تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى رصد الدور التاريخي لجامع الأزهر في تعزيز الروابط الفكرية والثقافية بين بلاد المغرب والديار المصرية خلال الفترة الممتدة من القرن السادس عشر حتى الربع الأول من القرن العشرين.من خلال التركيز على أبرز العلماء المغاربة الذين درسوا وتخرجوا منه، واتخدوا من "رواق المغاربة" مركزا لهم.مما ساهم بشكل كبير في فتح أفاق للتبادل الفكري والمعرفي بين البلدين. كما تناقش الدراسة أيضا التحول الذي طرأ على العلماء المغاربة، إذ لم يقتصر دورهم على طلب العلم فقط، بل أصبحوا جزءاً من الحياة الثقافية المصرية، بشغلهم مناصب عليا في المجالات العلمية والدينية مختلفة، تمثلت في التدريس، منح الإجازات العلمية، والمناقشات الفقهية، إضافة إلى توليهم وظائف دينية مثل الإفتاء، الإمامة، والقضاء.وقد أثبتت هذه الدراسة أن الأزهر لعب دساهم في التبادل المعرفي ، وجعل منه واحدا من أهم مراكز للتواصل الفكري بعد الحجاز طوال العهد العثماني.الكلمات المفتاحية: بلاد المغرب، الديار المصرية، العلماء، الدولة العثمانية، التواصل الثقافي والعلمي.ورا محوريا في تعزيز الروابط الثقافية والروحية الدينية بين البلدين.

Ce mémoire consiste a étudiée des performances thermique de la central électrique deCap-Djanet. En objective est faire une étude paramétrique de rendement du cycle suivant lavariation de la température maximale, la pression interne, la température ambiant de lachaudière, nombre de soutirage et implicitement l'enthalpie.L'obtention du bon rendement est a partir d'une température et pression précisée dansle cycle du production de l'électricité fournie au réseaux.Donc pour mieux cerné le sujet nous avons utilisé le logiciel "EES"Finalement, bien que l'étude a était bénéfique il reste encore a optimiser ses résultats. (This thesis explore a studies of thermal performances of Cap-Djinet power plant in aim of improving the efficiency of the cycle depending on the variation of temperature , pressure , and ambient temperature of heat generator " boiler " and number of regenatives, primarily the enthalpy .Obtaining a high efficiency rely on the determination of a precise temperature, pressure of the cycle according to the thermal requirements of the electrical power demands ,in Order to facilitate our work, we've used EES software (engineering equation solver) Finally, despite that the study was acceptable, the result still lacks optimization, through the usage of other factors.)

تعتبر الموازنة العامة بمثابة برنامج عمل الحكومة في الفترة المقبلة، حيث يعكس هذا البرنامج سياستها في كافة المجالات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والسياسية، من خلال ما تنصرف إليه أوجه الإنفاق والإيرادات، ولقد أصبحت الموازنة العامة الأداة الرئيسية التي تستخدمها الدولة في السياسة المالية لتحقيق برامجها الاقتصادية والاجتماعية.هذا ما سنحاول التًركيز عليه في هذه الدراسة الوصفية التحليلية من خلال تسليط الضوء على أهم الحلول والسبل والآليات التي يمكن اللجوء إليها لتمويل عجز الميزانية في الجزائر، أين توصلنا إلى أن الاعتماد الكامل على النفط كان من أهم أسباب العجز في الميزانية وان التنويع الاقتصادي واللجوء إلى الطاقات المتجددة تعتبر من أهم الحلول التي يمكن اللجوء إليها في مثل هذه الحالة.

La surveillance de la croissance est une démarche essentielle quel quesoit le motif pour lequel est vu un enfant. Elle doit porter au minimumsur la taille, le poids, et le PC jusqu'à 3 ans.A partir de ces données, l'indice de corpulence est calculé. Lesrésultats sont transcrits sur le carnet de santé et les courbescorrespondantes sont tracées. La fréquence des mensurations estvariable avec l'âge de l'enfant mais après l'âge de 3 ans elle doit êtred'une ou mieux 2 fois par an. C'est sous cette condition que le praticienpourra déceler sans retard les anomalies de l'évolution staturopondéraled'un enfant.A travers cette étude, il est évident que de gros efforts restent à fournirnotamment la partie clinique ,qui a été plus ou moins négligées , et quipouvait apporter beaucoup de renseignements quand au diagnosticétiologique.Le plupart des protocoles n'ont pas été correctement remplis ,etspécialement les antécédents familiaux comme la taille des parents quipouvait lier cette pathologie à une cause génétique ,ou bien lesantécédents personnels de la période néonatale qui pouvait contribuerà établir une échelle de dépistage des nouveau-nés a risque....De rares protocoles ont bénéficié de la confrontation des valeursanthropométriques avec les courbes correspondantes , il faut souligne(que moins de 35 protocoles sur 221 ont bénéficier d'un score deGomez, Waterlow ou un BM!.Paradoxalement à la clinique, la para clinique nous laisse optimistesquand a son rôle décisif dans l'établissement du diagnostic , ou bien àla recherche d'une étiologie particulière comme les radiographies dupoignet, le dosage hormonal ou bien les biopsies duodéno-jéjunales.Concernant l'hormonologie, le dosage de la GH après unehypoglycémie induite n'a pas été correctement suivi comme nous lemontre le nombre manquant des dosages à plusieurs tempsnotamment T90 ,T120 et T180. Le dosage de la somatomédîne Cn'étais pas systématique , ca aurait été intéressant de l'effectuer pourpouvoir identifier l'origine du déficit en GH ,qu'il soit hypophysaire oupériphérique (viscéral).Le dosage de la TSH était présent dans plus de 90% des cas,démontrant ainsi la hantise d'une éventuelle hypothyroïdie.Nous souhaiterons que se travail à l'avenir les médecins traitant àadresser plus d'importance au coté clinique avant tout, qui pourra lesguider à choisir les examens complémentaires justes, ce quiaugmentera très certainement l'efficacité de ce protocole et éviteramoins de dépenses.

Employers in the construction industry mostly deviate from standard contract forms such as FIDIC and NEC, by introducing alterations to the contract conditions that shift a great portion of risks from the client to the contractor. Originally, these risks were distributed more equitably between all contracting parties in the standards forms. The imbalances in the contractual conditions create fertile ground for conflicts, and if not resolved, will escalate to disputes during the project execution phase, leading to significant cost overruns and time delays. The contractors, therefore, attempt to restore the original balance through making amendments to the communicated contract, through changing the high-risk contractual clauses and negotiating the proposed amendments with the employer. As such, effective contract management at early project stage is crucial for project’s success, therefore, this work developed a hybrid NLP and semantic analysis comparative framework, through integrating pre-trained machine learning models with pattern-matching techniques to support the contractors during tendering stage. The developed framework is designed to compare the two versions of clauses, the employer’s original and the contractor’s amended version, to quantify the extent of risk reallocation back to the employer through the clause’s revisions. The model was developed and implemented on dataset including a total of 704 clauses pairs, originally collected from a contracting company projects executed from the period of 2020-2025, and the findings revealed that, for the analyzed data, the contractor succeeded in reducing his exposure to risk by approximately 43% through the amendments made. This developed framework offers a practical decision-support tool for the contractor’s decision makers during early negotiation phase, prior to contract signature to promote a more balanced contractual outcomes and eventually reduce the potential of future disputes.

This study aimed at analyzing and criticizing the Palestinian national education books of the four basic grades: (I, II, III, IV) in the light of proposed criteria , and the study focused on answering the following questions:- What are the results of the analysis and criticism of the current national education books of the low abasic grade in Palestine?- What criteria are needed for the books of national education in the low basic grade?- To what extent are these criteria achieved in the books of national education of the low basic grade?- To answer the study questions, the researcher prepared a list of criteria including four aspects as follows:Criteria related to the content of national education Text books , criteria related to content organization , criteria related to ways of presenting the content, and criteria related to exercises ,questions and activities. Reliability coefficient was calculated using Scott equation , it was (.,79 .,83 .,90 .,80) Per book of the textbooks I, II, III and IV, respectively. It was a good rate that meets the purposes of the study ? The study sample consisted of the national education books of the low basic grades I, II, III and IV , parts one and two.The results of the study showed that , the degree of achievement of the overall criteria for all the four aspects and four grades was: the content came first, which achieved a high degree reached (76.3%), then content organization came second ,the degree of achieving the criteria was also high (76.1%), and the activities and questions came in the third place and the degree of achieving the criteria was moderate (65.9). While the way of presenting the content was the fourth and last rank , the degree of achieving the criteria was moderate (54.4%).The results of the study also showed that the degree of achievement of the overall criteria for all aspects of the first basic grade was moderate (65.5%), and the second basic grade was also moderate (68.8%), as well as the third grade was moderate (68.5%), and the fourth basic grade also came moderate (69.7%). The overall degree of achieving the criteria for all combined grades was moderate (68.3%). On the light of the these results, the researcher put a set of recommendations, including:The book needs to contain general and private objectives and a list of the references adopted by the researcher and another related to pupil and teacher, and the need to increase attention to the psychological foundations in building the curriculum, and to encourage pupils to research and external reading, as well as the book need to contain activities and questions that develop the pupil's thought and creativity, and the book need to be prepared through a list of criteria reached by the current research, and to increase the base of participation in the writing of Text books.
