الملخص

Cette étude s’inscrit dans le cadre de la valorisation d’une espèce forestière endémique en Algérie à travers l’évaluation des composés phénoliques des extraits éthanoliques et aqueux testés provenant de la partie aérienne d’Erica arborea, vis-à-vis de Sitophilus granarius, insecte ravageur des denrées stockées dans la wilaya d’Oran et de Saïda. À la lumière des résultats obtenus, on a constaté que les huit extraits végétaux ont manifesté un effet qui augmente en corrélation avec la dose administrée et le temps d’exposition. D’où on a noté l’effet le plus important à la plus forte dose avec une efficacité remarquable de la macération éthanolique par rapport au Soxhlet et aux ultrasons. Enfin, d’après ce travail, on peut conclure que la plante étudiée présente une alternative certaine comme pesticide.

This study is part of the valuation of an endemic forest species in Algeria through the evaluation of phénolic compounds, ethanolic and aqueous extracts tasted from the aerial part of Erica arborea, vis-à-vis sitophilus granaries insect pest of stored durations in the wilaya of Oran and Saida. In the light of the results obtained, it was found that the 08 plant extracts showed an effect which increases in correlation with the dose administered and the exposure time. From where we note the most important efficiency of ethanolic maceration compared to soxhlet and ultrasound. Finally, according to this work, we can conclude that the plant studied presents a certain alternative as a pesticide.
