Ce présent mémoire de master a été élaboré dans le cadre d’un projet, au sein de la Société des ciments de la Mitidja de Meftah (SCMI).Le projet vise à remplacer une automatique spéciale SCHENCk qui est responsable de la gestion de doseur de la zone cru par un ET-200M. La périphérie décentralisée de l’APIS7_400, avec un programme sous le logiciel PCS7, est utilisée afin de pouvoir gérer le dosage des quatre matières utilisées pour la production du ciment dans cette zone. This master's thesis was developed as part of a project within the Mitidja Cement Society (SCMI).The project aims to replace a special automatic SCHENCk which is responsible for the dosing management of the Cru area by an ET-200M the decentralized periphery of the S7-400 PLC with a program under the PCS7 software in order to be able to manage the dosing of four materials used for the production of cement in this area.

يهدف هذا الموضوع إلى دراسة مساهمة التعليم المقاولاتي لدى الطلبة الجامعيين في تعزيز التوجهات نحو العمل المقاولاتي حيث تبين دراسة الفرضيات التالية : توجد علاقة بين البرامج التعليمية والعمل المقاولاتي أما فرضية الثانية فقد نصت على أن هناك علاقة بين المهارات التقنية والعمل المقاولاتي، أما الفرضية الثالثة فكانت المهارات الإدارية والعمل المقاولاتي، أما الفرضية الرابعة توجد علاقة بين المهارات الشخصية والعمل المقاولاتي، أما الإشكالية الرئيسية فتندرج تحت السؤال الرئيسي: هل توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين التعليم المقاولاتي والعمل المقاولاتي.اعتمدنا على منهج الوصفي وتم جمع البيانات من خلال أداتي الاستمارة والمقابلة على عينة عشوائية بسيطة تتكون 32 طالب بكلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة المسيلة .توصلنا إلى جملة من النتائج التي تؤكد هذه العلاقة والتي أهمها كون التعليم المقاولاتي يعزز اتجاهات الطلبة نحو العمل المقاولاتي والروح الريادية والابتكارية والتحدي، ويؤهلهم لإدارة المشاريع والأعمال الناشئة مستقبلا، كما يلعب دوار كبيرا في تطوير مجموعة الكفاءات الأساسية التي تعزز العمل المقاولاتي للطلاب، خاصة المتعلقة بتطوير البرامج التعليمية وتنمية المهارات التقنية والشخصية، والإدارية من خلال الدورات التدريبية والتكوينية لأصحاب المشاريع المستقبلية المبتكرة.

This study aimed at Paragraph writing difficulties encountered by EFL University Students. The researcher adopted a descriptive analytical method, which followed quantitative analysis. A test was used as a tool for data collection. The sample of the study consisted of (50) students drawn from Comboni College of Science and Technology, Department of languages. The data were analyzed using the statistical package of social studies program (SPSS) which provided percentage results for the test. The study came up with the following important results: second year students encountered difficulties in writing English paragraph. Second year students are not aware to identify parts of a paragraph, second year students are not able to identify different types of a paragraph, and are not able to use cohesive devices correctly. Based on the main findings, the researcher recommends that more attention should be paid to give students more intensive exercises to identify Parts of a paragraph. In addition, attention should be paid to the use of cohesive devices, identifying parts of a paragraph, types of a paragraph and punctuation marks

La ville d’Alger résulte de l’association de plusieurs tissus urbains autonomes structurés physiquement par des tracés sur des sites particuliers, ayant chacun sa logique de formation. Les ensembles urbains possédant une valeur culturelle ou naturelle d’intérêt local, national ou historique et qui témoignent d’une réalité du passé nécessitent une reconnaissance et demande une protection à laquelle doivent participer tous les acteurs. Au cours de l’histoire, l’Algérie a été à la fois l’horizon commun d’innombrables cultures, le lien de rencontre entre les civilisations. Celle-ci en effet recèle un patrimoine colonial très important qui témoigne d’un échange d’influence pendant une période donnée et qui représente un type de construction illustrant une période significative de l’histoire. Depuis le début du 21e siècle, la ville d’Alger connait une mutation significative de son paysage urbain, conséquence de grands travaux. Ces mutations sont visibles et spectaculaires dans les quartiers péricentraux Est (Belcour, El Hamma, Ruisseau, Les Abattoirs, Hussein Dey, El Harrache). Des quartiers mixtes de tradition industrielle, qui contiennent de nombreuses friches urbaines et connaissent beaucoup de problèmes de fonctionnement ayant des conséquences sociales et économiques. Les mutations que subissent ces quartiers sont caractérisées principalement à ce jour, par la démolition intégrale d’îlots entiers et la reconstruction partielle d’équipements publics ou de bâtiments tertiaires. En réalité, compte tenu de la situation péricentrale de ces quartiers, leur accessibilité et leurs autres atouts paysagers, ils sont à enjeux forts, dépassant leurs caractéristiques locales. Ils incarnent les lieux stratégiques où se joue l’avenir de la capitale algérienne. C’est dans le cadre de cette prise de conscience, que le sujet de ce mémoire en cours se préoccupe de la cohérence que peuvent retrouver les périphéries de villes avec les centres et former une entité qui permet de redonner à la ville une image saine et digne de son statut.

Photoplethysmography is a simple, widely used, low-cost technique to acquire important diagnostic information for assessing significant physiological parameters of the human body based on the amount of light reflected from or absorbed by the body. Photoplethysmogram (PPG) signal is recognized as one of the most powerful signals in the diagnosis of variations in heart rate, blood pressure, oxygenation saturation levels etc. With the great advancements in communication, information technology and Internet of Things (IoT), wearable health devices have been extensively used to measure PPG signals in telemedicine, remote health monitoring, ambulatory systems and in several mobile health systems. As these small wearable medical devices are battery operated and resource constrained, dedicated and efficient compression techniques are required to optimally manage energy and memory requirements, without jeopardizing the relevant clinical morphologies. The thesis deals with the study of the existing PPG compression techniques, type of the compression used, the basic implementation and a comparative analysis of these techniques, which could be helpful for choosing a suitable technique for specific applications. The thesis aims to design efficient compression techniques for the compression of PPG Signals. The proposed techniques exhibit superior performances compared to the state-of-the-art methods.

تعتبر النفقة من المواضيع التي أعطاها المشرع الجزائري أهمية كبرى من حيث أنها أثر من أثار الزواج و كونها من القضايا التي هي موضوع نزاع في المحاكم و المجالس و كون أن النفقة تشتمل على الغذاء و العلاج و السكن و الكسوة فإن التطرق إلى هذه المشتملات كان بدراسة موقف المشرع الجزائري من جهة و موقف الفقه من جهة أخرى.و بإعتبار أن المادة 222 من قانون الأسرة الجزائري و بنصها"كل مالم يرد النص عليه في هذا القانون يرجع فيه إلى أحكام قانون الشريعة الإسلامية" فإن المشرع الجزائري و في موضوع مشتملات النفقة قد إعتمد على أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية دون التقيد بمذهب معين
