تحتل مراقبة التسيير في الوقت الراهن مكانة هامة في المؤسسات الاقتصادية، و التي يتوقف عليها نجاح عمليةالتسيير في ظل البيئة الحالية التي تتسم بالعولمة وتطور المستوى التكنولوجي والمنافسة الحادة .في ظل هذه الظروفأصبح لزاما على مسيري المؤسسات مهما كانت طبيعتها وضع نظام فعال للرقابة على تنفيذ الخطط والبرامج بمدىتحقيق الفعالية في الأداء .كما مصدر كل التحسينات في المؤسسات للأداء الاقتصادي والمالي.نظرا لما تضفيها للرقابة على المؤسسات من خصائص ومميزات وذلك من خلال قدرة نظام مراقبة التسيير على ترشيدوتوجيه المؤسسة من خلال قياس وتقييم الأداء و كشف الانحرافات ومعرفة أسبابها و واقتراح الحلول الممكنة وبالتاليتحقيق الأهداف بالكفاءة والفعالية.ويكون ذلك عن طريق أدوات من بينها لوحة القيادة والمحاسبة العامة.

Nowadays, Facebook has become the trendy used social media in communication.Students who are involved in online conversations have to be bilingual or multilingual for the sake of maintaining code switching which is widely used among of Belhadj Bouchaib University Centre. This research paper seeks to find factors and reasons that push English students to switch from one language to another in their daily conversation via Facebook to look for all the motives that social phenomenon occur. It also tries to have an eye on the consequences of . In order to examine the factors that make these students switch between English, French and Algerian Arabic, a questionnaire encompasses all the to reveal the point of view of the chosen sample population. An is also used in order to collect more relevant data.The general findings show that English students of Belhadj Bouchaib University Centre code switch because of some important reasons such as the lack of vocabulary in one of the languages, this,for a better comprehension and self-expression. In addition, it has been shown that the use of code switching can lead to either positive results in terms of acquiring in both languages, or negative ones such as the use of a new vocabulary,the Facebook one, which most of the time regarded as a deviation of the acquired language.

Cette étude s’inscrit dans le cadre de la valorisation d’une espèce forestière endémique en Algérie à travers l’évaluation des composés phénoliques des extraits éthanoliques et aqueux testés provenant de la partie aérienne d’Erica arborea, vis-à-vis de Sitophilus granarius, insecte ravageur des denrées stockées dans la wilaya d’Oran et de Saïda. À la lumière des résultats obtenus, on a constaté que les huit extraits végétaux ont manifesté un effet qui augmente en corrélation avec la dose administrée et le temps d’exposition. D’où on a noté l’effet le plus important à la plus forte dose avec une efficacité remarquable de la macération éthanolique par rapport au Soxhlet et aux ultrasons. Enfin, d’après ce travail, on peut conclure que la plante étudiée présente une alternative certaine comme pesticide.

The performance of EFL studentsat universities is far from being satisfactory. Students are unable to speak or to write or to understand written or oral English discourse.The main focus of this study, is to investigate the main factors hindering effective English language learning. The study also attempts to find out if the general schools environment and classroom atmosphere suit learning. In addition, the study also aims at finding out if teachers, syllabi and studentsaffect the processof learning negatively in order to provide solutions for the problem; because it has become a serious problem for teachers and those who are concerned with the educational field for many years. At the same time, to provide Sudanese EFL teachers with the Knowledge of factors that hinder learning process of English language. The method which was used, in conducting this study, was the descriptive analytical one. The results were computed by using (SPSS) programme.The population were the EFL teachers in secondary schools. A random sample was chosen, they were a hundred and twentyteachers foranswering the quesestionnaire and forty teachers of them were used for an observation checklist for collecting data. Finallythe results have shown that some teachers are in need of having advanced training. It is also found that most of the learners (85%) do not have motivation for learning English. In addition, the school and the classroom environment, are not appropriate for education. Moreover, the overcrowded classes, is another factor that hinders English language learning. Consequently, the studyrecommends that teachers should be trained to be more capable of teaching the syllabus. The syllabus itself should be refined and more up-to-date teaching materials should be provided. Adding to that, the educational environment should be improved to be more conducive for learning. Also, the number of students in classrooms should be reduced to facilitate teaching and learning. Another recommendation, is that teachers should be instructed and followed by headmasters to prepare the lessons . To conclude, students should be encouraged and motivated by their teachers to learn English. Further, teachers should be well paid in order not to leave the government schools to private ones .
