs of the parasite from 89 samples was collected from stray dogs feces that live and roam near the butchers working in the local market for selling sheep and goats in the south of Al-Nasiriyah city, Thi-Qar province. Measurements of the small and large hooks of the protoscolices that isolated from different organs in the various infected intermediate hosts showed significant differences in the length and width of the hooks in addition to the length of the handle. After molecular diagnosis was completed using polymerase chain reaction technology (PCR) with the Cox1gene in the gel electrophoresis technique by using the primers JB3 and JB4.5, the current study found that all infected cases of intermediate hosts belong to strains of the genus Echinococcus spp. The highest purity of the DNA used in the polymerase chain reaction technique was obtained by the using protoscolices as a source of DNA, where the extraction results showed that the use of protoscolices as a source of DNA is better than the use of germinal layer tissues, because of the easy analysis of protoscolices in compared to germinal layer tissues. The analysis of the results of the genetic sequence alignment of the Cox1 gene showed that all of the genotypes G1, G3 and G6 are responsible for the infection of hydatid cyst in humans and livestock such as sheep, buffalo, cow and camel, as it was proved that these types are the most infected cases with cystic echinococcosis. As the current study is a preliminary study to detect the strains of Echinococcus spp. that infect intermediate hosts in Al-Nasiriyah city, the camel strain G6 was recorded for the first time in Al-Nasiriyah city in human liver by based on the analysis of the Cox1 gene sequence. The results of the phylogenetic tree analysis showed that there is a genetic affinity of 86-100% between the local isolates that were isolated from different hosts and from different organs of the same animal.

لقد لعب كل من فرق الصبايحية والزواف دورا كبيرا في دعم الجيش الفرنسي من خلال تجنيده وتميزهم بالخبرة العسكرية ولكن رغم التحولات التي طرأت على فرقة الزواف إلا أنها بقيت محافظة على سمعتها في المعارك وبعد تمرد فرقة الصبايحية على الجيش الفرنسي ورفضهم القاطع لموضوع تسفيرهم إلى الخارج ومن بين الأساليب المعتمدة في تجنيد العناصر المحلية وعلى رأسهم الزواويين القاطنين في الجزائر من خلال اغوائهم في ضمن العيش لعائلاتهم مقابل انخراطهم في الجيش الفرنسي.

تناولت الدراسة دور أسلوب سلاسل القيمة في ادارة التكلفة. وتمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في ضعف استخدام الشركات الصناعية السودانية اسلوب تحليل سلاسل القيمة في تحليل تكاليف الانتاج لتخفيض التكلفة. وكان هدف الدراسة هو توضيح اهمية تحليل سلاسل القيمة في تخفيض التكلفة مع الحفاظ على الجودة والمساعدة على التطوير المستمر لأرضاء العملاء والبقاء داخل دائرة المنافسة بشكل قوي. قدم الباحث فرضيتين، الفرضية الأولى: هنالك علاقة طردية بين استخدام اسلوب سلاسل القيمة واستبعاد الانشطة التي لا تضيف قيمة للمنتجات في الشركات الصناعية السودانية، الفرضية الثانية: هنالك علاقة طردية بين استخدام اسلوب سلاسل القيمة وتكاليف الإنتاج في الشركات الصناعية السودانية. واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وأظهرت النتائج أن هنالك علاقة طردية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استخدام سلاسل القيمة وتكاليف الإنتاج في الشركات الصناعية السودانية، حيث أن استخدام أسلوب سلاسل القيمة في مدينة جياد الصناعية يساعد على قياس تكاليف كل مرحلة على حدة وينعكس إيجاباً على السعر، واستخدام أسلوب سلاسل القيمة يساعد على تحديد تكاليف الجودة التي أصبحت تشكل حصة كبيراً نسبياً من تكاليف الإنتاج، وأن هناك علاقة طردية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استخدام أسلوب سلاسل القيمة واستبعاد الأنشطة التي لا تضيف قيمة للمنتجات في الشركات الصناعية السودانية، وأن قيمة المنتجات في مدينة جياد الصناعية تحدد بالقدر الذي يرضي إشباع حاجة العملاء. وهنالك توصيات منها: أن على المنشآت الصناعية الاستفادة من تطبيق سلاسل القيمة في تحديد نوعية تكاليف المنتج، وعلى الشركات الصناعية تخفيض التكاليف من خلال استخدم أسلوب سلاسل القيمة بالاعتماد في الأساس على استبعاد الأنشطة التي لا تضيف أي قيمة أو تخفيضها إلى أدنى مستوى ممكن، وعلى الشركات الصناعية التزام بتحقيق الخفض المستمر في التكلفة باستبعاد الأنشطة غير المضيفة للقيمة وإسنادها لطرف ثالث.

The diversity, abundance, and distribution of elasmobranchs is poorly documented along the Arabian Gulf coast of the United Arab Emirates, with only a handful of publications focusing on elasmobranchs with the majority of data are collected through landing site and market surveys lacking site and species-specific data that are crucial for conservation management plans. The main objectives of this research were to determine the occurrence and utilization; quantify the relative abundance across different seasons; and describe the demographic structure of elasmobranch species that occurs in shallow waters around mangroves in Khor Al Saadiyat and adjacent islands, northeast of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. To collect the data on species that occurs in the area, a dedicated longline and drumline surveys was conducted haphazardly on a weekly basis from September 2019 to March 2021. The study was divided into two phases, an exploratory phase that encompassed a larger study area, and a focal phase that focused on a smaller area within the exploratory phase. A total of 71 batoids, representing five species belonging to two families from four genera were caught during the sampling period with the majority of the catch was around the focal study area. Two of the most common species found were the halavi guitarfish ( Glaucostegus halavi ) and Pakistan whipray ( Maculabatis arabica ), accounting for 46% and 39% of the total catch respectively. Based on the latest IUCN assessment, both of these species have been classified as critically endangered due to their inshore habitat preference threatened by habitat loss, intense fishing pressure, or as incidental catch. Additional measures should be put in place including species protection, spatial management and effective enforcement, in order to conserve the population and permit recovery.

L’objectif de cette étude est la valorisation des extraits du fruit du Sapindus Mukorossidans la formulation d’un gel antiseptique. L’extraction par macération des extraits de la matière végétale a révélé la présence d’une quantité importante de saponines dont la structure confirmée par des méthodes spectroscopiques telles que l’UV avec un maximum d’absorption à 203.5 nm et l’IR qui a prouvé l’existence des groupements caractéristiques. Les propriétés détergentes ont été déterminées par le test de mousse et les concentrations micellaires critiques. Les tests microbiologiques ont mis en évidence une forte activité antifongique contre candida albicans La composition du gel choisie a présenté une texture similaire aux gels commerciaux avec une stabilité satisfaisante pour la durée de 1 mois, ce qui a été confirmé par des analyses rhéologiques

The project discusses the effects of Haiti’s colonization as the space transitions from Hispaniola to Saint-Domingue and later to the free state of Haiti. This is done by studying the concept of the right to conquest and the absurdities that exist around the first appearances of international law. The project focuses on the pre-revolutionary period starting around the 1750s, the revolutionary period that began in the 1790s, the French oligarchical class’s attempt for social equality, and the war for ultimate colonial conquest between the French, Spanish, and British. The project will display how legally objectifying a human being manifests subjects of the law. This manifestation is challenged by the emergence of the Haitian subject withdrawn from the law or the view of this subject through the medium of warranted violence. As the project begins to discuss the development of the Haitian state and its administration as it maneuvers through notions of legal identity within colonial landscape, it continues to focus on defining subjects of the law. This focus is necessary to formulate a deeper understanding of subjectivity and its effect on the Haitian state. The project will conclude by identifying and defining the Haitian subject and the legal and social infrastructure success of the new Haitian state.

لقد تناولنا في موضوعنا دور التربية البدنية والرياضية في تحقيق التفاعل الاجتماعي لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الثانوية 16-18سنة" وذلك لإبراز أهمية التربية البدنية والرياضية كمادة تربوية مساعدة في تنشئة جيل جديد يكون سوي من الناحية الاجتماعية.ومحاولة الكشف عن تأثير النشاط البدني الرياضي في بناء تفاعل اجتماعي ايجابي لتلاميذ الطور الثانوي.حيث كانت اشكاليتناهل للتربية البدنية والرياضية دور ايجابي لتحقيق التفاعل الاجتماعي لدى تلاميذ الطور الثانوي؟ولقد استخدمنا المنهج الوصفيوتتكون العينة في بحثنا من أربعة أقسام لمختلف سنوات الطور الثانوي وقد تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية لأنها تحقق لكل فرد من أفراد المجتمع نفس الفرصة للظهور في مجال بحثنا وتوصلنا في الاخير ان التربية البدنية لها دور في تحقيق التفاعل الاجتماعي لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الثانوية.

Cette étude porte sur l’impact du forçage vocal sur la fonction vocale des patients atteints du nodule. leur population d’étude est constituée de (04) cas, réalisé au niveau de l’hôpital Frantz Fanon dans le service de l’ORL. ils ont pour cela élaboré un recueil des données au moyen de deux outils méthodologiques : l’échelle GRBASI et l’entretien clinique. ils ont adopté la méthode descriptive. L’exploration de nos résultats a permis de mettre en évidence que le forçage vocal augmente la taille du nodule et les paramètres acoustiques de la voix (la hauteur, l’intensité, et le timbre) peuvent être altérés indépendamment ou simultanément. Ils ont constaté que le forçage vocal à un impact négatif sur la fonction vocale chez les patients atteints de nodule
