Carob is considered as a potential source of natural antioxidants (polyphenols).Indeed, researchers and manufacturers in food industry give an increasing importance forpolyphenols due to their antioxidant properties, their great abundance in our diet, and theircrucial role in the prevention and treatment of several diseases. Thus, recent interest fromconsumers for functional foods and the need to replace the synthetic antioxidants by natural antioxidants has led to the use of these molecules to formulate new products. The combination of antioxidant components from some fruit with milk proteins is the best example that has been reported by several authors. The objective of the present work is the polyphenolic assessment of green carob’s extracts (Polyphenolic extract and juice extracted from the fresh pods) and study the possibility of their incorporation in a formulation of a yogurt and their effects on the precipitation of milk proteins. This is mainly motivated by the research of a wide range of rich or enriched foods in polyphenols, particularly in case of dairy products.The evaluation of polyphenols in the studied extracts gave high contents of phenoliccompounds namely total polyphenols, flavonoids and tannins. Therefore, the assessment of antioxidant activity, by DPPH andironreducing power tests, depicted a high antioxidantactivity for both extracts. Green carob is therefore considered as an important source ofnatural antioxidants. Coagulation test revealed a precipitation of proteins with the juice at alevel of 10%. The latter allowed to obtain a dense coagulum with a slight whey syneresis. In fact, juice from green carob seems to be more appropriate as a coagulating agent of milkprotein in dairy industry, especially in yoghurt production. Physicochemical analyses of theobtained coagulum showed a pH of 5.07, an acidity of 63,66 ° D and a total dry extract of22,74%. This coagulum is significantly different from the control yoghurt. Microbiologicalanalyses reported that the coagulum formulated showed a good stability towards pathogens and germs of contamination.

تزايد الاهتمام بحماية المرأة العاملة مع مرور الزمن حيث ينتج عن هذا التطور ايجابيات التي يمكن ان نغفلها كان من اهمها اصدار الاتفاقيات الدولية والاقليمية (العربية) لحقوق الانسان عديد المعاهدات العامة والمتخصصة، المتعلقة بالمرأة والعمل وكل مايرتبط به من الحقوق كما تم عقد عدة مؤتمرات اكد في مجملها على حظر كل اشكال التمييز ضد المرأة منها اتفاقية سيداو رقم 100 و 111.

أهم ما تطرقنا اليه في هذا العمل هو دراسة دالة الربط و تصرفها في نموذج ايزينغ الذي يمثل احسن وصف للانتقالات الطورية من الدرجة الثانية اي من الحالة الفيرومغناطيسية الى الحالة البارامغناطيسية , و قمنا بإثبات ان الارتباط بين السبينات يسقط بشكل كبير مع المسافة عند الوصول الى النقطة الحرجة , مما يعطي تفسير لتصرف باقيالكميات الفيزيائية خلال هذا الانتقال الطوري . و اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة العددية على طريقة مونت كارلو و خوارزمية ميتروبوليس

Ce travail de recherche porte sur les interactions verbales en classe de FLE, et leur impact sur l’enseignement/apprentissage de français langue étrangèredes apprenants de quatrième année moyenne.En effet lors d’une séance d’expression orale, l’apprenant acquiert, investit des connaissances en relation avec le projet étudie :- Des connaissances en grammaires, des connaissances en lexiques, vocabulaires.- Des connaissances en phonétique et en prosodie de la phrase.- Des connaissances d’ordre encyclopédique.Pour qu’ils puissent s’exprimer verbalement et s’engager dans deséchanges interactifs notamment oraux en langue française.Nous avons travaillé avec une classe de 4ème année moyenne, dont l’effectif et de 35 apprenants, au collège de « Slamena Mohammed Ben Rabah », Wilaya de Guelma.Nous avons procédé à l’observation de classe, afin de connaitre et d’identifier les effets des interactions dans l’apprentissage de l’oral. L’analyse et l’interprétation des interactions verbales nous a permis de constater que les apprenants éprouvent de grandes difficultés à l’oral (prononciation défectueuse, reformulation etc.). En outre ils étaient réactifs qu’actifs

After the French and Indian war,the colonists needed the British protection to controlthem. So,Great Britain began to take firmer control of its colonists after the parliamenthad passed the navigation acts to impose taxes on American imports,money and otheritems. The colonists complainedthrough making speeches and writing articlesinnewspapers.Besides,onegroup among them protested by throwing crates of Britishtea into Boston Harbor.In 1774, colonists held the first continental congress becausethey wanted from Britain to treat them properly.Britain ignored their demands andstarted to send troops to control the colonists. The colonists organized their own army.And the Revolution beganthus,for the sake of getting their Independence fromBritain.The colonists wrote the Declaration of Independence that Americawas freefrom Britain.This extended paper tackles the rebellion between the American colonists and theBritish which developed in revolutionary war that lasted two decades and was crownedwith great victory although it had cost a lot of human lives and too many materialcasualties. This big war has unified the Americans and made from America a symbolof freedom and democracy as well as exerted too much influence on other countries.

For many, the home transformed to an isolationist bunker that is independent from the rest of the world.The aim of this thesis is to redefine the domestic space in the era of isolation by understanding the different existing states of confinement and our methods of adaptation.After understanding what and how confinement is shaped, the project aims at designing a new way of living under the name of“Habitat 10.0”.

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التحقق من التكافؤ العاملي لمقياسي الاتجاهات نحو الرياضيات والعلوم لطلبة الصف الثامن المشاركين في الدراسة الدولية TIMSS 2019 في البيئة العُمانية، وذلك عبر متغير الجنس (ذكر، أنثى). اُستخدم المنهج التحليلي الوصفي لتحليل استجابات عينة الدراسة التي بلغت 8306 طالبًا وطالبة، حيث تضمّن مقياس الاتجاهات نحو الرياضيات 20 فقرة موزعة على أربعة أبعاد، ومقياس الاتجاهات نحو العلوم 22 فقرة موزعة كذلك على أربعة أبعاد. تم تطبيق التحليل العاملي التوكيدي (CFA) والتحليل العاملي التوكيدي متعدد المجموعات (MG-CFA) للتحقق من ملاءمة النموذج النظري للمقياسين، ومن مستوى التكافؤ العاملي عبر الجنس، باستخدام برمجية R للتحليل الإحصائي. أظهرت النتائج ما يلي: عدم ملاءمة النموذج النظري المفترض لكلا المقياسين. ملاءمة النموذجين المعدّلين بعد حذف الفقرات العكسية وربط أخطاء تلك الفقرات في كلا المقياسين. تحقق التكافؤ العاملي من مستوى البواقي (Residual Invariance) في مقياس الاتجاهات نحو الرياضيات. تحقق التكافؤ العاملي من المستوى التدريجي (Scalar Invariance) في مقياس الاتجاهات نحو العلوم. كما تناولت الدراسة الفروق بين الجنسين في الاتجاهات نحو الرياضيات والعلوم، وأظهرت النتائج: وجود فروق لصالح الذكور في الاتجاهات نحو العلوم. بينما توزعت الفروق بين الذكور والإناث في أبعاد مقياس الاتجاهات نحو الرياضيات.
