Military Hospital and Gezira Hospital for Renal Diseases and Surgery – Wad Medani). The parameters are: biological parameters, included complete blood count. The chemical parameters included; blood glucose and some lipids, some liver function parameters in addition to lactate dehydrogenase, and some renal functions parameters. The results were analyzed statistically by the correlation test in statistical package for social sciences program. The study found that, most cases of acute infection were from neighboring villages although that the majority of the infection within the Wad Medani, and that the most important symptoms; headache, fever, vomiting, chills. And the blood parameters were decreased significantly when Malaria disease is an infectious disease of the blood caused by parasites called Plasmodium which infect red blood cells and are spread by mosquitoes; the female Anopheles, and it's the leading causes of changes in some blood parameters in adult males; and this leads to the causes of morbidity and mortality. The objective of this study was to investigate the correlation of the malaria disease with some blood parameters, (biological and chemical blood parameters) in the adult males in Wad Medani City. This study examined 117 samples from a blood of patients who were attended on Wad Medani Emergency Hospital and Wad Medani Military Hospital, and complain of symptoms of the infection of the malaria disease, and they have no any other diseases previously. The presence of malaria parasites were tested by thick blood smear and it was also identified the parasite density. The blood of 10 malaria patients was analyzed automatically (8 ml) for each in both hospitals (Wad Madani compared with the control, namely: lymphocytes, red blood cells, platelets, cholesterol, triglycerides, albumin and sodium. And others were correlated significantly as the neutrophils, glucose, bilirubin, and aspartate aminotransferase. Also, there were insignificant correlations (increase and decrease). The study was also noticed that, the damages caused by malaria disease, were severe anemia and jaundice and others. The study was recommended to consider a decrease of red blood cells, platelets and lymphocytes with an increase in neutrophils and bilirubin as good indicator of malaria disease. Also the microscopic examinations must be adopted to detect parasites; because the symptoms of fever, vomiting and others as symptoms of malaria disease is not a private malaria disease alone. And also recommends running further studies in this area.
