هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل دور الرقمنة في تحسين التخطيط المالي لقطاع النقل، ومن أجل ذلك تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي في وصف مختلف تغيرات الدراسة من الناحية النظرية، والمنهج التحليلي من أجل تحليل البيانات المجمعة ومدى امكانية تحقيق المشروع، وقد توصلت الدراسة الى عدة نتائج أهمها مدى تأثير الرقمنة على تحسين التخطيط المالي لقطاع النقل، وجود نقائص ومعيقات تعرقل المسافرين، التخطيط هو الوظيفة الاولى للادارة التي تسبق ما عداها من الوظائف، التعرف على مختلف جوانب مشروع BusGo، التعرف على كيفية تطبيق الرقمنة على قطاع النقل وذلك وفق خطة المشروع، عرض الجانب التقني للمشروع، الرقمنة تمكن قطاع النقل من رؤية وتحليل بياناته بشكل أفضل مما يؤدي الى قرارات مالية أكثر دقة وفعالية وبالتالي التحسين في التخطيط المالي، النقل له دور فعال في تحقيق التنمية، التجارب الرائدة في محال رقمنة قطاع النقل، ساهمت بشكل كبير في تحسين جودة الخدمات المقدمة للعملاء، قطاع النقل يعاني من عدة سلبيات، قطاع النقل يوفر عدة مناصب شغل.

انتهجت الجزائر في إطار تصحيح وضعيتها الاقتصادية مجموعة من السياسات الإصلاحية والتي شكل قانون النقد والقرض فيها أهم إصلاح في تاريخ السياسة النقدية في الجزائر. فقد تميزت سياسة عرض النقود في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1990-2017 بالنمو المستمر والمتزايد في معدلات عرض النقود مع ارتباط هذا النمو والتغير بتغير مقابلات الكتلة النقدية وهو ما ساهم في ارتفاع معدلات التضخم. حيث هذا الارتباط لم يكون علاقة تكامل مشترك طويل المدى وعليه نستنتج أن قانون النقد والقرض الجزائري كانت انعكاساته محدودة على تطور السياسة النقدية في الجزائر.

Dans les sociétés industrielles l’échangeur de chaleur est un élément essentiel pourla maitrise de l’énergie, les problèmes relevant de la thermo hydraulique concernentavant tout le dimensionnement thermique des appareils. Pour cela, dans ce travail enva étudie numériquement le comportement dynamique et thermique d’un écoulementen convection forcée pour quatre configuration pour améliorer les performances deséchangeurs de chaleur a l’aide de code « FLUENT », dans le cas simple, et le cas avecdes chicanes dans la veine d’écoulement des fluides, pour avoir la différance entre cesdeux cas, et pour voir la net amélioration des performances dans l’échangeurs dechaleur

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى كشف دور المعالجة البيداغوجية في مواجهة مشكلات تحسين مستوى التحصيل الدراسي لدى تلاميذ السنة الرابعة ابتدائي، أنموذجاً. وتمحورت مشكلة الدراسة في التساؤل التالي: هل تساهم حقاً المعالجة البيداغوجية في تحسين مشكلة التحصيل الدراسي لدى تلاميذ السنة الرابعة ابتدائي؟ للإجابة عن هذا التساؤل؛ اعتمدنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي قصد جمع البيانات ووصف الظاهرة. تمثلت عينة الدراسة في التلاميذ الذين يعانون من صعوبات في التعلم، ضمن اتخاذ إجراءات وهي المعالجة البيداغوجية، لتحسين مستواهم الدراسي واكتشاف أخطائهم في المواد الأساسية للمرحلة الابتدائية. بعد عملية التقييم والتشخيص، توصلنا إلى النتائج التالية: مساهمة المعالجة البيداغوجية في تحسين مستوى التلميذ الدراسي عن طريق الأساتذة، بواسطة استجوابات وامتحانات وتوعيتهم إلى العملية التعليمية التعلمية.

Scott Fitzgerald’s The Great Gatsby is one of the most colourful and symbolic landmarks in American literature. The aim of this research is to analyse Fitzgerald’s narrative discourse in the novel. Hence, the first chapter introduces the socio-historical context of the novel. It shows the impact of the Jazz Age on American life. The second chapter deals with narrative discourse in The Great Gatsby. It examines Fitzgerald’s remarkable innovation in modern writing, breaking most of the previous literary rules and conventions. His use of multiple and unreliable narrators, relativity of time, modern tragedy, and colour symbolism are some of the stylistic techniques that brought the work many critical acclaims. The third chapter uses the deconstructive approach to literary to highlight the story’s undesirability and postponement or absence of meaning. Therefore, The Great Gatsby is more than just a love story of a poor man who wastes his life on a lie. It is a probe into the absurdities of life and death, good and evil, wealth and poverty, past and present, innocence and guilt, sanity and insanity, dream and nightmare. It is especially about the emptiness of Gatsby as well as language.

L'impact de l'état sanitaire des arbres de chêne liège sur les accroissements annuels et la qualité du liège a été estimé dans deux forêts domaniales de l'ouest algérien (M'sila et Zarieffet), durant 4 ans (2006-2009). L'évaluation annuelle du déficit foliaire (synthèse de 10 ans) à l'échelle des peuplements des 9 parcelles d'étude et les 240 arbres échantillons, converge les deux forêts vers un début dépérissement (1,60<IS<2,0).

Candida species are the most common opportunistic pathogens in debilitated or immunocompromised hosts and cause systemic candidiasis, which has high rates of morbidity and mortality. Most of these infections are nosocomial and raise the issue of hospital hygiene. As such the identification and subtyping of Candida species is epidemiologically important for recognizing outbreaks of infection, detecting cross-transmission, determining the source of the infection, and recognizing particularly virulent strains, or detecting the emergence of drug resistant strains. In this study our objective is to compare Candida albicans hospital identification rates with conventional laboratory employed methods such as API, CHRO Magar and germ tube formation and a more reliable molecular method such as ITS typing. Furthermore our aim was to assess biofilm-forming capacities with drug resistance profiles and correlate them with MLST typing of isolates. ITS typing was performed for 75 isolates and the misidentification rate for each method is considered significant: 9.3% for API and CHRO Magar, and17.3% for the hospital. Moreover, antifungal susceptibility testing was performed for 4 antifungal drugs encompassing different antifungal classes, and antifungal resistance to3 and to the 4 drugs was found to occur amongst 25% of isolates tested which was unexpected and raises serious questions concerning the methods of treatment.Interestingly some strains with significant biofilm forming capabilities correlated well with strains that were multidrug resistant and such strains grouped closely together in a neighbor-joining tree generated by MLST typing indicating phylogenetic relatedness or strain microevolution or recurrent infection. In conclusion, this pilot study gives insight about many aspect of Candida albicans isolates circulating in hospitals, unfortunately the small sample size and lack of information about patient history, preclude any firm conclusions.
