Ce mémoire décrit notre travail de recherche qui est porté sur l'évaluation de la qualité de force explosive des membres inférieurs des volleyeurs algériens dans une étude de cas, et de comparer les résultats par poste de jeu. Notre travail a été réalisé auprès d'un échantillon de 26 athlètes de deux équipes performantes du championnat de volley-ball de division I. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة درجة توظيف الإدارة الإلكترونية في متوسطات ولاية البويرة ومعرفة الثقافة الالكترونية لديهم التعرف على درجة الاختلاف في توظيف الإدارة الإلكترونية لدى عينة الدراسة (مدراء المتوسطات بولاية البويرة) تبعا لمتغيرات (المؤهل العلمي،الخبرة الإدارية وكذا الجنس) ،نوكت(مهددعغلابلاو،ةريوبلاةيلاوتاطسوتمتاريدمويريدمعيمجنمةساردلاعمتجم085) مدير و مديرة ،و تكونت عينة الدراسة من (71) مدير و مديرة أي ما نسبته (50%) من مجتمع الدراسة، و لتحقيق هدف الدراسة قام الباحثانباستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، و إعداد استبيان بالاعتماد على الأدب ةلصلاتاذتاساردلاو،يرظنلا، و تم التأكد من صدق هذا الاستبيان بعرضه على لجنة محكمين، وتم استخراج معامل الثبات بواسطة معادلة ألفا كرونباخ إذ بلغ (1.23)،و بعد أن تم تطبيقه على عينة عشوائية تم تحليل البياناتباستخدام الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية(SSSS).و قد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية:-درجة توظيف الإدارة الإلكترونية في متوسطات ولاية البويرة من وجهة نظر المدراء مرتفعة وبنسبة مئوية عالية (21.07 )بالمائة.-عدم وجود ةينورتكللااةرادلإاتامدخفيظوتةجرديفءاردملانيبةيئاصحإةللادتاذقورفتبعا لمتغير الجنس .-ةينورتكللااةرادلإاتامدخلمهفيظوتةجرديفءاردملانيبةيئاصحإةللادتاذقورفدجوتلاتبعا لمتغير الخبرة المهنية.-يفءاردملانيبةيئاصحإةللادتاذقورفدجوتلادرجة توظيفهم لخدمات الإدارة الالكترونية تبعا لمتغير المؤهل العلمي . ~ ط~و بناء على نتائج الدراسة أوصى الباحثان ب:-تدريب المدراء والموظفين في المؤسسات التعليمية تدريبا عمليا تطبيقيا على توظيف الإدارة الالكترونية.-قيبطتةيمهأبةيفاقثلاةيعوتلاىوتسمعفر.يسردملايرادلإايمويلالمعلايفةينورتكللااةرادلإا-التركيز على الإجراءات العملية التي تسهل الاستفادة من الخدمات التي تقدمها الإدارة الالكترونية في المؤسسات التعليمية.-نشر الثقافة الالكترونية بين المنتسبين إلى التعليم وأولياء الأمور، وذلك من خلال وسائل الإعلام المختلفة، وفي المناسبات الخاصة.-تزويد مؤسسات التعليم بأجهزة الحواسيب الحديثة، ذات قدرات متطورة تناسب أعمال الإدارة المدرسية. -تصميم برامج إلكترونية تناسب أعمال الإدارة المدرسية.

Ce mémoire se porte sur la distribution quantique de clés QKD, qui est une primitivecryptographique qui permet à deux interlocuteurs distants d'établir une clé secrète communeen présence d'un espion. On s'intéresse notamment aux protocoles de distribution quantiquede clés à variables continues, où l'information est codée sur les quadratures d’une impulsionlumineuse. L'intérêt majeur de ces protocoles est qu'ils sont faciles à mettre en œuvre, car ilsutilisent une simple source laser, comme ils permettent le transfert d’une grande quantitéd’informations. La sécurité de ces protocoles repose sur les lois de la mécanique quantique, àsavoir le principe d’incertitude de Heisenberg et le théorème de non-clonage. Une étapeparticulièrement délicate pour les protocoles à variables continues est la réconciliation, durantlaquelle les deux extrémités de la communication, utilisent leurs résultats de mesureclassiques pour se mettre d'accord sur une chaîne de bits identiques. Nous proposons d'abordun algorithme de réconciliation optimal pour les protocoles étudiés, ainsi que la meilleuredétection qui assure plus de sécurité face aux différentes attaques.

This research work aims at investigating the actual situation of teaching grammar to EFLyoung learners in middle schools of Adrar. It focuses on the way first and second years ofmiddle school pupils are taught grammar using the competency based approach.In order to do that, this research work is divided into two chapters; the first one is devotedto defining the basic concepts of teaching grammar. It also deals with the approaches andstrategies of teaching grammar to young learners. The second chapter is about the situation ofteaching grammar in Adrar. Various instruments of collecting data are used in this case study,analyzing the contents of first and second years’ textbooks, in addition to teachers andlearners’ questionnaires.This work attempts to identify the first and the second years of middle school teachers andpupils’ difficulties in teaching/ learning grammar respectively, discovering the reasons behindthese difficulties, in order to overcome them through analyzing the findings of thequestionnaires.

This study aimed to investigate the contribution of Plan Sudan in the process of sustainablerural development in Ed Dwiem Governorate, White Nile State. Plan Sudan is an Internationalnon-governmental organization which established Ed Dwiem Programme Unit in 1994 withthe aim of improving the livelihood of the rural households in targeted area.The organization adopts the integrated rural developmentprogramme which depends basically on the community basedparticipation approach through the involvement of villagedevelopment committees (VDCs) in all stages of development process(planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation) and theactivation of other community through a based organizationsestablished during the project life (i.e. Cooperative Committee, Agric.Committee, .. etc.). Plan-Sudan also involves government units in thedevelopment process.The study used the descriptive statistics method as a tool ofanalysis. Both primary and secondary data were used, primary datawere obtained through the field survey by means of use of a structuredquestionnaire, and secondary data were obtained from theorganizations documents, theses, official reports and other relevantsources.A multi-stage random sampling procedure was used to select104 respondents (52 registered and 52 non-registered) from 8 villagesto constitute the study sample.The main results obtained from the study indicated that theorganization has contributed to social change through the participationof the beneficiaries in the building of social capabilities and thestrengthening of community-based institutions, which is reflected inimproving social services in the area (i.e. water, health, education andothers). However, the organization contribution in the field of incomegenerating activities was weak.The study suggests some recommendations mainly expansionon basic services (health, water, education, ..etc.) in such a way to bein sustainable manner with the participation of beneficiaries,establishment and encouragement of community based organizationsand linking that with good training to ensure sustainable localleadership of the development process at the end of the programme,establishment of revolving funds under the supervision of VDCs toguarantee the sustainability of development process, and introductionof more income generating activities to improve beneficiaries livingconditions.
