Lorsque la température génératrice T0 d'un gaz parfait augmente, les chaleurs spécifiques CP et CV ainsi que leur rapport ƒÁ ne restent plus constants et commencent a varier avec la température génératrice T0 de la chambre de combustion. Le gaz reste parfait, c'est-à-dire, son équation d'état reste toujours valable, sauf, il sera nommé, en plus, gaz calorifique ment imparfait.Le but de ce travail est de développer, dans ce contexte, les relations thermodynamiques et géométriques nécessaires et d'étudier l'écoulement supersonique isentropique a haute température, inférieur au seuil de dissociation. Une comparaison sera faite avec le cas d'un gaz calorifique ment parfait.Notre étude est faite en trois parties principales pour un écoulement supersonique à Haute Température:- Écoulement supersonique unidirectionnel à haute température;* Équation de Prandtl-Meyer à haute température;- Écoulement supersonique à haute température dans une tuyère à corps central.L'application sera faite pour l'étude d'un écoulement d'air dans une tuyère supersonique. Les résultats seront présentés sous formes de graphes (figures) et de valeurs numériques (tableaux ) obtenus par l’exécution du programme réalisé.

The aim of this study is to examine Thomas Hardy’s representation of woman in the in his selected novel Tess of the d’Urbervilles. In the majority of Victorian novels,certain norms were imposed on women to be inferior to men. However, when a woman does the Victorian conventions, she would be judged according to these strict laws. created a female character as the main character of his novel Tess of the d’Urbervilles.According to his male feminist and perspective, we discovered that Tess is seem to be a pure and innocent girl, but she committed a sinful act and she was named as a fallen woman.Hardy represented her as a victim of bad social norms. Clearly that Thomas hardy’s representation of Tess as a woman in the Victorian community based on his real world, which made himself as a male feminist and an writer in his treatment of woman’s conditions. Hardy’s work revealed his deep sympathy for women and their struggle both inside and outside the home. A well-known fact, that the English society was patriarchal and to stick to domesticity, they were expected to be pure in order not to be hate by society.By focusing on a feminist approach to hardy’s female character, we found out that as a writer,hardy followed his feminist position towards women since he sympathizes the of women.

Notre travail correspond à une approche expérimentale sur la récupération et le recyclage des éléments entrant dans la composition des aimants de la troisième génération. Ces aimants sont fabriqués de matériaux contenant du néodyme (NdFeB). Les aimants néodymes sont généralement utilisés dans la production des disques durs pour ordinateur, notre travail s’articule sur une succession de plusieurs étapes : un décapage mécanique pour enlever le revêtement sur le super aimant, une fragilisation par hydrogène de l’aimant de référence, un broyage de la poudre obtenue après fragilisation, une lixiviation acide, une précipitation de terre rare sous forme d'oxalate de néodyme et finalement une décomposition thermique pour l'obtention NdO3. La production de métal néodyme est réalisée par la réduction de l'oxyde de néodyme avec le sodium, en présence de chlorure de calcium à 750°C. La dernière opération consiste à élaborer un aimant à partir des poudres broyées en effectuant un compactage et un frittage. Avec un dispositif de magnétisation nous avons réalisé une aimantation d'un aimant super. Pour l’étude et la caractérisation de l’aimant de référence et l’aimant élaboré, nous avons utilisé plusieurs techniques d'analyse: EDX, microscopie électronique à balayage, DRX, analyse par activation neutronique (réacteur de recherche nucléaire de Draria-Alger). Et aussi Tesla-mètre.

Le problème de gestion du système de trafic routier date des années trente,depuis différent modèles et technique pour optimiser les feux de circulation pour différente intersection (isolée, interconnecté) ont été proposés.En parallèle la théorie des systèmes dynamique hybride a été développé pour les systèmes qui se constituent de deux types de variable : continu et discrète.Dans ce travail, nous étudions le phénomène de la file d’attente dans une intersection urbaine en utilisant le modèle à fluide stochastique pour représenter le système tout en rapprochant son comportement à un système stochastique hybride, on utilise un automate hybride stochastique pour modélisé une intersection signalisée puis la technique d’analyse des perturbation infinitésimale pour optimisé les feux de trafic dans le but de minimisé la file d’attente. () The problem of managing road traffic system dates back to the thirties. , different models and solution approaches to optimize traffic light phases for different network configuration (isolated intersections, , and so on) have been proposed.In parallel, it has been developed the theory of hybrid system, of those systems characterized by two kinds of variables: discrete event and continuous variables.In this work we view a single intersection as stochastic hybrid system and we develop a stochastic flow model for it, we use the standard definition of stochastic hybrid automata for modeling the system, we then use infinitesimal perturbation analysis to optimize the traffic light with the objective the queue length.We compare the performances of the infinitesimal perturbation analysis approach with fixed traffic light strategy.

This translation consists of the introduction and part of chapter one (from pages 155 to 193). This chapter of the second section tackles the issue of sugar consumption in the Arab countries, total consumption of sugar, per capita consumption of sugar in the Arab countries, Legumes consumption in the Arab countries, total consumption of legumes, per capita consumption of legumes, oil seeds consumption in the Arab countries, total consumption of agricultural seeds, per capita consumption, of oil seeds and vegetable consumption in the Arab countries. Besides; it also tackles total consumption of vegetables, per capita consumption of vegetable as well as total consumption of oil and fats at the level of the Arab countries. The work clearly highlights food security problem and to what extent the Arab countries need to import main food goods. It also put forward solutions for economic growth and food consumption difficulties that are associated with the agricultural development in the Arab countries.

إن نجاح أي مؤسسة مرهون بتواجد قيادة فعالة تعمل باستمرار على توفير الأجواء المناسبة لظروف العمل، من شانها رفع وتنمية الثقافة التنظيمية للعاملين، وبالتالي تفجير قدراتهم للوصول الى أفضل مستويات الأداء، كما ان للقادة قدرة على تحقيق تلون وتعدد للثقافات التي تولد الفكر الذي يخلق الابداع الذي هو نتائج تنوع وتعدد الأفكار وسيتجلى مبدا الابتكار في إيجاد حلول ملائمة للصعوبات والعقبات التي يمكن أن تصادفها المؤسسة ، والثقافة التنظيمية لأي مؤسسة ستؤثر وتتأثر بثقافة قادة التنظيم وعلى قادة المؤسسات ان يفهموا أبعادها ومكوناتها باعتبارها الوسط البيئي الذي تعيش فيه المنظمات والذي يؤثر على نوع السلوك الذي تتفاعل به مع غيرها أو مع عامليها ويعتمد ذلك على حكمة القيادة الإدارية في أن تجعل همها خلق ثقافة داعمة مشتركة لثقافة العاملين والعمليات الإدارية التي تركز على العمل الجاد والأداء المطلوب لتحقيق الأهداف المشتركة للتنظيم والعاملين والتي يتوقف عليها نجاح أداء المنظمة من فشلها.وعلى هذا الأساس تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة دور القيادة الإدارية في تنمية الثقافة التنظيمية في المؤسسة بحيث جاءت إشكالية الدراسة وفق التساؤل الرئيسي التالي:كيف تساهم القيادة الإدارية في تنمية الثقافة التنظيمية للمؤسسة؟ وتتمحور كذلك التساؤلات الفرعية التالية:-هل تساهم القيادة الرسمية في تحقيق التواصل الدائم مع العمال؟-هل تسعى القيادة التشاركية في خلق روح المبادرة لدى العاملين بالمؤسسة؟-هل يشجع أسلوب القيادة الفعالة على تنمية روح الإبداع لدى العملين بالمؤسسة؟وللإجابة على هذه الأسئلة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الذي يساعد على تحليل الظاهرة وتفسيرها والوصول إلى استنتاجات يمكن تعميمها وذلك بالاعتماد على الاستمارة كأداة رئيسية للبحث والتي تحتوي على أسئلة حول البيانات الشخصية ومجموعة من الأسئلة حول الموضوع موجهة إلى الموظفين في كلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة جيجل وقداستخدمنا عينة عشوائية بسيطة كان حجمها 34موظف إضافة إلى أداة المقابلة التي أجريت مع رئيس قسم علم الاجتماع وكذا الملاحظة والسجلات والوثائق ومختلف أساليب التحليل الكمي والكيفي للبيانات.-بعد معالجة النتائج وتحليل البيانات المتحصل عليها توصلت الدراسة إلى:-تساهم القيادة الإدارية في تحقيق التواصل الدائم مع العمال.-تسعى القيادة التشاركية في حلق روح المبادرة لدى العاملين بالمؤسسة.يشجع أسلوب القيادة الفعالة على تنمية روح الإبداع لدى العاملين بالمؤسسة.
