تعتبر القصة القصيرة من فنون النثر الحديثة التي نشأت في العصر الحديث ، واكتسبت شهرة حيث أصبحت النموذج الذي يحتوي على جميع المتغيراتالاجتماعية والفكرية كما تناولت في محتواها معظم المشاكل المصاحبة للإنسان في هذه الفترة وأصبحت لغته معبرة خاصة في الأدب الجزائري إبان ثورةالتحرير المجيدة. كما تعد من أروع الفنون التي نضج فيها الفكر. الفن مكتمل لأنه يحتوي على جمالية فنية وأساليب سرد رائعة تجمع فيها جميع الصيغ الأدبيةالمتقن.

This research analyses pragmatically the concept of sarcasm in British Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s Brexit debates. It has been chosen to focus on this topic mainly because it is vital in modern political discourse. The problem this study seeks to solve is the way to understand sarcasm in debates depending on a pragmatic approach; it also seeks to find the purpose behind using sarcasm. Accordingly, the present study tries to find the appropriate answers to the following questions: 1) what is the pragmatic theory/ies sustainable in sarcasm analysis? 2) what are the pragmatic strategies used to achieve sarcasm in Bori s Johnson’s Brexit debates? 3) what is the pragmatic functions Johnson intends to attain by consuming sarcasm? 4) does he violate the four GM in sarcasm production in political debates? To find appropriate answers to those questions, the following aims are stated: 1) establishing the sufficient pragmatic approach to analyse sarcasm; 2) identifying the most frequently used speech acts for issuing sarcasm in political debates; 3) elucidating the relation between sarcasm and GM; 4) demonstrating the frequent and the distinct pragmatic patterns utilised to produce sarcasm, and 5) clarifying the purposes behind sarcasm in political debates. In the light of the aims mentioned above, the following hypothesis are innovated: 1) sarcasm is a process that can be pragmatically analysed as occurs in Brexit debates; 2) different speech acts can be utilised to perform sarcasm; 3) sarcasm is produced intentionally by violating GM; 4) specific pragmatic structures of sarcasm are used more frequently than others in Brexit debates; 5) sarcasm is a sharp weapon used to reflect negative attitude. La construction des routes dépend principalement de l'utilisation de matièrespremières qui doivent être conformes aux normes, ce qui assure la qualité et la longévitéde la route. Certaines régions, notamment les zones désertiques, souffrent d'une pénuriede ces matériaux, ce qui augmente le coût des projets en raison de la nécessité de lestransporter sur de longues distances. C'est pourquoi les experts recherchent desalternatives efficaces et économiques, et le sable des dunes est l'une d'entre elles. Le compactage est une étape cruciale dans la construction des routes car il améliorela densité et la résistance des matériaux routiers, ce qui se traduit par une meilleuredurabilité et une plus grande longévité des routes. L'énergie de compactage est un facteurimportant qui affecte les propriétés mécaniques du matériau comprimé. تميز الوضع اللغوي في بلادنا بالتعددية و الازدواجية اللغوية و التي كان لها أثرا كبيرا في حدوث التداخلات اللغوية سواءا على الفئة المثقفة أو عامة الناس.و قد جاءت هده الدراسة حول ظاهرة التداخل اللغوي بين الفصحى و العامية الجزائرية و إثره على اكتساب اللغة عند تلاميذ الطور الابتدائي، معتمدين في دلك على مدونة تمثلت في كتب الطور الابتدائي، إضافة إلي التعابير الكتابية و دلك من خلال الجانب التطبيقي و قد حاولنا تسليط الضوء على الأسباب التي أدت إلي ضعف تلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية في مادة التعبير بالفصحىCette recherche va pouvoir discuter la politique linguistique en algerie et qui est characterisee d’une pluralite linguistique et d’un bilinguisme. Healthcare organizations are difficult to manage, especially when different logics and value systems are at play. Leadership and management are of importance when aiming at ensuring high quality patient care, employee satisfaction and overall organizational effectiveness. This is particularly so for frontline nurse managers (NM); they are the key interface between care, cure and managerial control. In working to improve our nurses’ retention and satisfaction, leadership is our most important channel. It is the engine that pulls the train. This project proposes a leadership and management development program designed primarily for middle level managers to prepare them for their roles as effective leaders and managers. The program focuses on nursing leadership in daily work. Having insight in the strategic and clinical role a nurse leader plays in healthcare is of great value nowadays. With a combination of class sessions, unit activities, and role play, this program will augment the potential of the participants as nurse leaders and give them the opportunity to gain competence in effectively leading and managing teams of patient care units.
