إن عمل البنوك الإسلامية ونشاطها يجعلها عرضة لعدة مخاطر من بينها المخاطر الإئتمانية التي تتمثل في عدم قدرة العميل على السداد أو مماطلته عن دفع إلتزاماته عند حلول تاريخ الإستحقاق، ولتعويض البنك عن الخسائر التي قد تنجر عن ذلك قد يلجأ للتأمين لتقليل المخاطر والتعويض عند حدوث ضرر.

Nuclear medicine imaging is an incontestable vital tool for diagnosis, it provides in non-invasive manner the internal structure of the body to detect eventually diseases or abnormalities tissues. Unfortunately, the presence of speckle noise in these images affects edges and fine details which limit the contrast resolution and make diagnostic more difficult. This study conducted in College of Medical Radiological Science, Sudan University of Science and Technology and Elnileen Medical Center. The main objective of this study was to enhance nuclear medicine images using Filtering Technique in order to evaluate contrast enhancement pattern in different nuclear medicine images such as grey color and to evaluate the usage of new nonlinear approach for contrast enhancement of soft tissues in Nuclear Medicine images. The data analyzed by using MatLab program to enhance the contrast within the soft tissues, the gray levels in both enhanced and unenhanced images and noise variance. The main techniques of enhancement used in this study were Top-hat filtering and Deblurring Images Using the Blind Deconvolution Algorithm. In this thesis, prominent constraints are firstly preservation of image's overall look; secondly preservation of the diagnostic content in the image and thirdly detection of small low contrast details in diagnostic content of the image. As shown previously, state of the art methods provide non-convincing results. The new approach is founded on an attempt to interpret the problem from the view of blind source separation (BSS), thus to see the panoramic image as a simple mixture of (unwanted) background information, diagnostic information and noise.

Trying to better understand relationships between various factors that affect employee performance and outcomes, researchers throughout the years try to observe behaviors and study attitudes, considering different aspects of each. Most notable among these variables is psychological contract; a theory that is described as a set of mutual expectations between employer and employee. Given the impact of such complex relationships on important factors at the workplace, recent studies have tried to build a link between these subjective implicit contracts and employee engagement. As this concept of engagement captures the attention of local and regional organizations in the Middle East, this study analyses the correlation between the two variables along with the effect of generational differences on these results within Bank Audi employees. Results revealed that a strong correlation exists between psychological contracts and employee engagement, specifically within Generation Y – Millennials. Based on these results, it is crucial for organizations to set action plans required to change mindsets and culture in the way expectations are shaped and perceived.

L’Algérie, fait face ces dernières années à une dégradation de ses écosystèmes en raison du phénomène de désertification accentué par l’action anthropozoïque. Conscientes de cette situation alarmante, les autorités algériennes ont entamé un programme de reboisement d’envergure nationale dès 1972. L’un des premiers reboisements, fut celui de la station pilote de Moudjebara (Djelfa) ; le concept a été étendu à toute la steppe et nommé « Barrage vert ». C’est dans ce contexte que s’inscrit la présente étude de la biodiversité de différentes stations du Barrage vert de la région de Djelfa ainsi qu’un diagnostic phytoécologique et dendrométrique, dans le but de dresser un état des lieux de ces écosystèmes préforestiers et d’en déduire l’incidence sur la biodiversité floristique originelle. Cette étude a permis de recenser 22 familles et plus de 106 espèces botaniques. Les familles les plus représentées sont les Asteraceae, les Poaceae et les Fabaceae. L’Analyse Factorielle des Correspondances (AFC) et la classification ascendante hiérarchique (CAH) ont permis d’identifier quatre groupements de végétaux. La physionomie de la végétation ainsi que la densité des plantations nous ont permis d'interpréter les axes de l'AFC. L'étude des caractéristiques dendrométriques et l’appréciation de l’état phytosanitaire des plantations indiquent que nous sommes devant des peuplements monos pécifiques dégradés à pin d’Alep, avec une densité de plantation particulièrement élevée. L’analyse des caractéristiques édaphiques a mis en évidence des sols peu profonds squelettiques, avec un pH neutre à basique, à texture limoneuse, limono-argileuse. Malgré des résultats dendrométriques peu satisfaisants, on constate le retour d'espèces steppiques propres à la région. A l’issue de ce travail nous recommandons aux gestionnaires d’opter pour la diversification des essences et l'introduction d'espèces steppiques utiles, fourragères ou à intérêt médicinal

En ce parcours de (Master II) option conduite opérationnelle du projet architectural, notre intention de recherche porte sur quelques mesures à tenir compte pour d’amélioration de la qualité d’un projet architectural, traités dans une vision environnementale, essentiellement opérationnelle. Celle-ci concerne en priorité (le choix des matériaux et systèmes constructifs, analyse du cycle de vie (ACV),…etc.Dans cette optique, notre partie empirique sera basée principalement sur l’adaptation de l’outil HQE et ses principes appliqués à la conception de notre projet (cas d’étude) économe en énergie "écoles d’architecture pluridisciplinaire à Oum el Bouaghi". Pareillement, son environnement sonore et les données climatologiques locales constituent des éléments clés dans cette conception.

المستخلص هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى أهمية الإدارة الاستراتيجية في منظمات الأعمال والتعرف على مدى تطبيق وممارسة الإدارة الاستراتيجية في قطاع صناعة الأسمنت، وكذلك التعرف على أداء شركات الأسمنت العاملة في ولاية نهر النيل والمساهمة في تطوير قطاع صناعة الأسمنت من خلال نتائج هذا البحث .وقد وضعت الدراسة عدة فروض أهمها :- تؤثر صياغة الاستراتيجية على الأداء المؤسسي في شركات الأسمنت.- يؤثر وضع الاستراتيجية على الأداء المؤسسي.- هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تنفيذ الاستراتيجية وأداء شركات الأسمنت.وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها:- تبين من خلال الدراسة أن شركات صناعة الأسمنت تقوم بتحليل البيئة الداخلية بصورة علمية.- أظهرت الدراسة أن هذه الشركات تقوم بمعالجة نقاط القوة والضعف التي تظهر من خلال التحليل البيئي.- اتضح من الدراسة أن الاستراتيجية تكون حسب طبيعة بيئة المؤسسة.- تبين من الدراسة أن تطبيق الاستراتيجية يتطلب هيكل تنظيمي واضح.- اتضح من خلال الدراسة الميدانية أن عملية تنفيذ الاستراتيجية تحتاج إلى إمكانات ومهارات متنوعة.- تبين من خلال الدراسة أن شركات الأسمنت تقوم بعملية تقييم الاستراتيجية بصورة دورية.- تبين من الدراسة أن لدى شركات الأسمنتخطط تسويقية واضحة.- اتضح من خلال الدراسة أن التقيد بالخطة الاستراتيجية الموضوعة ساهم في رفع مستوى الأداء العام لدى شركات الأسمنت.كما أوصت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات أهمها:- يجب على شركات الأسمنت زيادة الاهتمام بالتحليل البيئي بصورة علمية في كل الحالات.- لابد من تجميع اكبر قدر من المعلومات عن بيئة المنظمة.- يجب إشراك العاملين في عملية التخطيط الاستراتيجي.- على الشركة الاهتمام بدراسة المخاطر التي تظهر عند التنفيذ.- التقيد بتنفيذ الخطة الاستراتيجية لرفع مستوى الأداء العام.
