The high rate of new-borns with genetic disorders is causing increasing concerns for health authorities, including many Muslim-majority countries, especially those in the Gulf region. Being born with genetic disorders significantly impacts the affected children’s health, well-being, and general quality of life of their families and society. Prevention and management methods such as genetic tests and screenings (e.g., premarital screening, pre-implantation, prenatal, and neonatal tests) and the associated genetic counselling services can significantly mitigate or reduce a wide range of difficulties in this regard. Although genetic testing and counselling have become increasingly crucial worldwide, they are still emerging in the Arab world, especially the Gulf region. For a religio-culturally sensitive management of these tests and genetic counselling services in the Muslim majority countries, proper attention should be paid to the Islamic values at hand. Thus, examining these issues from an Islamic ethical perspective is critical to contribute to add to the body of literature already present in the Arab world. In this context, this thesis provides an analytical overview and analysis of the Islamic bioethical perspective on the issues pertinent to genetic counselling, being one of the effective approaches to reducing the burdens of genetic disorders and resulting disabilities. The study employs an interdisciplinary approach to synthesize the mainstream principles of genetic counselling and the Islamic bioethical perspectives. The research examines the need for genetic counselling and, the challenges in the practices. Various publications about genetic counselling from Islamic perspectives serve as essential resources to understand the Islamic context, values and practices. The perspectives of Muslim authors and biomedical scientists provide comparisons with secular bioethical discourses. Furthermore, the study provides an synopsis of the genetic counselling service in Qatar while appraising the M.Sc. program of genetic counselling at Qatar University as one of the national strategic frameworks for preventive health and future health management. Besides contributing to the academic scholarship in this emerging research area, this study provides religio-culturally analyses and insights that can help healthcare policymaker regarding genetic counselling practices and professional policies.

This study was conducted to investigated the effect of African catfish, Clarias gariepinus (Quarmut) on processing characteristic and meat (fillet) quality. A total of 28 fish were used .the fishes were divided into 4 groups 500, 1000, 1500, 2000gm groups Standard and Total body length evisceration yield, organ proportion weight percentage, fillet chemical composition, pH, water holding capacity, cooking loss, oxidative rancidity. rancidity. And sensory evaluations. Were determined on fresh bases (day one) and different days of storage periods 4, 8, and 12 days at –100 C. Fresh fish sausage prepared from fillet obtained from different body weight of Clarias gariepinus were evaluated at different storage periods day 1 , 4, 8, and 12 days at –100 C. Statistical analysis revealed no significantly inter action between the body weight and storage time. Standard length and Total length significantly (p >0.05) increased with increasing body weight . The chemical composition was significantly (p >0.001) different between the 4 body weight group studied .Increases body weight results in decreases in moisture %, increases in fat % and slight increases in protein and ash percent. Evisceration yield organ proportion increased significantly (p >0.001) with increasing Clarias gariepinus body weight. Body weight significantly affect keeping quality of Clarias gariepinus fillet at storage time at 12 days at –100 C. The pH values WHC ,TBA values and cooking loss percent increase significantly with increasing Clarias gariepinus body weight with increasing the storage periods. Chemical composition African catfish fresh sausage were significantly different (p>0.05) in moisture and fat content. The ash and protein content of fresh fish Sausage insignificantly different. Mean values of cooking loss from sausage manufacured with fillet obtanied from different body weight Clarias gariepinus .Cooking loss percentage decrease with increasing the storage time preservation. There was slightly increase on pH with increasing body weight and storage time. Oxidative Rancidity value of sausages was significantly (p0.05) differ among the 4 body weight groups during different storage periods studied

تهدف الدراسة لبيان دور نظام المعلومات المحاسبية في فاعلية أداء المؤسسة أي بيان الاثر الذي يحدثه نظام المعلوماتالمحاسبية على مختلف أداء الوظائف الموجودة في المؤسسة الاقتصادية ك أداء المالي وأداء الوظيفي...،ومن اجل تحقيقأهداف الدراسة قمنا بالاعتماد على دراسة حالة في مؤسسة الوطنية لصناعة الانابيب ALFAPIPE ،وللإجابة على اشكالية الدراسة والأسئلة الفرعية استعمال أداة الاستبيان في دراسة الجانب التطبيقي ، ومن خلالما سبق تم التوصل الى النتائج التالية:ان نظام المعلومات المحاسبي اداة رئيسية في تحسين الأداء المالي للمؤسسة من خلالالمعلومات المحاسبية و المالية التي يوفرها، أداء العمال وجودة الخدمات لها علاقة مباشرة بمخرجات نظام المعلوماتالمحاسبية، لنظام المعلومات المحاسبية أهمية كبيرة في تحسين أداء الوظيفية المالية في المؤسسة الاقتصادية من خلال توفيرالمعلومات المالية والمحاسبية بشكل منظم وفي الوقت المناسب، يرتبط تحسين جودة الخدمات بمدى مصداقية المعلوماتالمقدمة لهيئة إتخاذ القرار،يساهم نظام المعلومات المحاسبية في خلق جو من المنافس بين عمال المؤسسة.ومن التوصيات التي نشيد بيها من خلال ما تم توصل اليه في دراستنا، ضرورة استخدام نظام معلومات محاسبيةيتناسب مع وضعية وطبيعة عمل المؤسسة الاقتصادية، ضرورة بذل المزيد من الإهتمام من قبل المؤسسة الإقتصادية فيتطوير الطرق والمعايير يتلائم مع نظم المعلومات المحاسبية الإلكترونية.The study aims to demonstrate the role of the accounting information system in the effectiveness of the performance of the institution the impact that the accounting information system has on the various performance of functions in economic institutions, such as financial performance and good job..., and in order to achieve the objectives of the study, we relied on a case study in Al-Watania Institution ALFAPIPE, and to answer the problematic of the study and the sub-questions, the use of the questionnaire tool in the study of the applied aspect, and through the foregoing, the following results were reached:The accounting information system is a key tool in improving the financial performance of the company through the accounting and financial information it provides,The performance of workers and the quality of services are directly related to the outputs of the accounting information system,The accounting information system is ofVgreat importance in improving the performance of the financial function in the economic enterprise by providing financial and accounting information in an orderly and timely manner,Improving the quality of services is related to the credibility of the information provided to the decision-making body,The accounting information system contributes to creating an atmosphere of competition among the employees of the institution.Among the recommendations that we commend through what was reached in our study, the need to use accounting information systems commensurate with the status and nature of the work of the economic institution, the need to pay more attention by economic institutions in developing methods and standards that are compatible with electronic accounting information systems

Le travail présenté porte sur les calculs des champs dans les machines synchrones à aimantspermanents (MSAP).Pour aborder notre étude nous avons présenté au premier chapitre une généralité sur lesmachines synchrones en particulier la machine synchrone à aimant permanent.Dans le second chapitre nous nous sommes intéressés à la modélisation par éléments finis dela machine d’étude (MSAP), ainsi qu’au logiciel (FEMM) utilisé dans la conception et lamodélisation de notre machine.Les modèles et les simulations qui ont suivi au dernier chapitre nous ont permis de mettre enévidence les flux, les répartitions des lignes de champs et les inductions magnétique desdifférents aimants, ainsi que le calcul des inductances propres et mutuelles et en finir avecl’influence des paramètres géométriques (épaisseur et angle d’ouverture) sur les performancesdeux structure de la machine étudiée.Le Logiciel de calcul FEMM basé sur la méthode des éléments finis s’avère efficace pour ladétermination des caractéristiques électromagnétiques des machines.
