le présent mémoire s’inscrit dans la thématique générale de l’architecture et l’urbanisme de la ville littorale, cette dernière, évolue, change de forme, de fonction dans le temps. Elle se caractérise par un agencement particulier par son orientation, son emplacement, et sa fonction toujours en rapport avec la mer.Le littorale est un espace séduisant, désiré voir convoité, soumis à divers conflits d’usage, entrainants une pression. C’est pourquoi le littoral figure aux premiers rangs des espaces délicats et complexes surtout quand il s’agit d’intervenir sur le plan urbanistique et architectural.Le mémoire met l’accent particulièrement sur l’aspect architectural et urbain des fronts de mer,cette interface ville/mer qui a connu un mouvement de réaménagement depuis les années 50dans le but de redonner à la ville littorale, après une période de distanciation entre la ville et lamer, une nouvelle image renforçant son paysage et son identité.Une interface qui nécessite une intervention sur le plan architectural et urbanistique pour retrouver les éléments de valorisation économique, une attractivité et une mixité sociale et fonctionnelle, tout en prenant compte des aspects environnementaux.

أكدّ المشرّع الجزائري على ضرورة توفير أقصى درجات الحماية لكل من العون الاقتصادي و المستهلك ، و ذلك من خلال مجموعة من النصوص القانونية ، من أبرزها القانون رقم 04-02 الذي يحدّد القواعد المطبقة على الممارسات التجارية. و قد شدّد هذا النص القانوني على إلزام العون الاقتصادي بإعلام المستهلك بكافة المعلومات الجوهرية المتعلقة بالسلع و الخدمات، لما لهذه المعلومات من أثر مباشر على إرادة المستهلك و رضاه في إبرام العقد. و من بين الالتزامات الأساسية التي فرضها القانون على العون الاقتصادي، نذكر إعلام المستهلك بالأسعار و التعريفات الخاصة بالسلع و الخدمات ، و تزويده بشروط التعاقد و مكان تنفيذ العقد ، بالإضافة إلى إصدار فاتورة أو وثيقة تقوم مقامها إذا طلبها المستهلك. و بموجب أحكام هذا القانون ، أقرّ المشرّع سلسلة من الجزاءات المترتبة على مخالفة مبدأ الشفافية في الممارسات التجارية ، كما حدّد الوسائل القانونية الكفيلة بحماية كل من الأعوان الاقتصاديين و المستهلكين من المتابعات القضائية و الإدارية غير المبرّرة، و ذلك في إطار ضمان التوازن و الشفافية في العلاقات التجارية.

This study was designed to determine a molecular status of Toll like Receptor 2 in repeated miscarriage women with cytomegalovirus. One hundred blood samples were collected from repeated miscarriage women with cytomegalovirus from infertility clinic of Kamal Al –Sammaraee hospital and (50) samples from normal subjects served as control for comparison and divided into two age groups:( 20-30) and (31-40) years old. Women distributed as (60) samples of infertile and (40) samples as miscarriage women.The first part of this study: anti- HCMV antibodies IgG and IgM was estimated by Enzyme Linked Immune Sorbent Assay (ELISA). Results showed that the miscarriage women showed the highest percentage of seropositive to CMV which were 40%of IgG and 25% of IgM compared with infertile women that showed 20% of IgG and 15% of IgM with a significant difference P ≤ 0.05. The Seropositive of anti- HCMV IgG was higher in younger women (20-30) years old, while the age group (31-40) years showed higher level of IgM. The second part of this study included molecular analysis using polymerase chain reaction technique (PCR) for amplification two viral genes which are glycoprotein gB gene, that showed molecular size 72bp and immediate early IE2 gene that showed band with molecular size 92bp. Real time PCR used for diagnosing CMV infection by gB-primer with probe FAM and TAMRA, the result showed amplification from cycle six. The amplification for TLR2 primer region showed band with molecular size 285bp. After successful amplification of TLR2 gene, good quality products were selected to be sequenced. The result of TLR2 sequencing showed only replacement of C instead of G in wild type at position (242).PCR amplified for ILT2 primer region showed band with molecular size of419bp. Among ten Iraqi patients, six only give positive result whencompared with healthy control; the type of mutation is deletion andsubstitution. The percentage of mutation types were deletion mutation13.3% and 86.7% for substitution mutation. The effect of mutation wasmissense mutation 72.7%, Silent mutations 15.1%, and deletion mutations12.2%.

The Mechanistic-Empirical Pavement Design Method through AASHTOWare Pavement-ME software is a tool that helps make pavement design tailored to the specific material, climatic and loading conditions of the road, giving it a great advantage over its predecessor, AASHTO 1993 method. Despite the great implications of utilizing Pavement-ME on the performance and lifetime of the pavement, highway agencies around the world are shying away from implementing it due to the lack of expertise, technologies and data needed. In order for Pavement-ME to predict the performance of the pavement in real time conditions, it employs detailed input parameters on truck traffic and climate, and the proper experimental characterization of materials. In addition, it requires empirical distress prediction functions that are able to translate strains and deformations into quantified distresses. Considering the countries of the Middle East, namely Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and Qatar, their economies are witnessing fast growth accompanied by an expansion of their road infrastructure. The desert nature of this region alongside the very hot temperatures and the expected high truck volumes, are supporting reasons for a transfer towards Pavement-ME in pavement design. Very few attempts to implement Pavement-ME were taken outside the United States of America and none of those attempts resulted in a full implementation of the software. Since limited data is available for local highway agencies, there is great need to present a specific implementation roadmap that utilizes available easily collected data. This research addresses the above need by utilizing Pavement-ME runs to perform sensitivity analysis on important software input parameters. This analysis will result in recommending the level of accuracy needed for certain input parameters, and catalogue values, specific for the region, for other input parameters. La pré-éclampsie sévère représente la deuxième cause de décès maternels dans le monde et en Algérie et une des premières causes de morbi-mortalité périnatale.Le seul traitement curatif reste l’arrêt de la grossesse et l’extraction du fœtus et du placenta. Sa prise en charge est multidisciplinaire.pour évaluer principalement le rôle du médecin anesthésiste-réanimateur dans cette prise en charge,nous avons mené une étude prospective observationnelle monocentrique au CHU de Béjaïa sur une période de 18 mois (du 1 er décembre 2017 au 31 mai 2019) incluant 381 patienteshospitalisées pour pré-éclampsie sévère.L’incidence de celle-ci était de 2,54 % de toutes les grossesses hospitalisées durant la période d’étude. Les complications maternelles les plus fréquemment observées étaient: l’HTA sévère (86 %), l’atteinte rénale (40 %), la thrombopénie <100 G/l (23%), la cytolyse hépatique (14 %), le HELLP syndrome (8,7 %), l’HRP (6,8 %) et l’éclampsie (4,2%). Nous avons observé un seul décès maternel (0,26 %). Les complications fœtales et périnatales ont été le RCIU (17,41%),l’oligoamnios (12 %), les anomalies du doppler (12 %) et du RCF (4 %), la MFIU (11 %), la prématurité (66 %), le petit poids de naissance (46,27 %) et le décès néonatal (6,42 %).L’accouchement a eu lieu par voie haute (césarienne) dans 70 % des cas et le choix de la technique anesthésique dépendait de l’urgence de l’extraction et de la qualité de l’hémostase. L’ALR est la technique de choix (la rachianesthésie étant une excellente alternative à l’anesthésie épidurale). L’AG s’impose toutefois dans les situations d’urgence maternelle ou fœtale extrême et de troubles de l’hémostase. L’analgésie péridurale pour le travail offre un excellent confort de la patiente et un meilleur contrôle d’une HTA sévère. La rachianalgésie est une bonne alternative en cas de travail avancé et surtout en cas de MFIU.Le médecin anesthésiste-réanimateur avait intervenu dans la mise en route du traitement anti-hyper tenseur et de lasurveillance maternelle, le diagnostic et traitement des complications, l’organisation de transferts, la prise en charge anesthésique, la gestion des pathologies intercurrentes et des transfusions et la réanimation du nouveau-né.L’apport du médecin anesthésiste-réanimateur a été primordial à toutes les étapes de la prise en charge des formes sévères de PE en concertation avec une équipe multidisciplinaire. La PE sévère reste un problème de santé publique dans notre pays et des efforts restent à réaliser afin d’améliorer le pronostic maternel et périnatal et doivent cibler l’amélioration des compétences du personnel soignant et du plateau technique.

The last few years have seen the development of fertilizers and agricultural fertilizers, which aim to improve crop productivity, soil and plant functioning, or interactions between soil and plant in the face of the problem of declining fertility. soil and crop yields.Our study aims on the one hand to improve the production of market garden plants in the tomato nursery, from two doses of 5g and 10g of STARTSOL NPK 10-42-12 fertilizer as well as one dose of CLINOFINE fertilizer.The results of this study showed that the dose of CLINIFINE fertilizer has a remarkable stimulating effect on tomato cultivation than the other doses of STARTSOL NPK 10-42-12 fertilizer, the aim of which is to improve their production, this which was confirmed in relation to the witness on T0.
