الملخص

le présent mémoire s’inscrit dans la thématique générale de l’architecture et l’urbanisme de la ville littorale, cette dernière, évolue, change de forme, de fonction dans le temps. Elle se caractérise par un agencement particulier par son orientation, son emplacement, et sa fonction toujours en rapport avec la mer.Le littorale est un espace séduisant, désiré voir convoité, soumis à divers conflits d’usage, entrainants une pression. C’est pourquoi le littoral figure aux premiers rangs des espaces délicats et complexes surtout quand il s’agit d’intervenir sur le plan urbanistique et architectural.Le mémoire met l’accent particulièrement sur l’aspect architectural et urbain des fronts de mer,cette interface ville/mer qui a connu un mouvement de réaménagement depuis les années 50dans le but de redonner à la ville littorale, après une période de distanciation entre la ville et lamer, une nouvelle image renforçant son paysage et son identité.Une interface qui nécessite une intervention sur le plan architectural et urbanistique pour retrouver les éléments de valorisation économique, une attractivité et une mixité sociale et fonctionnelle, tout en prenant compte des aspects environnementaux.

This thesis is part of the general theme of the architecture and town planning of the coastal city,the latter evolves, changes form and function over time. It is considered by a particular arrangement by its orientation, its location, and its function always in relation to the sea.The seaboard is an attractive space, desired to see coveted, subject to various conflicts of use, leading to pressure. This is why the coastline is at the forefront of delicate and complex spaces, especially when it comes to urban planning and architectural interventions. The thesis places particular emphasis on the architectural and urban aspect of the seafronts, this city / sea interface which has undergone a redevelopment movement since the 1950s with the aim of giving back to the coastal city, after a period of distancing between the city and the sea, a new image reinforcing its landscape and its identity.An interface that requires intervention on the architectural and urban plan to find the elements of economic development, attractiveness and social and functional diversity, while taking into account environmental aspects.
